This study aims to determine the effect of audit committee quality, workload, audit rotation on audit quality in financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (idx) for the period 2016-2018. This research is a causative research. The population in this study are financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2016-2018. By using purposive sampling method, obtained 107 companies as research samples. The type of data used is secondary data and multiple regression analysis is used. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the audit committee and audit rotation do not have a significant effect on financial quality, only workload has a significant effect on the financial statements

This research aims to determine the influence of audit fee, audit tenure, and audit reputation on audit quality. This type of research is causative research. The population and sample in this research are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017. The sample selection in this research used a purposive sampling method. Data type is secondary data. Data collection is done by collecting documentation data of financial statements of companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017. The data analysis method used is logistic regression analysis, with audit quality as the dependent variable and audit fee, audit tenure, and audit reputation as independent variables. The results of the research concluded that audit fee, audit tenure, and audit reputation does not have a significant relationship with audit quality.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leverage, liquidity, company size, independent board of commissioners and audit committee on financial perfomance. The data used in this study are secondary data ini the form of financial statements. The population in this study is LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Samples were selected from the purposive sampling method and 27 samples were obtained based on several criteria. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis shows that leverage, liquidity, independent commissioner influence of the financial perfomance.While the company size and audit committee has no effect on the financial perfomance. Simultaneously leverage, liquidity,company size, independent commissioner and audit committee were able to explain the dependent variable that is the financial perfomance by 54.3% and the rest was influenced by other variables. This research can be used by companies to increase the financial perfomance of the company.

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the implementation of the IFRS-based PSAK 50 and 55 (revised 2014) and the audit quality of earning management. Both independent variables, the implementation of IFRS-based PSAK 50/55 (Revised 2014) and the audit quality, are dummy variables. In this study, to measure the earning management this research using revenue discretionary model calculated by using conditional revenue model introduced by Stubben (2010). The sample is secondary data derived from annual financial statements at manufacturing companies listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2015. The sample has been taken by purposive sampling method that follow the population criteria. The population are the manufacturing companies by 97 companies for 2 years (2014-2015) as sample. The statistical analysis have been used are multiple linear regression and t-test different test. The findings show that both the implementation of the IFRS-based PSAK 50/55 (Revised 2014) and the audit quality have had a significantly and negatively effect on the earning management practices.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence on the effect of audit tenure and audit committee to earning of quality. The research was conducted at a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2011. This type of study is a research verificative or hypothesis testing research. The research method used in this research is census and balanced panel data. Target population in this study is a manufacturing company that has complete data for all variables studied. The population of this study is 39  firms which observed periods are 3 years. The data collection techniques using secondary data from financial statements have been audited and published www.idx.co.id obtained from website to the financial statements in the period 2009-2011. The hypothesis is tested by using multiple regression analysis. This result shows that (1) when there is not audit tenure and audit committee, earning of quality is at 95,4% and is not at 100% (2) audit tenure and audit committee simultaneously have negative influence toward earning of quality (3) Audit tenure and audit committee partially has negative influence toward earning of quality.

The Effect of Bonus Mechanisms, Tunneling Incentive and Debt Covenant on Transfer Pricing Transactions. (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018).This study aims to determine the effect of bonus mechanism, tunneling incentive and debt covenants on transfer pricing transactions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2018.The sample of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method which consists of 6 companies. The data used in the form of financial statements with multiple regression analysis methods are processed using SPSS 23. The results of the study that the bonus mechanism affected the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.002, tunneling incentive affected the transfer pricing transaction, with a significant value of 0.004 and the debt covennat had no effect on the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.153.

The quality of sharia audit is the provision of services performed by auditors to disclose financial statements that are free from material misstatement either caused by fraud committed by the company manager or the independence of auditors who audit the financial statements based on Islamic rules and principles. The purpose of this study is to analysis of the quality of sharia audit based on education, experience, and independence of auditors on the companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index. The population in this study is all companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2014 - 2019 with sampling method is according to the specified criteria so the number of samples is 53 companies. The results of Logistic Regression Analysis show that the coefficient of determination obtained as 0.574, it means that 57.4% of the quality of sharia audit quality is influenced by education, experience, and independence of auditors. Furthermore, the auditor’s education and auditor’s experience have no effect on the quality of sharia audit. This study aims to determine the effect of audit tenure, company size, and KAP's reputation on audit quality. The theory used in this research is agency theory. This research used quantitative research method. This data collected was secondary data by documentation and literature study. The sample used in this study was manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2018.  The sample of this study amounted to 128 observational data from 32 companies chosen by purposive sampling method. The analysis used logistic regression analysis. The results showed audit tenure and KAP's reputation have a significant effect on audit quality, while firm size has no significantly effect on audit quality. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the practice of tax avoidance by using profitability, leverage, sales growth and the audit committee as independent variables. The method used is a purposive sampling method with population in the form of financial statements from 30 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2017, so that the sample of data observed is 90 company financial statements. The research design used is causal and descriptive. The data collected is in the form of secondary data from the financial statements of manufacturing companies. Where data analysis is performed using multiple regression statistical analysis. The results found that profitability and sales growth had a significant effect on the level of tax avoidance. While leverage and the audit committee do not significantly affect the level of tax avoidance.

The problems that will be discussed in this journal regarding the relationship between the business entity, the solvency of audit delay. The research method used in this study uses secondary data. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. The criteria of the company being sampled are companies that publish audited financial statements for four consecutive years and use the rupiah currency, so the total number of samples in this study is 100 data. Independent variables in this study are company size, solvability and audit committee, variables dependent inthis study is audit delay. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The results of the analysis show that the solvability variable has a significant effect on audit delay. While the variable size of the company and the audit committee does not have a significant effect on audit delay.
