The importance of standardization and metrological support for high-speed rail flaw detection is noted. JSC “Firm TVEMA” has created a service for quality, factory testing and metrological support. The data on the development and development of the production of JSC “Firma TVEMA” of a complex of removable and mobile technical means of NDT with maximum automation of instrument control and processing of control data, creation of a quality service, factory testing and metrological support are given. It is shown that the service includes structural subdivisions: the department of metrology and quality, a metrological laboratory, a testing laboratory, a technical control bureau that provide scientific and methodological support for the development of measuring instruments, testing, verification and calibration of flaw detection instruments during their production and operation. JSC “Firma TVEMA” organized the production and delivery of models of rail defects to railways with primary certification by the metrological laboratory for dynamic testing of mobile NDT vehicles. A test section was put into operation at the Experimental Ring of JSC VNIIZhT with certified defect models, which made it possible to accumulate research material for the further development of high-speed flaw detectors.

Modern and prospective communication means are among the most knowledge-driven, high-tech types of industrial products, which are subject to enhanced requirements for quality and efficiency of application. The effective functioning of modern communication means is provided by built-in software, including metrological support. In this paper, we consider the specifics of metrological maintenance of large-scale communication facilities (tens and hundreds of thousands of elements) consisting of separate subunits, the serviceability, maintenance, and recovery of which can be performed autonomously. It is proposed to enhance the efficiency of the by-state-maintenance (also called maintenance by the technical state) by accounting for the specifics of metrological support, establishing an optimal sequence of operations, selecting the measuring instruments in accordance with relevant requirements. To do this, one has to use a combined indicator composed of individual parameters of the tests and the probability of their preferred choice. This allows to assess the technical condition of the communication means with a given probability during a minimal time. In addition, one can estimate the time of maintenance, taking into account the metrological reliability and the probability of correct evaluation of the result of checking the parameters by the measuring instruments. The order of implementation of the obtained results is formalized in the form of an algorithm and an example of their realization is presented.

Platform business models for research and design of innovative products have not found widespread use in the national mechanical engineering branch yet. Meanwhile, the manufacturing process organization based on digital twin prototype and competence distribution models is a world trend in the innovative product design and implementation. The applied digital platform implemented at the Innovation Design Center of the Industrial Technopark of the Republic of Mordovia provides requirements engineering, system architecture engineering and test engineering services. These services are carried out with the support of software systems and related equipment operating in a single information environment. One of the challenges of the digital platform architectural design is the choice of methods and tools for integrating CAD / CAM / CAE systems, industrial software, test and process equipment and newly developed services into the PLM Teamcenter environment. Another task is to provide access to platform resources for geographically remote clients with maximum localization of services production within the platform. The task is solved on the basis of a powerful instrumental core, which includes the most modern computing and telecommunication systems, technological, test equipment and measuring instruments. The structure of the digital platform deployment considered in the paper reflects its current status.

The legislative requirements for metrological support in the healthcare sector, the issues of ensuring metrological traceability and the hierarchical scheme of calibrations and measurements in laboratory medicine according to the recommendations of JCTLM and their adaptation at the national level are considered. The features of the provided metrological control of measuring instruments for medical purposes, including when conducting their compliance assessment with the requirements of technical regulations. The current state of affairs in the confirmation of the technical competence of medical laboratories, including the need for their participation in proficiency testing schemes through inter-laboratory comparisons, in the transition from certification to accreditation is considered. The analysis of the used methods and means of calibration and reference measurements proposed by JCTLM and other leading orga­nizations in the field of laboratory medicine is observed. Information is provided on the work carried out by the SE «Ukrmetrteststandart» for metrological support of medical measuring instruments. The necessity of legal improvement, the regulatory and methodological base of the metrological system in the field of healthcare is substantiated. As a result of the work performed, the authors consider: the legislative base of metrological support in the field of healthcare is not perfect and in need of refinement of the profile of the central executive authorities in order to build technically sound organizational and regulatory frameworks for metrological support in this area; proficiency testing through interlaboratory comparisons in the field of laboratory medicine is an effective tool for confirming the technical competence of the laboratory. Laboratories should parti­cipate in proficiency testing schemes on a regular basis. Proficiency testing providers should pay particular attention to the method of determining reference values of indicators in proficiency testing samples, using predominantly metrologically sound procedures based on the use of standards, certified reference materials and/or reference measurement methods; the heads of medical laboratories should be careful about the choice of suppliers of legal acts in the metrology.

