Végül a korpuszban legtöbbet hivatkozott koncepciók rövid ismertetése következik. A végeredmény egy olyan összegzés, mely ajánlásokat fogalmaz meg az okos város tervezéshez a tudományos szakirodalom, a legnépszerűbb és legkeresettebb, széles nyilvánosságnak szóló, összefoglaló dokumentációkban megfogalmazott aktuális trend témák, illetve a kutatási korpuszon legtöbbet hivatkozott városkoncepciók alapján. --- Smart city trends and concepts according to the most popular collaborative documentation The purpose of our paper is to provide a global perspective of the current smart city trend topics and concepts of most popular and collaborative public documents. The field is first presented by a brief summary of its changing emphasis on scientific literature. Therefore, a systematic filtered corpus will be presented based on documents of governmental, business and university research co-operation. After describing the methodological concerns, a quantitative text analysis and text-based network analysis are formulated for detection of current trend topics. Last but not least, the most referred concepts of the corpus are briefly expounded. The outcome is a summary of recommendations for smart city planning applying the scientific literature, the most popular and public documentation of current trend topics, and the most referred city concepts according to the research corpus.

With more and more people residing in cities globally, urban areas are particularly vulnerable to climate change. It is therefore important, that the principles of climate-resilient city planning are reflected in the planning phase already. A discussion of adaptation measures requires a holistic understanding of the complex urban environment, and necessarily has to involve cross-scale interactions, both spatially and temporally. This work examines the term “Smart City” with regard to its suitability for the definition of sustainable urban planning based on urban climate studies over the past decade and own modelling work. Existing literature is assessed from a meteorological perspective in order to answer the question how results from these studies can be linked to architectural design of future urban areas. It has been long understood that measures such as urban greening, or so-called "Nature Based Solutions", are able to dampen excess heat and help reducing energetic costs. As numerous studies show however, integrating vegetation in the urban landscape shares a double role in regional adaptation to climate change due to both cooling effect and air pollution control. Using the state-of-the-art chemical transport model MECO(n) coupled to the urban canopy parametrisation TERRA_URB, we simulated a case study for the Rhine-Main metropolitan region in Germany, highlighting mutual unwanted relationships in modern city planning. Hence, we oppose the so-called compact city approach to an urban greening scenario with regard to the potential for both heat island mitigation and air quality.

To improve the quality of life, human-oriented smart city planning and management based on time-space behavior was studied. First, the basic theory of time-space behavior and smart city was introduced. The relationship between public participation and smart city construction planning was analyzed, and the positive and negative significance of public participation in smart city construction planning was expounded. Then, the mechanism for public participation in smart city construction planning was proposed. Finally, public participation in smart city construction planning was analyzed from the perspectives of power balance, interest coordination and safeguard measures. The results showed that public participation in smart city construction planning was an important manifestation of the realization of public democratic rights. The scientific nature and feasibility of smart city construction planning was enhanced. The smooth implementation of smart city construction planning was an important foundation for promoting smart city construction. Therefore, public participation is an important way to safeguard social public interests and build a harmonious society.

The Hotel and Catering Management program has gone trough years in Malaysian’s conventional education. The pioneer of this program has been established at Institut Teknologi MARA in 1967 started from Certificate of Catering Services to Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management. From its name School of Hotel and Catering Management, in 1991 it is called Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management. The faculty focuses in line with the country aspiration to produce graduates and professionals in the field of hospitality. Meanwhile, in secondary schools have made catering courses as an elective in Living Skill and vocational school has long made Certificate of Catering courses to students. In 1998, Politeknik Johor Bahru has opened first certificate and diploma programs in Hotel and Catering Management to produce workers in respective hospitality establishments available through Malaysia. It is considered the second public institution for hotel and catering programs in Malaysia. However, reports from the Traces Study and Alumni Department in Politeknik Johor Bahru had shown that less than 65 percent of students interested to work in the same discipline and the rest of them divided in all fields in workforce. This trend has been prevailing for years in the job market without any action been taken to address this problem. This paper is to look and to analyze the reason why students do not choose their first jobs associated with the areas that they have been studied. After finding out the cause of the problems, number of recommendations to the formation of a new curriculum on Hospitality Education should be made to fit the current trend and market. Therefore, the shortage of energy resources and dependency on external energy could be reduced. The new curriculum is hoping to be able in developing communities with high income toward Malaysian’s vision to be a developed country in 2020.
