<p>This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the green purchase behavior. The sample used consisted of 163 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. The Structural Equation Model method is used to analyze data using hypothesis testing. The results of the study show Attitude, Social Influence, Perceived Quality of Green Product have an effect on Green Purchase Behavior. Whereas environmental knowledge does not affect attitude and green purchase behavior. Management must be able to improve consumer shopping behavior by increasing Consumers Environmental Attitude, Social Influence and Perceived Quality of green products</p>

Purpose This study examines how tourists’ buying behavior toward souvenirs plays a pivotal role and explores the moderating role of prominent souvenirs in the marketing context. This study aims to examine the importance and the current status of the souvenir purchase behavior in Raghurajpur and Pipili village of Puri district in Odisha. Design/methodology/approach Purchasing behaviors of tourists such as different variables and tourist demographics were examined. The current study used the structural equation model (SEM) and regression in analyzing unique data from 400 tourists visiting the villages. Findings The research findings indicate that all the variables taken into consideration for research are accurate and are positively associated with tourist engagement in souvenir buying. All the factors are taken into consideration also proved significant toward the dependent variable, i.e. buying behavior. It is argued that adequate attention to the purchase behavior of tourists was not given by academic scholars, professionals and officials in Odisha. Research limitations/implications The current study was limited to the two prominent villages of Odisha famous for handicrafts. Future research might address behavioral studies in other states of India or the place of Odisha. In the present study, data were collected from the tourist sample while exiting the village after shopping. Methods could be developed to elicit responses from tourists after they reached their homes to determine if their responses toward souvenir buying differ. Souvenirs and souvenir buying behavior is an untapped field of research in India. Practical implications This study has enormous potential to contribute to the existing literature on souvenir purchase behavior of tourists in Indian context. The current study will use the identified variables to predict the behavior of tourists towards souvenirs so that craftsmen and policy makers can make an effective marketing mix to brand the souvenirs. Social implications This study is intended to anchor on souvenir purchase patterns of tourists in Pipili and Raghurajpur. An investigation of tourist shopping orientations for souvenir product holds potential for retailers to better direct marketing efforts to a non-local clientele. Understanding and analyzing variables would give government, craftsmen and other stakeholders to properly make marketing strategies for the handicraft sector. Handicrafts of Odisha are rapidly becoming commercialized items, and the authenticity is dying. This study can make the stakeholders aware of the tourist’s needs and preferences. Originality/value The authors provide a holistic and grounded understanding of the souvenir buying behavior of tourists in two prominent villages of Odisha through SEM and other indicators of souvenir buying from tourist’s perspective.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to study how variables such as the region’s overall image, the perceived quality of its financial entities, and consumer ethnocentrism affect the intention to choose regional banks. Special attention is paid to the moderating role played by familiarity. Design/methodology/approach A structural equation model was used with a survey of 427 bank customers. Findings The results show direct and indirect effects of regional image, perceived quality of regional banks and consumer ethnocentrism on the intention to choose regional banks. The moderating effect of familiarity is not confirmed. Practical implications The financial crisis experienced in southern European countries has forced them to carry out a restructuring of the banking sector based on mergers that provide greater solvency and stability. In Spain, this has meant small regional banks merging with each other to form larger national banks. This involves a loss of their regional identity and a change in their positioning to date. It is interesting to understand the value to customers of the regional attribute when choosing a bank and the possible consequences of merging with other banks. Originality/value Globalisation has made origin an attractive attribute that can be used to differentiate products. However, there are still gaps in this field, especially in relation to region-of-origin (ROO) and the influence of certain moderating variables on this effect. This paper sheds some light on the study of the ROO effect in the financial sector, a field that is still relatively unexplored in this context.

Multi-channel retailing can offer a wide range of synergies for retailers when their distribution channels accommodate consumer’s preferences and their buying behavior. Among the large number of retail types, mail-order companies are well suited to benefit from electronic commerce. Not only can they use their infrastructure and experience with direct selling, but many mail-order companies also seek to use the Internet to attract new target groups to increase their typically small and narrow customer bases. Currently, we do not know enough about the antecedents of channel choices, especially in the mail-order sector. This paper addresses this issue and draws special attention to exogenous (i.e. independent of the retailer) factors influencing online shopping behavior. These variables include perceived convenience and perceived security of online shopping in general and consumers’ attitudes toward the catalog as the existing distribution channel. One endogenous factor, i.e. attitude toward the online shop, is assumed to influence buying behavior at the online shop. To examine relationships between the catalog and the online shop, 2,363 consumers who are familiar with both distribution channels of a mail-order company were surveyed online. The structural equation model developed reveals that attitudes toward the printed catalog most strongly influence attitudes toward the online shop. Further, the analysis has shown that antecedents of buying behavior at the online shop are moderated by gender. Shopping behavior of men is influenced by their attitudes toward the catalog, while that of women is determined by their attitudes toward the online shop.