The article shows an improved hierarchy scheme in the field of coating thickness measurements, which was revised due to inclusion to Federal Information Fund for Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements more than a hundred new types of Russian and foreign thickness gauges based on of different operating principles. The range of measurements has expanded and accuracy has been improved. It is shown that about 40 % of the approved types of thickness gauges are measuring instruments of foreign production. For responsible groups of materials (nickel on steel and nickel on bronze), only foreign coating thickness gauges are used. To improve the unity of measurements of the coatings thickness, it was necessary to expand the measurement ranges of the reference measuring standards and thickness gauges from 0 to 120 000 microns, as well as the introduction of new measuring standards borrowed from other hierarchy schemes. The article provides the necessary reference measuring standards and thickness gauges, methods for transmitting a unit of length, measuring ranges and measurement errors.

En los últimos años ha aumentado el interés por el estudio de la ciberviolencia en la pareja, sin embargo es necesario examinar la metodología de investigación que sustenta las evidencias obtenidas hasta el momento. Este artículo presenta una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica que analiza 30 instrumentos de medida de ciberviolencia en la pareja de adolescentes y jóvenes adultos utilizados a lo largo de estos años. Los principales resultados muestran una elevada pluralidad metodológica, conceptual y terminológica, observándose un reducido número de instrumentos con suficientes garantías psicométricas. Predominan los trabajos de procedencia estadounidense y, entre los instrumentos aplicados en muestras españolas, destaca una infrarrepresentación de indicadores de ciberviolencia de tipo sexual, lo que limita la comprensión de esta problemática. Esta investigación aporta información sobre el estado actual en el estudio de la ciberviolencia en la pareja y pone de relieve deficiencias metodológicas en la construcción del conocimiento en este campo de estudio. Este trabajo permite una mejor comprensión de la disparidad de resultados señalada por investigaciones previas, especialmente referidas a prevalencia, frecuencia y diferencias de género en este tipo de comportamientos violentos, además de sentar las bases para abordar el fenómeno desde el rigor científico. The interest for the study of the cyber dating abuse has increased in the last years; however, it is necessary to examine the research methodology that supports the evidence obtained so far. This paper presents a systematic review of the scientific literature that analyzes 30 measuring instruments of cyber dating abuse in adolescent and young adults used along these years. The main results show a methodological, conceptual and terminological plurality, observing a small number of instruments with sufficient psychometric guarantees. The instruments come mostly from the United States, and of the instruments applied to Spanish samples, few include indicators of sexual cyber dating abuse, which limits the understanding of this problem. This research provides information on the current status of the study of cyber dating abuse and highlights methodological shortcomings in the construction of knowledge in this field of study. This study allows a better understanding of the disparity of results indicated by previous research, especially referring to prevalence, frequency and gender differences in this type of violent behavior, as well as laying the foundations for addressing the phenomenon from scientific rigor.

A plan for the metrological support of the life cycle stages of agricultural machinery is shown. The influence of the error of measuring instruments on the coefficient of measurement accuracy and the number of incorrectly accepted for operation and rejected parts has been established. It is revealed that, at the stages of production and operation, including the repair of agricultural machinery, it is possible to achieve significant economic efficiency by reducing the error of the measuring instruments used.

In this article, the method of measuring the astronomical azimuth using an electronic total station, which is not intended for performing astronomical work, is considered. A method of measuring the astronomical azimuth using a high-precision electronic total station has been developed. Studies have been carried out to establish the influence of the components of errors in measurements of astronomical azimuth, forming the total budget of the error of the developed methodology, which has been tested on the reference stationary complex of metrological support of azimuth measuring instruments (СMS AMI).
