The continuity of the operations, growth or decrease in the business activities of any company is in line with the on time and optimized funding of cash liquidity and suitable as well as the proper use of them in investment paths in the direction of creating output and ultimately, to increase the shareholders wealth. The goal of this research is to determine the relationship between cash liquidity and abnormal output of stocks. For this purpose, 130 companies were selected by employing simple random method among the companies were enlisted in Stock Exchange Organization. Different cash liquidities included the operational and non-operational cash flows were taken as the five main independent variables, the divisible profits, financial leverage and the size of the company were defined as other independent variables; and, the abnormal output of stock was considered as dependent variable. After analyzing the pre-hypothesis by using combined multi-variable regression and based on the panel data analysis, five linear relations were assessed. The results of the research showed positive relationship between different cash flows, except tax cash flow and the abnormal output of stock. With respect to the determining coefficients which were obtained, the assessed relationship was considered very weak linear relation. The results of T.Student and Fischer showed that the assessed relationship was not significant in the statistical society level. Analyzing the non-parametric correlation showed similar results.

Using panel data analysis, this study investigates the relationship among Islamic bonds (Sukuk) and the performance of IB’s of Pakistan for the period of 2008-2017. The study has used two stages approach. At the first stage, the profitability and liquidity of banks have been measured by calculating financial ratios. These ratios were than further used in regression analysis to examine whether a relationship exists between Sukuk and the bank’s profitability and liquidity. Our study found a significant positive relationship among Sukuk and the liquidity of IB’s. While, the results show significant but negative relationship between Sukuk and profitability of IB’s. Based on the findings of the study, we concluded that Sukuk has an important role in enhancing the liquidity of IB’s but it has adverse impact on the profitability of IB’s of Pakistan. Thus, the emergence of Sukuk market may pose threats to the profitability of the IB’s of Pakistan.

This paper attempts to determine the capital structure of listed firms in the cement industry of Pakistan. The study finds that a specific industry’s capital structure exhibits unique attributes which are usually not apparent in the combined analysis of many sectors as done by Shah & Hijazi (2005). The study took 16 of 22 firms in the cement sector, listed at the Karachi Stock Exchange for the period 1997-2001 and analyzed the data by using pooled regression in a panel data analysis. Following the model developed by Rajan & Zingle (1995) it has chosen four independent variables i.e. firm size (measured by natural log of sales), tangibility of assets, profitability and growth and further analyzed the effects on leverage. The results, except for firm size, were found to be highly significant.

In this study, the relationship between the pandemic and the stock market range of the dates 17-03-2020 and 14-04-2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic was most intense, was examined by panel data analysis method. In this study conducted for Turkey and Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, China and Netherland countries where the COVID-19 pandemic is most common, COVID-19 data is based on the total number of cases and the total number of deaths, while stock market data is based on important stock indexes of countries. The results of the study, while a negative relationship was found between total number of cases and the stock market, a positive relationship was found between total number of death and the stock market. This is an indication that market investors are closely monitoring the number of COVID-19 cases, and that the number of cases described significantly affects stock market investments.

Research on examining the relationship between the extent of related party transactions (RPTs) and the firm performance lack consensus. To further investigate this relationship, we use data of a sample of 483 Indian companies listed at National Stock Exchange (NSE) for the period 2013-2017. Based on analysis of data using panel regression, we observe that different forms of RPTs - income, expenses, borrowings and Loans, bank guarantee - do not lead to enhancement of the firm performance. However, the income from related parties are found to be negatively associated with firm performance. This is consistent with the hypothesis of principal-principal or manager conflict in corporate governance.

The interests of an investor in an enterprise include: Future earnings, future cash flows and paying future cash dividends, Investing in these interests is demanded by investors and awareness of both the profit and future cash flows draws more attention. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of cash flows, capital expenditures and stocks on the price coefficient. This research is an applied research in terms of purpose it also falls into the descriptive-correlational research group in terms of inferring research hypotheses, combined regression models and panel data were used to test the hypotheses, multivariate linear regression test (year-company) was used to test the hypotheses. It is a library and analytical-scientific study based on panel data analysis (panel data). After collecting the required information from the companies involved, the research hypotheses were analyzed using correlation and regression analysis and data analysis panel method, initially, preliminary calculations were performed in Excel software and the data was prepared for analysis, then 10 E views software was used to perform the final analysis. In this study, financial information of 101 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange during the period 1391 to 1396 (660 companies - year) was reviewed. Based on the analysis carried out to confirm the first hypothesis of the study, we concluded that: There is a significant and direct relationship between cash flows and capital expenditures of companies with respect to the price coefficient of each share. We also concluded that, in support of the second research hypothesis: There is a significant and direct relationship between the ratio of issued stocks and the accumulated cash flows of companies according to the price coefficient.

The concept of entrepreneurial orientation, which emerges with the development of strategic management, refers to entrepreneurship orientations of businesses. The businesses need resources in other words organizational slack in order to develop their entrepreneurial trends. The organizational slack consists of three slack type. These slack types are available slack, recoverable slack and potential slack. The purpose of this study is to examine whether organizational slack in the businesses has an effect on entrepreneurial orientation. The relationship between organizational slack and entrepreneurial orientation was investigated through 20 companies that were traded in Borsa Istanbul Corporate Governance Index for 2010-2014 period using panel data analysis method. The results of the study indicate the existence of a statistically significant relationship between and the available slack and the recoverable slack with the entrepreneurial orientation in the businesses. According to findings; there was no statistically significant relationship between potential slack and entrepreneurial orientation.