Congestion is a common problem in big cities, including Jakarta as a capital of Indonesia. Increasing the number of vehicles in Jakarta is not proportional to the growth of roads. This makes the road become inconducive. The use of public transportation is a solution to solve this problem. While public intention in using public transportation is still considered low. Research on the intention of using public transport is still less. Based on this, further research is needed that focuses on the intention to use public transportation. This study explores the intention to use public transport that focus on Transjakarta busway while considering several factors in Jakarta, Indonesia. This study describe intention behavior of Transjakarta potential user, study and explores the relationship between intention to use Transjakarta and other latent factors, including personal norms, social influence, environment impact, and perceived quality. The empirical data were drawn from 190 potential users of Transjakarta in Jabodetabek that still use private vehicle, car or motorbike in daily activity using questionnaire method. Structural equation model (SEM) technique is used to analyze the conceptualized relationship model. The result reveal that personal norms, social influence, and perceived quality significantly affect potential users’ intention behavior. From the empirical result, managerial implications were discussed.

Customer loyalty is ‘suspected’not been able to optimizationrepetition of transactions, customer recommendation and durability with the establishment relationship quality of the trust, customer satisfaction and commitment. Therefore, research conducted on Bank CIMB Niaga aims to determine the extent of the trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction can increase X-tra and TabunganKU savings customer loyalty. This research is verification and the method of research is explanatory survey method, the sample is 160 customer X-tra and tabunganKU savings in the branch office Bank CIMB Niaga Bintaro. The analytical method used is structural equation model. The results showed loyalty can be achieved with relationship quality for customers through the establishment of trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction, which all three have a positive influence. Therefore, the management of Bank CIMB Niaga need to improve their ability in trust, satisfactionand commitmentwith the bank's customers to become increasingly favored customers.

This study aims to suggest marketing implications for the success of the luxury brands in the market.Questionnaire was conducted for 360 consumers interested in purchasing luxury goods. The collected data were verified for the appropriateness of the structural equation model and the causation of each concept.luxury brands should put more effort to improve the quality and type of products through various consumer characteristics analysis, and build a pricing strategy to match consumer characteristics with various pricing systems and payment methods. In addition, it is necessary to pay more attention to setting the service system worthy of their luxury images so that the service system can also take the luxury image. What's more, since most luxury consumers are those who value their personality and image rather than cost, so they should do their best at each step so as not to give the negative image of the company to the eyes of the consumers until the end. And it needs to continue their research for enhanced quality of the products and manage the image to sustain the image of the company over time, and make efforts to understand the way of expressing the changing images in step with the changing times and read the cultural trend.

Given the rapidly increasing number of foreign nationals migrating to Korea, this study investigates the relationship between cultural adaptation, tourist satisfaction, and quality of life among Chinese immigrants in Korea. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 344 Chinese immigrants in Korea who visited Gyeongju, where Korean World Heritage sites and modern tourist facilities coexist. A structural equation model was used to verify the hypothesis and indicated that cultural assimilation and cultural separation had a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, whereas cultural integration and cultural change did not have any statistically significant effect on tourist satisfaction. Additionally, tourist satisfaction had a significant effect on quality of life (in terms of subjective well-being and psychological well-being). The results of this study can function as a reference for improving Chinese immigrants’ cultural adaptation, tourist satisfaction, and quality of life.

The airline industry in Thailand has grown enormously over the past decade. Competition among airline companies to reach market share and profit has been intense, requiring strong strategic abilities. To increase the service quality of such companies, identifying factors related to the context of airlines is important for policymakers. Thus, this study aims to present empirical data on structural factors related to the loyalty of domestic airline passengers. Structural equation modeling was used to confirm the proposed model. The questionnaire was used to survey and collect data from 1600 airline passengers. The results indicate that satisfaction, trust, perceived quality, relationship, and image of airlines positively influenced loyalty with a statistical significance of α = 0.05. Moreover, the study found that expectation and perceived quality indirectly influenced loyalty. The findings provide a reference for airline operators to clearly understand the factors that motivate passenger loyalty, which can be used to develop the sustainability of marketing strategies and support competitiveness.
