Abstract: In this paper the 3D model of the real wheel rim was designed using Autodesk Inventor and finite element analysis is performed using Nastran software by applying restrictions and loads conditions. The materials taken for static analysis are steel, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy and titanium alloy. Following the comparative study for the four models, it can be specified that the importance of the material for the construction of the rims depends on the mass properties and their design. Abstract: In this work the 3D model of the camshaft was done using Autodesk Inventor version 2021 with the literature data and finite element analysis is performed by applying restrictions and loads conditions, first by the absence of the torque and then by applying the torque. Three materials were analyzed in both situations: Cast Iron, Stainless Steel AISI 202 and Steel Alloy. Following the comparative study for the three materials, it can be specified the importance of the material for the construction of the camshaft. Keywords: Camshaft, Static analysis, Autodesk Inventor

This paper used finite element analysis of metal forming to study the forging process and die design of aluminum alloy brake parts. According to the process parameters and die design, the brake parts were forged by experiment. First, the die design is based on the product size and considering parting line, draft angle, forging tolerance, shrinkage and scrap. Secondly, the finite element analysis of metal forming is used to simulate the forging process of aluminum alloy brake parts. Finally, the aluminum alloy brake levers with dimensional accuracy and surface hardness were forged.

For the high hoisting height, wide using range, tower crane is widely utilized in the architecture construction, while there are some deficiencies in the high rising architecture such as chimney, so the performance can’t exerted. By virtue of computer aided technology, the finite element static analysis of metallic structure of unconventional dedicated tower crane is conducted in this paper, and the figures of stress and displacement are achieved for the two working conditions and two structures. It is proved that the results are satisfied the requirements of stiffness and strength, and also foundation is established for the further analysis.
