This study aims to determine the effect of audit tenure, company size, and KAP's reputation on audit quality. The theory used in this research is agency theory. This research used quantitative research method. This data collected was secondary data by documentation and literature study. The sample used in this study was manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2018.  The sample of this study amounted to 128 observational data from 32 companies chosen by purposive sampling method. The analysis used logistic regression analysis. The results showed audit tenure and KAP's reputation have a significant effect on audit quality, while firm size has no significantly effect on audit quality. This study aims to test and empirically prove the influence of company size, profitability, liquidity and environmental performance on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. This type of research is quantitative research, uses secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or the Ministry of Environment. Based on the purposive sampling method, there are 33 samples of companies for 3 years in companies registered with ISSI. This study uses a special regression analysis for panel data using Eviews 10. The results of this study indicate that company size and profitability have a positive effect on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. While liquidity and environmental performance failed to have an effect on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. The results of this study are expected to be a consideration of what factors influence the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting on companies listed on the Indonesian Islamic stock index (ISSI) in 2015 - 2017 which are also listed on PROPER

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

This study aims to test and analyze environmental performance and sustainability reporting disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study also aims to determine the effect of environmental performance and sustainability reporting disclosure on firm value. This research uses quantitative research using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. This research was conducted by selecting research data in accordance with the criteria of a sample of 17 manufacturing companies. The data used are secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly from original sources but through internet intermediary media in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and references in the form of supporting books that relate to research. This study is quantitative research to determine the influence of financial distress, debt default, audit tenure against going concern audit opinion. The data collected was secondary data by documentation and literature study. The population of this study is manufactur companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015 – 2018. The sample of this study is 272 chosen by simple random sampling method. The research used logistic regression analysis method. The results of this study showed that financial distress, debt default and audit tenure has no influence against going concern audit opinion. This research aims to determine the influence of audit fee, audit tenure, and audit reputation on audit quality. This type of research is causative research. The population and sample in this research are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017. The sample selection in this research used a purposive sampling method. Data type is secondary data. Data collection is done by collecting documentation data of financial statements of companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017. The data analysis method used is logistic regression analysis, with audit quality as the dependent variable and audit fee, audit tenure, and audit reputation as independent variables. The results of the research concluded that audit fee, audit tenure, and audit reputation does not have a significant relationship with audit quality.

This research aims to examine to analyze the effect of tunneling incentive, bonus scheme and exchange rate on the company’s decision to do transfer pricing. The population in this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 until 2017. The sample of study was determined by using purposive sampling method, and that total sample 48 manufacturing companies. The data used is secondary data. The technique of collecting data by documentation at www.idx.com. The analytical method used is Panel Regression Analysis with SPSS22 software. /This research use logistic regression analysis as analysis /method.The result of analysis in this research showed that tunneling incentive and bonus scheme had no effect on ithe company’s decision to do transfer pricing.  Exchange rate had a significant effect on the company’s decision to do transferi pricing

The research was aimed to determine the effect of auditor switching, audit tenure,  company size variables on audit quality and to determine fee audit fee variables in moderating the effect between auditor switching, audit tenure, and company size variables on audit quality. The population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2017 period. The total sample is 43 companies using the purposive sampling technique. The data used in the research were financial statements. The method of data analysis uses logistic regression analysis for the hypotheses of auditor switching, audit tenure, and company size. Logistic regression analysis with a residual test for the hypotheses of auditor switching, audit tenure, and company size on audit quality that moderated by fee audit. The results of the research indicated that auditor switching had a negative and significant effect on audit quality. While audit tenure and company size have a positive and significant effect on audit quality. Related to moderating variables indicate that fee audit is not able to moderate auditor switching and audit tenure on audit quality. Conversely, fee audit has an effect as a moderating variable between company size and audit quality

This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, sales growth, profitability and leverage on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The number of companies sampled in this study are 11 Food And Beverage companies listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Eviews 9. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of company size on stock returns in Manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. There is an effect of Sales Growth (Growth) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Profitability affects stock returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Leverage has an effect on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of company size on audit fee, (2) The effect of audit complexity on audit fee, (3) The effect of company risk on audit fee, (4) The effect of KAP size on audit fee. Population in this research are non financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 – 2017. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling method with a total sample of 68 companiees. The data used in this research is secondary data. The technique of collecting data by the method of documentation at www.idx.com and the official website of each company. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The result showed that: (1) Company size influence a significant positive on audit fee, (2) Audit complexity influence a significant positive on audit fee, (3) Company risk no significant effect on audit fee, and (4) KAP size influence a significant positive on audit fee.

This study aims to examine the effect of transparency in disclosure of allowance for accrual earnings management. This research is classified as causal associative research. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. By using the purposive sampling method, there are 30 companies as research samples. Overall accrual earnings management uses discretionary accruals, transparency is measured by the allowance disclosure indicator. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is panel cross section regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that transparency in disclosure of allowance is not able to explain the variance of accrual earnings management in the observation company so that the research hypothesis is rejected.
