Introduction. Integral approach to the application of construction information in the creation and maintenance of information models of capital construction objects is key in the constant development of construction activities. Besides, according to the global trends, the direct implementation of construction activity including construction of especially complicated and unique objects and typification of classical ones requires application of a unified system of building information classification to optimize duration, costs and improve the quality of the constructed object. Development of the Russian classifier of building information was the first step in this direction allowing to make a tool which is the unified system of building information classification generally available. The Russian building information classifier developed in 2020 contains a lot of elements among which we can distinguish those groups which allow to manage the cost, duration and quality of the future capital construction object both at the early stages of its life cycle and later: management processes, design processes and information. Materials and methods. International systems of classification of building information that have found wide practical application in the field of construction: OmniClass (USA), Uniclass 2015 (Great Britain), CCS (Denmark) and CoClass (Sweden) are considered. The analysis of the structures and composition of existing classification systems, as well as the analysis of the current regulatory and technical framework in the Russian Federation in the field of construction in areas related to the management of processes, design of capital construction object and its information entities. Results. Taking into account the analysis and generalization of world practice in the field of construction, and classification of building information, parts of the building information classifier adapted to the specifics of the national base of normative and technical documentation in construction, applicable to the design and management of capital construction object, as well as for its description, were developed. The structure recommended by the standard ISO 12006-2:2015 is adopted as the basis for such classification tables of the building information classifier. When developing the composition of the classifier, the requirements for unification and standardization of existing national classifiers and experience in the construction industry on domestic and foreign objects were taken into account. Classification tables of the building information classifier for the two areas of activity in construction (Management, Design) and a classification table describing the information entities of the capital construction object were developed. Conclusions. Classification tables “Process Management”, “Design Processes”, “Information” of the building information classifier in the developed structures and composition provide the formation of a unified structure of management and design of capital construction object, allowing to combine its parts for adaptation to the requirements of a particular object and organization. Thus, providing an opportunity to optimize its technical and economic indicators, including the duration of construction and the cost of the object in the extent of its life cycle, to develop a tool for typing design and management processes, including planning tools and quality and cost control. An additional tool for the interrelation of various activities in construction (e.g., design, operation, construction, etc.) is the developed classification table “Information”, which describes the information entities of the capital construction object.

Abstract Introduction. Various building information classification systems are used internationally; their critical analysis makes it possible to highlight basic requirements applicable to the Russian classifier and substantiate its structure and composition. Materials and methods. Modern international building information classification systems, such as OmniClass (USA), Uniclass 2015 (UK), CCS (Denmark), and CoClass (Sweden), are considered in the article. Their structure, composition, methodological fundamentals are analyzed. In addition to international classification systems, Russian construction information classifiers are analyzed. Results. The structure of a building information classifier has been developed and tailored to the needs of BIM (building information modeling) and national regulatory and technical requirements. The classifier’s structure complies with the one recommended by ISO 12006-2:2015. Its composition has regard to the requirements that apply to the aggregation and unification of Russian classifiers, and it also benefits from the classifiers developed for and used by the construction industry. The proposed building information classifier has four basic categories and 21 basic classes. Conclusions. The proposed structure and composition of a building information classifier represent a unified and universal tool for communicating building information or presenting it in the standardized format in the consolidated information space designated for information models needed to manage life cycles of major construction projects.

<p>The stereotype of an architect is expensive, with minimal consideration and awareness towards cost and budget. This is damaging the reputation of the profession. This thesis will look at the Next Generation Architect who combines both design and construction to understand the cost implications from the start to the completion of the project. A Next Generation Architect works with an innovative approach that is more affordable to how they currently practice. They design houses that are both economical and retain a strong design quality, through the value of the aesthetics, materials, and living conditions. An effective architect should be able to design, mindful of costs, along with the implications involved and actively manage the costs, based on design decisions made.  This research will commence by exploring tactics of affordability, housing economics, and costing and design tactics, to portray exemplars of affordable housing. Elements will be costed with data from QV costbuilder implemented through the use of Building information modelling (BIM) through Revit. The architectural value will explore the use of materials, living conditions, economics, and lifecycle to optimise the design. A series of precedents will be analysed to gain an understanding of the techniques of affordable methods used within New Zealand’s construction industry.  This thesis aims to provide architecturally designed and preliminarily costed affordable architectural products. Through a series of architecturally designed standalone houses that explore affordability, and tested through the use of architecture as a product across four sites, displaying different site conditions of the Wellington region.  This thesis will portray efficient, economic building and design techniques and cost monitoring while retaining a strong architectural quality.  The aim is to convey the contemporary role of a Next Generation Architect who works accurately with value. Who is mindful of costs and designs economically, without compromising the quality of an architecturally designed product.</p>

