This study aims to clarify the relationship between three behaviours toward ecotourism sites include “ecotourism attitude,” “ecotourism experience,” and “revisit intention.” The structural equation modeling was used to evaluate how the attitude of ecotourism and the visit experience impact the tourists’ revisit intention. The analysis indicated that three constructs logically are suitable for the research direction after the test of the validity of measurement models. The structural model revealed that both “ecotourism attitude” and “ecotourism experience” positively influence “revisit intention.” Especially, “experience” also plays as a mediator, which causes the indirect effect of ecotourism attitude on revisit intention. New rail systems developed in many cities have received significant attention from public transportation researchers globally and regionally. One such system is the Mass Rapid Transit system in Klang Valley, Malaysia. The quality of services’ perception has been captured through the questionnaire survey. Preliminary analysis showed that passengers were satisfied and indicated a great willingness to repeat usage. Likewise, dissatisfaction was only expressed on the feeder bus system services to and from the rail stations. This research explains the rationales for the disproportionately high satisfaction levels and betterment of the support infrastructure, including the feeder services. Many studies on traditional food and food products towards identity have been carried out, but there is insufficient study relating to heritage context. In exploring this issue, conceptual frameworks have developed and examined the relationship between the determinants of food heritage and food identity. A total of 898 self-administered questionnaires were collected from the public in Klang Valley area, Malaysia and using statistical analysis using partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) from PLS 3 software to established the validity and reliability of the model as well as the relationship between the two factors. Results revealed that there are eight construct determinants of food heritage and one construct of food identity that represent the conceptual model, and there is a moderate relationship between the two variables.© 2016. An exorbitant rate of resource consumption has created a negative impact on the urban environment. If urban residents fail to behave pro-environmentally, a gradual but sure deterioration of the environment is due in the near future. This study examines the relation between environmental knowledge and pro-environmental behaviour of the residents, with environmental values as the mediator. Survey data was gathered from residents of five large urban neighborhoods in Malaysia. Structural equation modeling is used to analyse the data. Conclusively, environmental knowledge affects the inculcation of environmental values in the residents of urban areas, which in turn affects their pro-environmental behaviour.2398-4295 © 2016. Assessment of service quality has been widely utilized in after-sales service, especially in the automotive industry. The purpose of the study was to determine factors affecting customer satisfaction in an automotive after-sales service at Toyota Dasmarinas-Cavite Philippines by utilizing the SERVQUAL approach. Several SERVQUAL dimensions such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy were analyzed simultaneously to the customer satisfaction. Structural equation modeling (SEM) indicated that among the five SERVQUAL dimensions, reliability and empathy were found to have significant relationships to the satisfaction of customers at Toyota Dasmarinas-Cavite Philippines. Interestingly, tangibles, responsiveness, and assurance were found to have no significant relationships to satisfaction. The servicing dealer must deliver a high quality of service to meet customer expectations and achieve high customer satisfaction, which subsequently builds customer trust towards the company. With these, customer retention and loyalty can be attained by the company that can also increase the company’s profit and competitive advantage.

Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a statistical analysis technique used to build and test statistical models in the form of causal models. Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) are government policies to break the chain of spreading the corona virus (Covid-19). This policy certainly has an impact on drivers of public transport services. This research shows that the passengers are very satisfied with the travel safety factor. Meanwhile, service factors and passenger public transport fares are in the satisfied category. Furthermore, the variable service quality (MP), the price of public transportation (H), and passenger safety (KP) have an influence on passenger satisfaction. Because the t-value is greater than 1.96 (for the real level of 5%). The influence of service quality, price and safety variables on passenger satisfaction is 78.1%, the remaining 21.9% is influenced by other variables outside the research.
Keywords: covid-19, structural equation modeling, satisfaction.

Public transportation (PT) service quality is recognized as a cornerstone of infrastructure development in many countries. Understanding the satisfaction level of public transport users towards provided service quality is vital. However, there is still a lack of research to identify the specific relationship between the experience of service quality and private vehicle (PV) users’ satisfaction. Therefore, this paper aimed to examine the different satisfaction attributes of PV users due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to make possible suggestions to policymakers on how to adapt to these changed attitudes. The paper highlights that some satisfaction issues became more significant, while the importance of others was mitigated due to the unusual circumstances. In this study, variance-based Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied to test the proposed hypotheses. Further, Partial Least Squares Multi-Group Analysis (PLS-MGA) was conducted for investigating the perception of age and gender groups on the basis of gap analysis. An online panel and printed questionnaire survey were used to collect data in Budapest, Hungary in October and November 2020 during COVID-19 from the perception of 100 PV users. The findings show that perceived service quality and accessibility are statistically significant in the formation of PV users’ satisfaction but safety and security were not significantly related to satisfaction. Additionally, results from PLS-MGA reveal that there was a significant difference among gender and age groups in achieving satisfaction associated with safety and security. The conclusions of this study are not only beneficial for the theory of this field but also contribute to practice for policymakers in terms of providing better service with specific identification of how to encourage more private vehicle users to use public transportation.
