Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan keadilan organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), serta bagaimana Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja dan komitmen organisasional PT. Yamaha Direct Distribution Sales Bali. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap yang bekerja di PT. Yamaha Direct Distribution Sales Bali yaitu sebanyak 37 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh atau sensus dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) berbasis component atau variance yaitu PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional.

Voluntary pro-environmental behaviors in the workplace such as organizational citizenship behavior towards environment (OCBE) are pertinent for the organizations striving to become environmentally responsible entities. The significance of OCBE for green organizational initiatives has led scholars to strive for expanding its nomological network. Approaching from the theoretical angle of the social information processing approach, this quantitative, survey-based study theoretically links and empirically tests the impact of environmental transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior towards environment (OCBE) via mediating mechanism of perceived meaningful work. Data from a sample of 311 employees working in Pakistan’s hospitality sector were collected and analyzed to test the hypothesized relationships using structural equation modelling. Results indicated the indirect effect of perceived meaningful work on the relationship between environmental transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior towards environment. Implications of both theoretical and practical nature are laid out in the relevant sections of the paper.

Produktivitas kerja menjadi topik utama pembahasan dalam era persaingan tata kelola di perguruan tinggi termasuk di Universitas Airlangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan spiritualitas kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung  melalui variabel organizational citizenship behavior. Setelah dilakukan uji menggunakan metode structural equation modelling (SEM) kepada pegawai dan tenaga magang di Direktorat Sumber Daya Manusia Universitas Airlangga sebanyak 50 responden diperoleh hasil hanya variabel spiritualitas kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap  variabel organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan variabel Organizational citizenship behavior tidak berpengaruh signifikan sebagai variabel intervening antara variabel persepsi dukungan organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan spiritualitas kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan lebih dapat memperbanyak sampel data dan pemilihan variabel disesuaikan dengan karakteristik responden.

Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan Dosen di Universitas Widyagama Samarinda. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk melihat kinerja Dosen tetap Universitas Widyagama Samarinda yang berjumlah 97 orang atau responden. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah Structural Equation Model. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis multivariate yang dijalankan melalui program SmartPLS. Analisis data melalui partial Least Square dilakukan melalui dua tahap, yaitu: Pertama, Menilai outer model atau model pengukuran. Kedua, Menilai Inner model atau model structural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kompetensi berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. This study examines the influence of fair and supportive leadership behavior on employees’ self-reported organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The model tested assumes that the impact of fair and supportive leadership on OCB is mediated by employees’ commitment to the organization as well as their commitment to their supervisor. A total of 260 bank employees completed a questionnaire in which they rated their supervisor’s behavior, the two commitment foci (organization and supervisor) and the degree to which they engaged in OCB. As a whole, results of structural equation modelling provide support for the hypotheses and indicate that fostering fair and supportive leadership can be worthwhile for organizations.

<em>The phenomenon of development in the Srandakan sub-district as a route to Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA), a new airport in Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta affects public service needs. The staffs of Srandakan sub-district demanded to improve their self-quality which is reflected in organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The purpose of his study is to find effects of motivation and personality on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational culture was put as a moderation variable. The sample used in this research is all personnel in the Srandakan sub-district office. In this study, the analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential analysis methods. In order to conduct the inferential analysis of this study, the Partial Least Square (PLS), which is variance-based of structural equation model (SEM), is used as an analytical tool with SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. The result showed that no significant effect of motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Otherwise, there are signifi-cant effects of personality and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, organizational culture can not be a moderating effect of motivation and personality on organizational citizenship behavior.</em>

  The objective of this study is to examine the influence of factors on OCB on Starbucks' Managers in Surabaya. The population is the managers of Starbucks Surabaya. Data collected by 30 questionnaires. Structural Equation Model (SEM) – PLS (Partial Least Square) has been employed to analyze the data. The results showed that 3 (three) hypotheses are accepted and 9 (nine) hypotheses are rejected. Five independent variables (employee development, employee communication, rewards and recognition, and leadership) had no significant effect on OCB with employee engagement as an intervening variable.

In this study involving PT BPD Kaltim Kaltara Samarinda. In this study, to see the performance of employees used a sample of 162 respondents, based on the results of the questionnaire that has been distributed, it can be seen that the number of respondents to be analyzed was 162 respondents. The data analysis used by the author is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hypothesis testing is done by multivariate analysis carried out through the WarpPLS program. Data analysis through partial Least Square (PLS) is done through two stages, namely: First, Assessing the outer model or measurement model. Second, assess the inner model or structural model. The results showed that there was a positive and not significant effect between Openness on employee organizational citizenship behavior, There was a positive and significant effect between Conscientiousness on organizational citizenship behavior of employees, There was a positive and insignificant effect between Extraversion on organizational citizenship behavior of employees, There was an influence a positive and significant relationship between Agreeableness on organizational citizenship behavior of employees, There is a positive and significant influence between Neuroticism on organizational citizenship behavior of employees, There is a positive and insignificant effect between Openness on employee performance, There is a positive and insignificant effect between Conscientiousness on performance employees, There is a positive and significant influence between Extraversion on employee performance, There is a positive and significant effect between Agreeabl eness on employee performance, There is a positive and insignificant influence between Neuroticism on employee performance, There is a positive and not significant effect between organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance of PT BPD Kaltim Kaltara Samarinda Branch.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>                    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan termasuk manajemen Multi Terminal Indonesia, PT Semarang cabang. Seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Komitmen Organisasi tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study investigates the impact of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and climate (OC) on employee performance. The population used contains employees working in one of the pharmaceutical companies in Cimahi, West Java, where their sum is 1,533 people. By the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, the sum of samples needed is 94. Furthermore, they are picked up by the simple random sampling method. The structural equation model based on partial least square is utilized to analyze the data because of the sample size. After testing hypotheses and discussing the facts, this research infers that OCB has no effect on employee performance, but OC does with a positive sign.

Communication is the performance and interpretation of messages between communication units that are part of a particular organization. Employee engagement is the degree to which people are known from their work, actively participate in them, and consider their achievements important to self-esteem. Organizational citizenship behavior is an optional behavior that is not part of an employee's formal work obligations, but supports the functioning of the organization effectively. Employee performance is the work quality and quantity achieved by a person in carrying out his function in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of communication and employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of Bali. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. The sample in this study were 62 employees. Data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis based on component or variance, namely PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of the study stated that the communication variable had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while employee engagement had no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and through mediating organizational citizenship behavior. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while employee engagement does not affect employee performance through mediating organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