Flowers, ornamental plants, planting material (saplings) and other plants with regard to which the market with possibility of carrying out independent adequate marketing was formed, are the subject of evaluation by the experts in field of forensic merchandising. With the development of the market and market relations such goods as flowers, planting material and others are increasingly encashed in the market of Ukraine and become the objects of forensic merchandising examinations and expert researches. Special feature of merchandising researches of the plant origin objects is the use of the comprehensive approach to the estimation of their quality and cost. Researches are carried out with the purpose of determination of properties, consumer value, conformity to standards and specifications of plants certain kinds. When studying a considerable variety of flower plants, one distinguishes scientific and industrial classifications. In merchandising flowers industrial classification of flower ornamental plants which provides distribution of flower plants to the separate groups similar on biological properties, the agricultural technician of cultivation and practical application in gardening is used. During carrying out merchandising examinations on an establishment of consumer properties of certain kinds plants, namely establishments organoleptic indicators of quality and quantity of flower decorative production given for research, the expert checks conformity of this production to requirements of normative and technical documents. Requirements to quality of flower production are normalised by standards depending on production kind – cutf lowers, pottery blossoming plants, pottery decorative sheet plants, sprouts of flower decorative production, planting material, seeds of flower ornamental plants. At carrying out merchandising researches of flower decorative production, plants and saplings it’s necessary for merchandising experts to pay special attention on definition of quality indicators and a grade of plants according to standards, and also to consider data concerning age of a plant, novelty of a grade and origin country of production.

<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> In the context of architectural heritage preservation, constructing building information models is an important task. However, conceiving a pertinent model is a difficult, time consuming and user-dependent task. Our laboratory has been researching methods to decrease the time and errors inferred by manual segmentation of point clouds. In the perspective of automatization of the process, we implemented an automated registration method that used only keypoints. Keypoints are special points that hold more information about the global structure of the cloud. In order to detect keypoints, we used the Point Cloud Library (PCL) toolbox. The pertinence of the method was evaluated by registering more than 300 clouds of the zoological museum of Strasbourg. The quality of the keypoint detection was first verified on geo-referenced indoor point clouds. Then we applied this method to register the indoor and outdoor point clouds that have much less area in common; those common points being generally the doors and windows of the façade. The registrations of indoor point clouds were satisfying, with mean distances to the ground truth inferior to 20&amp;thinsp;cm. While the first result for joint indoor/outdoor registration are promising, it may be improved in future works.</p>

Effective processes in facilities management are responsive to the quality of information flow across various levels and stages of design, procurement and construction processes. Considerable empirical evidence from industry reports shows how construction and facilities management processes could be jeopardized by some of the limitations of conventional design and procurement processes. To address these limitations, there are promising indications showing that the potential of Building Information Modelling (BIM) will trigger major improvements in both construction and facilities management systems. This study reviews some of the capabilities of BIM which may revolutionize conventional practices in facilities management processes. Specific platforms for this include, integrated analysis and simulation of project variables in virtual environments, effective communication between project stakeholders and project teams and multi-disciplinary collaboration. Others are interoperability, project visualization, value intelligence and other digital facilities management applications. In the study it is argued that BIM capabilities such as project visualization, simulation, auto-alert and value intelligence could stimulate major improvements in facilities management processes. Finally conclusions are drawn on the relationships between BIM and digital facilities management, including suggestions on areas of further studies.

Важным аспектом в современной системе управления запасами в компании является информационно-аналитическое обеспечение как базовая информационная основа, которая формируется в корпоративной учетной системе, обрабатывается, интегрируется в формате управленческих отчетов, на основе которых принимаются оперативные и стратегические управленческие решения. Научная статья посвящена проблеме учетно-аналитического обеспечения формировании и использовании запасов на предприятиях в условиях меняющегося законодательства. Основой эффективного управления запасами является информационно-аналитическое обеспечение, которое основано на грамотной классификации запасов и их оценке. Авторами статьи предложена группировка запасов материально-технических ресурсов в зависимости от их категории. Разработана схема управления запасами материально-технических ресурсов в зависимости от потребности в материально-технических ресурсах на планируемый год. Проанализирован порядок формирования себестоимости запасов в зависимости от способов их поступления с учетом изменений учетного законодательства, внесенных ФСБУ 5/2019 «Запасы» и оценено влияние на качество учетно-аналитического обеспечения. An important aspect in the modern inventory management system in the company is information and analytical support as the basic information basis, which is formed in the corporate accounting system, processed, integrated in the format of management reports, on the basis of which operational and strategic management decisions are made. The scientific article is devoted to the problem of accounting and analytical support for the formation and use of reserves at enterprises in the context of changing legislation. The basis for effective inventory management is information and analytical support, which is based on a competent classification of reserves and their assessment. The authors of the article proposed a grouping of stocks of material and technical resources depending on their category. A scheme for managing stocks of material and technical resources has been developed, depending on the need for material and technical resources for the planned year. The procedure for the formation of the cost of inventories was analyzed, depending on the methods of their receipt, taking into account changes in accounting legislation introduced by FSBU 5/2019 "Inventories" and the impact on the quality of accounting and analytical support was assessed.
