This study aims to determine the credit agreement or business loan between the customer and the cooperative and to find out the settlement in the event of a dispute in the credit agreement between the customer and the cooperative. This study uses empirical research methods where the method is based on positive law and norms. The results showed that the agreement made between the cooperative and the customer is based on the agreement of the parties who are ready to carry out their obligations and get rights. The obligation of the cooperative to provide loan funds to customers is the right of the cooperative to benefit from interest from customer loan funds. The obligation of the customer to pay the loan on time that has been agreed upon because he has lent funds, the right of the customer to get a loan for the customer's needs according to the agreement of the parties. Then, the agreement of the parties is not a guarantee that there will be no default, the importance of a legal attorney in an agreement makes it easier to resolve problems between the parties. Legal attorneys provide options for ending the case through the court (litigation) and settlement in a family way (non-litigation). Most parties use the non-litigation route because they want everything to be done quickly but at low cost. If the non-litigation solution does not find a middle ground, the case will proceed to court. Judge's rule applies to parties in litigation from the time until the costs incurred. Those who lost are willing to be asked for compensation for their actions.

The research method in this writing uses empirical research methods. The results of this study indicate that mulih daha women have no right to claim back the right to inherit in their home of origin. The purpose of this study was to determine the position of inheritance rights for women based on Balinese traditional inheritance law, and to determine the existence of the Bali Pakraman Village Main Council Decree (MUDP) No.01 / Kep / Psm-3 / MDP Bali / X / 2010 in Lambing Traditional Village. . In this study, using empirical research methods by presenting data qualitatively. The results of the study stated that in the awig-awig of the Lambing traditional village, the position of women was not as heirs. Meanwhile, the implementation of the decision of Pesamuhan Agung III of the Main Assembly of Pakraman Village is not fully implemented. Lack of socialization and the enactment of awig-awig as a binding rule have resulted in the inability to implement this decision.

This chapter investigates how researchers create knowledge in criminology. It covers two themes: first, the empirical research methods used in the discipline, and how understanding and knowledge of crime can be developed by applying, analysing, and evaluating criminological information. Secondly, the chapter discusses how this knowledge and understanding is influenced by the three important and interlinking factors of subjectivity (personal and disciplinary perspectives and opinions), supposition (guesswork, assumption), and study (for example, scholarship and conducting empirical and other types of research). ‘Empirical methods’ are the generation of evidence through (sensory) experience, particularly using experiments and observations. The chapter looks at the different research methods available to criminologists, covering both primary and secondary sources.

This chapter examines the means by which different forms of knowledge are created in criminology and what it means to know about crime, with particular emphasis on the empirical research methods used by criminologists. It also discusses the complex interplay between subjectivity, supposition, and study in producing knowledge in criminology; the benefits and limitations of different research study methods on the creation of criminological knowledge; criminological theory as knowledge; and various research methods in criminology such as experiments, surveys, bservations, and secondary analysis. Finally, it considers how subjectivity, supposition, and study interact with, and impact on, understanding and knowledge production in criminology.

The cultural studies tradition is a big tent that is defined by academic realpolitik and feelings of affinity or disaffinity as much as anything else. This article recounts my own introduction to and professionalization within the field of cultural studies and, more particularly, how my relationship to empirical research methods changed over time. I ultimately want to argue for the importance of staying grounded in the analysis of real people’s real experiences of culture.
