The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of implementing SAK EMKM for SMEs through four indicators of reflection, namely the quality of human resources as measured by five indicators. Small business perception is measured by seven reflex indicators. MSME understanding is measured by five specific indicators. Socialization of SAK EMKM is measured using five reflection indicators. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was 11,746 MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in the city of Tangerang. The survey sample was 100 respondents from MSME actors, obtained using practical or random sampling methods. The data analysis used, with SmartPLS software version 3.2.1, is based on a model that you can think of as an outer model, and an inner model, with hypothesis testing. This study found that the quality of human resources affected the implementation of SAK EMKM, the perception of SAK EMKM actors did not affect the implementation of SAK EMKM, the understanding of SMEs affected the implementation of SAK EMKM, and SAK EMKM socialization did not affect SAK EMKM.

Sea surface temperature (SST) is one of the features of climate variability that has a significant role in human activities. This study aims to predict and determine whether weather and climate variables with their measuring indicators can predict changes in SST by comparing daily and monthly data. This study uses a partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach which can predict the causality relationship between exogenous latent variables and endogenous latent variables. The results obtained from this study are, from the nine indicators used there are only 6 significant indicators with a loading factor value 0.7, namely sea surface temperature (oC) as a measure of latent variables SST changes, wind speed (m/s) and humidity relative (%) as a measure of the latent variable of weather, and air temperature (oC), short-wave solar radiation (w/m2) for daily data, and long-wave solar radiation (w/m2) for monthly data as a measure of climate latent variable. Inner model obtained on daily data: SST change (η) = -0.285 weather + 0.650 climate + and on monthly data SST change (η) = -0.330 weather + 0.793 climate +. In monthly data, weather and climate latent variables and their measuring indicators have a greater influence on changes in SST with the coefficient values in the model obtained being greater than in daily data. Latent variables that have a significant effect on changes in SST are weather and climate. This shows that if there is an increase or decrease in weather and climate it can cause significant changes to the SST. The value of the criteria on the outer model and inner model on daily and monthly data obtained better results on monthly data. The presence of more missing data in daily data can be one of the causes of this happening.

This study aims to find scientific evidence about the factors that influence the investment intentions of stock products in Indonesia. The research subjects are stock investors in the Indonesian capital market in 2020. The objects studied include product knowledge, risk perception, influence of society, and investment intentions. The sample was selected by purposive random sampling method. Primary data collection is done online by distributing questionnaires using Google Docs via social media WhatsApp, Telegram and Line. The number of research samples is 470 data. Data analysis was performed using SEM-PLS in two test categories, namely testing the outer model and testing the inner model. The results of this study indicate that product knowledge and influence of society have a significant effect on investment intention of stock investors in Indonesia, perceived risk does not significantly affect investment intention. Other findings prove that product knowledge has a significant effect on risk perception. In addition, this study also proves that Perceived Risk cannot mediate product knowledge on investment intention. Thus the results of this study can clarify the relationship between product knowledge, perceived risk and influence of society on investment intention so that at least it can provide guidance to the community to increase investment intention.
