Abstract The paper considers the machines used for flax layer-thinning during its processing. The designs of the most widely used layer-thinning machines of Russian, Belarusian and foreign production in the linen industry are analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the machines of both Russian and Belarusian production have the principle of the thinning with a fixed layer, and some foreign ones with free fixation.

Aim. To summarize the list of medicines that can be used at various stages of the treatment of burn disease and wound healing at the hospital stage in the military personnel; conduct the marketing analysis of the Ukrainian market of these medicines in order to determine the feasibility of creating an ointment for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases and burns. Materials and methods. The study objects were the “State Register of Medicinal Products of Ukraine” information and search system and the Compendium. When conducting our studies the following scientific and system-review methods of the information search were used: bibliographic, documentary, content analysis, comparison method, system analysis, marketing research. Results. As a result of the study of the range of drugs for wound healing presented at the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine, it has been found that 64 % are drugs of the Ukrainian production, foreign drugs are 36 %. The distribution of soft drug forms registered in Ukraine has been carried out by pharmacological groups; it has been found that the percentage of antimicrobial and antifungal drugs is almost the same (15.8 % and 15.2 %, respectively). Steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs predominate over nonsteroidal ones (14.9 % and 11.4 %, respectively). The studies conducted have shown that at the domestic market there are many drugs of foreign production, which have no Ukrainian analogs. The marketing research has shown that combined drugs are more effective for the treatment of burns. They act simultaneously in several directions and facilitate the healing process. Among the drugs considered combined medicines occupy 42 %, while the share of monocomponent drugs is 58 %. The amount of synthetic drugs is 88 % and significantly exceeds the number of herbal medicines (12 %). Conclusions. The concept and methodology for the treatment of burns are summarized. It has been determined that the drugs of choice are complex soft drug forms. As a result of the marketing research on the structure and nomenclature of soft drug forms it has been found that at the domestic pharmaceutical market soft drug forms of foreign production is 36 %, and domestic ones – 64 %. It has been determined that the number of drugs for local wound healing is about 6 % of the total range of soft drug forms and presented mainly by monocomponent drugs (58 %). The analysis of the range of drugs with the anti-burn and antiseptic action by dosage forms has shown that ointments are the largest share – 67%, drugs in the form of creams – 18%. Key words: marketing analysis; servicemen; burn disease; wound process; hospital stage of treatment.

The article describes a method of rational organization of maintenance and repair of light commercial vehicles of foreign production using specialized diagnostic tools with the diagnosis in cooperation with branded service stations (BSS). The main purpose of using technical diagnostics tools is to reduce the time losses that occur when sending vehicles for maintenance, and to reduce the cost of maintenance and repair of foreign-made trucks undergoing maintenance and repair at a motor transport company (MTC) and at branded service stations. A simulation model is used as a tool for assessing the economic efficiency of various options for cooperation between a motor transport enterprise and a branded service station when performing maintenance and repair of light commercial vehicles of foreign production. The objective function of the simulation model contains components that estimate the loss of profit from the downtime of vehicles in the maintenance and repair area and the cost of organizing maintenance at the enterprise in cooperation with the company’s service station. A comparative analysis of each variant of the organization of cooperation is carried out with and without taking into account the use of diagnostics. The currentness of the described methodology is explained by the fact that in the field of production of services for maintenance and repair of light commercial vehicles, fundamental changes have occurred, caused by a change in the form of ownership of both transport enterprises and maintenance and repair enterprises. In addition, the widespread use of foreign-made light trucks has led to the emergence of branded service stations that have licenses to service and repair foreign cars during the warranty period. This circumstance fundamentally changes the scheme of servicing these vehicles and increases the downtime of expensive foreign-made cars for organizational reasons.

Formulation of the problem. Over the past few years, there has been little progress in object detection techniques. The most efficient are complex computational ensemble methods, which usually combine several low-level image properties with high-level properties. However, every day interest in artificial intelligence is growing, and the idea of using neural networks on board a spacecraft, with the possibility of making decisions and issuing one-time commands, is very promising, since it makes it possible to analyze a large data stream in real time without resorting to ground station, thereby not losing information when transmitting a packet. The purpose of the work is to conduct research on the possibility of effective use of modern models of neural networks, to develop a methodology for their use in the problem of object detection and analysis of the element base for hardware implementation with the possibility of using convolutional neural networks for thermovideotelemetry on board a spacecraft. Results of work. An approach has been formulated that combines two key ideas: 1) application of high-throughput convolutional neural networks for downward processing of image regions in order to localize and segment objects; 2) preliminary training for the auxiliary task, followed by fine tuning of the domain, which gives a significant increase in performance in the case when the training data is insufficient. The analysis of the element base for the possibility of hardware implementation of neural networks on board a spacecraft using electrical radio products of domestic and foreign production is carried out. Practical significance. The efficiency of preliminary network training for an auxiliary task is shown, followed by fine tuning of the subject area. A technique is described that makes it possible to increase the average accuracy of detecting objects in an image by more than 30%. The analysis of the existing element base, the possibility of hardware implementation of neural networks on board the spacecraft using electrical radio products of domestic and foreign production, as well as the criteria for selecting key elements.

An overview of heat and corrosion-resistant steels of domestic and foreign production, used for the manufacture of aircraft rolling bearings, is presented. The requirements for bearing steels, the classification of steels depending on the operating conditions, and the method of production are described. The chemical compositions of the steels and the principles of alloying are shown, and the analysis of the properties is carried out. The properties of ceramic materials and the possibility of their application for bearings used in the aerospace industry are considered.

Work was carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the identification of operational defects during capillary testing of parts of aircraft from heat-resistant alloys using flaw detection fluids of domestic and foreign production, revealing defects with an opening size of 1 μm or less. Two complementary approaches to a qualitative assessment of the effectiveness of various sets of flaw detection materials recommended for use in conducting capillary control in the production and operation of parts of aircraft equipment are considered with the aim of choosing a kit that identifies defects of a certain type with the smallest dimensions. The first approach is based on the assessment of the main defectoscopic properties of penetrating multicomponent liquids, which ensure their penetration into the cavities of surface defects, and the second is based on the experimental determination of defect detection parameters with a probability of 50 and 90 % with a confidence probability of 50 % and with a probability of 90 % with a confidence probability of 95 %.
