A plan for the metrological support of the life cycle stages of agricultural machinery is shown. The influence of the error of measuring instruments on the coefficient of measurement accuracy and the number of incorrectly accepted for operation and rejected parts has been established. It is revealed that, at the stages of production and operation, including the repair of agricultural machinery, it is possible to achieve significant economic efficiency by reducing the error of the measuring instruments used.

The importance of standardization and metrological support for high-speed rail flaw detection is noted. JSC “Firm TVEMA” has created a service for quality, factory testing and metrological support. The data on the development and development of the production of JSC “Firma TVEMA” of a complex of removable and mobile technical means of NDT with maximum automation of instrument control and processing of control data, creation of a quality service, factory testing and metrological support are given. It is shown that the service includes structural subdivisions: the department of metrology and quality, a metrological laboratory, a testing laboratory, a technical control bureau that provide scientific and methodological support for the development of measuring instruments, testing, verification and calibration of flaw detection instruments during their production and operation. JSC “Firma TVEMA” organized the production and delivery of models of rail defects to railways with primary certification by the metrological laboratory for dynamic testing of mobile NDT vehicles. A test section was put into operation at the Experimental Ring of JSC VNIIZhT with certified defect models, which made it possible to accumulate research material for the further development of high-speed flaw detectors.

Use of intangible resources that can replace the declining volume of material resources for investment and construction activities is a large reserve of economic efficiency. Moreover, in modern conditions, there is a real opportunity to realize the synergetic effects of expanding the scope of use of intangible resources in the construction. As research has shown, in the context of targeted and resource mobility, the project format of interaction between economic entities makes it possible to optimize the resource turnover and the communication potential of development. At the same time, projects cover the sphere of construction production, as well as the sphere of consumption of construction products. Thus, modern trends in the development of demand form a fundamentally new cost structure. The peculiarity of the new structure is that the proportion of intangible development resources is steadily growing.

SummarySubject and purpose of work: The purpose of the study is to determine the variables determining the level of synthetic measure of economic efficiency in listed companies of the industry sector as part of their enterprise life cycle.Materials and methods: The article uses data from annual unitary financial statements of industrial enterprises according to the classification of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and data describing the macroeconomic situation of the state economy. The research period covered the years 1999-2012. In order to examine which factors determine the level of economic efficiency at each stage of the life cycle of enterprises, estimation of econometric models was carried out. Results: In the models obtained for companies in the growth and maturity stage, statistically significant determinants were obtained only in the field of internal factors. In the models estimated for companies in the stages of launch, shake-out and decline, statistically significant conditions were identified, both in terms of external factors and in the area of internal factors. Conclusions: A comprehensive assessment of the conditions for the level of economic efficiency of enterprises should take into account both factors dependent on the enterprise (microeconomic) as well as those determined by the environment (macroeconomic) and beyond its control. It is therefore necessary for managers of enterprises to have extensive and up-to-date knowledge of factors and conditions that are significant in shaping the level of economic efficiency.

The paper presents an alternative approach to metrological support and assessment of the technical condition of rolling bearings in operation. The analysis of existing approaches, including methods of vibration diagnostics, envelope analysis, wavelet analysis, etc. Considers the possibility of applying a phase-chronometric method for support on the basis of neurodiagnostics bearing life cycle on the basis of the unified format of measurement information. The possibility of diagnosing a rolling bearing when analyzing measurement information from the shaft and separator was evaluated.

According to forecasts for 2022, the number of self-propelled agricultural machinery that will fail will be about 100 thousand units. This will have a significant impact on the overall productivity in the field of agricultural production and will require additional financial costs for effective resource-saving environmental-oriented utilization of agricultural machinery with the maximum recovery of secondary resources in the processing of its components. (Research purpose) The research purpose is considering the main life cycles of machinery, including agricultural, and determining the possibility of obtaining secondary resources in the recycling of components of machinery and equipment. (Materials and methods) The authors found that the establishment of an industry-wide recycling system would allow the reuse of usable and recovered parts obtained from decommissioned equipment, as well as receive additional funding from the sale of secondary resources. The authors have found that for the functioning of the whole system, it is necessary to work with a large amount of data related to the ongoing recycling processes, as well as constantly monitor changes in the state and properties of materials. They also found that the maximum use of digital technology is the only way to combine all these requirements and make the system work. (Results and discussion) The article reviews the key points of the use of life cycle method for equipment, including agricultural, reviews the state of machine and tractor park of agro-industrial complex, shows the possibility of using resource-saving ecologically oriented branch system of recycling of agricultural machinery, as well as the movement of waste and material flows in the processing components of utilized machines. (Conclusion) The article presents recommendations on the possibility of efficient disposal of equipment, including agricultural, with the maximum recovery of secondary resources from recycled waste.
