The research aimed to determinie how much influence of Transformasional Leadership Style, Works Discipline and Compensation on teacher performance at SMK Global Mulia Bekasi partially and simultaneously. Sampling in this Research is done by using satuarated sampling technique. The sample used was 30 respondents from the population of 30 teachers. The data were collected by using questionnaires. The method used in this research is quantitative method. While The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the use of SPSS program version 24. The results showed that the three independent variables of transformational leadership style, work discipline and Compensation together partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. Compensation is the biggest significant variabel in influencing the performance of SMK Global Mulia Bekasi Teachers.

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of variables of transformational leadership style and working discipline towards the performance of village devices. This research uses a case study method conducted against the village device in Madukara Sub-district, Banjarnegara district. Questionnaires were distributed to 173 village device people. The result of this research has a number of advices for village officials, especially in Madukara sub-district of Banjarnegara district, to further improve its performance so that the village governance system is well maintained. The data analysis technique used is test of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that variables of the transformational leadership style (X1) were significantly affected by the performance (Y) variables. Then the work discipline variable (X2) significantly affects the performance variable. Variables of the transformational leadership style and work discipline are simultaneously affecting the performance variables. The working discipline variable is the variable that most affects the performance of village devices in Madukara sub-district, Banjarnegara district.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, Performance

<p>Transactional leadership is described as providing an explanation of employees responsibilities and rewards they can expect if the specified standards is achieved. Transformational leadership approach motivates employees, so that they can thrive and achieve high levels of performance. In addition it is also necessary to support the performance of the good discipline of employees. Broadcasting companies who have employees working on the division of operational and management needed different leadership style to support the realization of optimal performance.</p><p> This study used a qualitative approach. Sample was 136 people who are determined by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used Likert scale models. Data analysis using validity test, realibitas test, the classical assumption, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of correlation coefficients and determination.</p><p> The results showed that together transactional leadership styles, transformational leadership styles, work discipline affect the performance of the company's employees broadcasting. Partially transactional and transformational leadership style had no effect on performance. This study aims to determine how the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational commitment on job performance at PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa Pontianak. Population in this research is employees at PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa Pontianak Service Department as many as 120 employees and sampling research as many as 51 respondents or 43% of the population. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The questionnaires used for transformational leadership style variables are Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ), for organizational commitment variables using Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ), and job performance variables using job performance questionnaires. The analytical technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that the simultant transformational leadership style and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the job performance and partially, both the transformational leadership style and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the job performance of PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa Pontianak.

This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) &lt;(1,984) and not significant (0,348)&gt; (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,017) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120&gt; 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)&gt; t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership style and employee motivation toward organizational commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Ganesha Emas Dwipa Denpasar Branch. The number of target population of this study as much as 33 respondents Data collection is done through observation, interviews and questionnaires. This study uses instrument test by using multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the analysis results found that organizational culture, transformational leadership style, and employee motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Partially organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership style partially positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, while employee motivation partially have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Commitment can be achieved if individuals in the organization are aware of their rights and obligations in the organization regardless of position and position of each individual, because the achievement of organizational goals is the result of the work of all members of the organization that are collective.

This study aims to determine “Effect Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, And Job Satisfaction Where Performance Dinas Energi Dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Barat by the respondents as many as 90 (ninety) people. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to the entire population that can be used for analysis. Hypothesis testing is performed using data analysis techniques through multiple regression.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that of the three independent variables, transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction significant effect on performance (the dependent variable). The magnitude of the effect of variable Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction of the performance variable (dependent variable) amounted to 60.2% or the value of R Square of 0.602 remaining 39.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study model.

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable on employees of BSI KC Semarang. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents with the sampling technique saturated sampling technique. The method of collecting data is by giving a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research includes regretion analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. Furthermore, processing the data that has been obtained is processed with SPSS tools. Based on the results explains that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance, 3) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, 4) OCB has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, 5) organizational culture has no effect on ocb, 6) transformational leadership style has no effect on OCB, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 8) ocb does not mediate the effect organizational culture on employee performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 10) OCB is able to mediate the influence of commitment or ganization of employee performance.

The impact of employee’s performance is one of the important value thing that needs a specific concern, regarding it’s connection to the company’s long term journey. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organization culture towards organizational commitment and employee’s performance. This research is conducted in PT. Sasjam Riri in Gianyar regentcy. The research itself is taking all the member of its employee in the company, which is consist of  83 people. Sampling technique that used in this research is census method, which is also involving all population of all research sample. The research’s instrumentt is using questionnaire and path analysis as based for data analysis technique. The result of the research states that, the tranformasional leadership and organization culture into its commitment would give a good effect simulataneously and also partially to  the improvement of the employee’s performance. The result also approved that the commitment is making a variable relation between transformational leadership or organization culture and its eemployee’s performance, inside the entity. The implication of this research is that the employee’s performance of PT. Sasjam Riri’s getting better if the leader shows a transformational leadership style and the employees follows the oorganization culture, that has been agreed by all the employees, therefore it can give an improvement to the employee’s performance throughout the organization’s commitment strengthening.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation and professional competence in improving the performance of Vocational High School teachers in Soppeng Regency, as well as which variables are most dominant in influencing the improvement of teacher performance. Researchers took a sample of 72 teachers from five vocational schools in Soppeng Regency with the sampling technique, namely random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, meaning that if the work motivation is higher, the teacher's performance will also increase. In addition, professional competence also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so that if professional competence is getting better, teacher performance will also increase. Researchers also found that work motivation is the most dominant variable affecting the improvement of teacher performance in schools. Keywords: Work Motivation, Professional Competence, Teacher Performance  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan motivasi kerja dan kompetensi profesional dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kabupaten Soppeng, serta variabel manakah yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja guru. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 72 orang guru yang berasal dari lima SMK di Kabupaten Soppeng dengan teknik penentuan sampel yaitu dengan random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, artinya jika motivasi kerja semakin tinggi maka kinerja guru juga akan semakin meningkat. Disamping itu, kompetensi profesional juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sehingga apabila kompetensi profesional semakin baik maka kinerja guru juga akan mengalami peningkatan. Peneliti juga menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja guru di sekolah. Companies in general will have all sorts of ways to improve employee job satisfaction. Factors that can improve employee job satisfaction are transformational leadership and organizational commitment of employees. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City. The population of this research is all employees of Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City which amounted to 34 people, with sample determination technique used is saturated or census sampling, hence all member of population become respondent in research. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that transformational leadership and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City. This has the meaning that the better the application of leadership style, and the higher organizational commitment that employees have, the more the level of employee job satisfaction at the Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City.
