Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very significant role in the economy, can even be said to be the backbone of the economy. However, MSMEs are precisely the sector hardest hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. Digitalization creates new opportunities for MSMEs in the pandemic. FinTech, one of the implementations of digitalization should be pursued to be used by MSMEs. Using path analysis processed using Partial Least Square (PLS), this research aims to identify how Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) works on Adopting FinTech by MSMEs. The Outer Model and Inner Model reflect that the model work. The outer loading value of ? 0.7, AVE value ? of 0.5, Cronbach's Alpha ? 0,70, a correlation value ? of 0.50; and Composite Reliability ? 0.6, and R-Square 0.716 reflect it. However, regarding the factors that influence intention to use, it is different from previous research that became a reference. There are only four hypotheses proven. Those are Context had a significant positive effect on Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness had a significant positive effect on the intention to use fintech. Keywords: FinTech, MSMEs, Digitalization, UTAUT, Inclusive

The use of Information Technology (IT) in the banking sector has seen a phenomenal growth in India. For its effective use and implementation, employees' acceptance and the consequent use of IT are important. Davis' Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) (1989) explains users' acceptance of electronic systems. By applying the extended TAM approach to this study, the authors aim to uncover various factors that affect the attitude and acceptance of bank employees towards CBS. The TAM model identifies perceived usefulness (PU), and perceived ease of use (PEU) as impacting attitude towards IT and behavioural intention. The model is extended by identifying social influence, computer self-efficacy, and technological facility as factors affecting perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The target respondents for this study were bank employees from the public and private sectors banks (State Bank of India, Union Bank, Bank of India, ICICI Bank, and Axis Bank) situated in the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi. Measurement items applied in this study were an adaptation of previously validated measures or were developed on the basis of a literature review. Responses were analysed using the 7-point Likert Scale that ranged from (1) ‘strongly disagree’ to (7) ‘strongly agree’. To test the reliability of the measures, a pilot study was conducted with 20 randomly chosen employees and modified scales. Structural equation modelling was used to analyse the data. Overall, the findings suggest that extended TAM variables positively influence the intention and usage behaviour through PU and PEU. That is, social influence enhances perceived usefulness; and computer self-efficacy and technology facility influence the perceived ease of use. Again, perceived ease of use significantly influences perceived usefulness which in turn has significant effect on behavioural intention and usage behaviour. Social influence of superiors was the prominent determinant of perceived usefulness of the CBS technology. Hence the role of managers as effective communicators is heightened especially in conveying the benefits of using IT and in turn achieving organizational goals.

The emerging online economy in recent years has facilitated the rapid growth of e-commerce, such as Internet bank, e-wallet, and electronic bidding. Network fellowship auction is a collective effort by people who network and pool their money together by Internet in order to invest in and support efforts initiated by other people or organizations. Network fellowship auction has replaced conventional fellowship auction by offering a new safer and faster financial instrument. This research investigated the determinants of network fellowship auction user acceptance, including consumer perceived risk, perceived value, computer self-efficacy, and product involvement. An online survey was used with a sample of 446 respondents. Structural equation models (SEM) were used to examine hypotheses in the theoretical framework. The results showed that consumer perceived risk substantially negatively influenced perceived ease of use and intention; consumer perceived value positively influenced perceived usefulness; consumer computer self-efficacy positively influenced perceived ease of use. Additionally, consumer perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and product involvement positively influenced consumer intention.

This study aimed to explore user factors that may influence attitude and behaviour where technology acceptance is concerned. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Framework was used as a tool to map this degree of acceptance in relation to the design of the current Encyclopaedia of South African Arts, Culture and Heritage (ESAACH). ESAACH is an encyclopaedia intended to address the dearth of reference material in South African arts, culture and heritage studies (ESAACH.org.za). The encyclopaedia is divided into broader areas of research such as: verbal arts, performing arts, visual arts, and heritage. It was originally established as a tool to provide support for education in arts, culture and heritage. There has been an increase in interest in the ESAACH online resource platform. This has resulted in the need to capture user perceptions and attitudes on the site in order to provide guidelines on the improvement of the site and to make usage of the encyclopaedia easier and less frustrating. The researcher investigates English Language Proficiency, Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness and Computer Self-Efficacy as factors that influence an online user’s attitude towards intention to use and acceptance of an online encyclopaedia. There have been concerns expressed by website designers that because users may not be fully acquainted or familiar with using the Internet in general when accessing information, they anticipate some resistance or reluctance to make full use of available online content. The study included the administration of an online survey to a sample of 149 students from the Arts and Design and Library Information Studies departments whereby their demographics, antecedents and precedent constructs of the TAM were tested for co-relationships of user’s intention regarding usage and acceptance of the website. The TAM model was used as a tool to determine: whether a positive confidence in the students’ English language proficiency would affect intention to use the encyclopaedia and to predict whether positive Computer Self-Efficacy is an indicator for a positive effect regarding Ease of Use and/or Perceived Usefulness. Results confirmed that users perceived Computer Self-Efficacy as a positive contributor to the usefulness of the ESAACH online encyclopaedia. Although no significant relationship between English Language Proficiency and Perceived Ease of Use was demonstrated, the need for a design which caters for sensitivity to the language of users was identified.
