<span><em>The purpose of this research is to propose a model which organizational citizenship behavior and job</em><br /><span><em>performance mediate the influence of job satifaction and human resources management practices</em><br /><span><em>toward service quality at Grand Sahid Jaya Jakarta.</em><br /><span><em>The conceptual framework consists of the following constructs : job satisfaction, human resources</em><br /><span><em>management practices, organizational citizenship behavior, job performance, and service quality.</em><br /><span><em>Moreover, four hypotheses were developed and tested. Instrument test of validity and reliability</em><br /><span><em>were used to test the validity of the measures, while multiple regression from Statistical Package for</em><br /><span><em>Social Science (SPSS) was used in hypotheses testing. The manufacturing sector is one of the major sources contributing towards economies as well as environmental pollution. Contributing to the theory of ability motivation opportunity theory, the aim of the current study was to investigate the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment on the relationship between green human resources management (green recruitment and selection, green training, green rewards, and green performance evaluation), corporate social responsibility, and sustainable performance (economic, social, and environmental performance). The quantitative survey research design was used in the current study and structured questionnaires were distributed for the collection of data. The cross-sectional data were collected from 150 firms. Sample of the study was consisted of HRM managers, directors. Total 200 questionnaires were distributed but 150 completed responses were received and analyzed. A structured questionnaire was used. For data analysis, smart partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used. The measurement model and the structural model were developed and tested in the study. The measurement model aim was to investigate and establish reliabilities and validities of the instrument while to test hypotheses structural model was formulated/developed. Results revealed that the instrument was found reliable and valid; the instrument has met all standard criteria for average variance extracted, composite/construct reliability factor loadings, and alpha values. While structural models illustrated that all hypotheses are accepted. It is concluded from the results that organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment significantly mediated the relationship between corporate social responsibility and green human resource management practices. This implies that organizational citizenship behavior towards environment significantly effects sustainable performance. The originality of the current study lies in highlighting corporate social responsibility, green human resources management practices to enhance sustainable performance through organizational citizenship behavior towards environment.

Organizations are systems and human activities that work together. In line with that, the organization is said to be a rational coordination of the activities of a number of people to achieve some general goals through the division of work and functions through a hierarchy of authority and responsibility. Analyzing the influence of motivation on job performance, analyzing the effect of job satisfaction on job performance, analyzing the influence of motivation on job satisfaction. This type of research is correlational analytic research. Correlation analysis is a statistical method used to measure the magnitude of the linear relationship between two or more variables. SEM, a complete modeling, basically consists of a measurement model (Measurement Model) and a Structural Model or Causal Model. This research is empirical evidence regarding the effect of motivation and OCB on achievement. This study uses a sample of 100 respondents who are employees of PT JNE Kota Kediri. The results showed that: motivation has an effect on OCB where effective motivation can increase or encourage an employee to feel satisfied, motivation has an effect on achievement. Where an employee who is committed to the organization will feel happy to be part of the organization, have trust and good feelings for the organization and have a desire to remain in the organization, and intend to do what is best for the organization.

The chapter investigates the impact of leaders' behavior on the employees' job satisfaction and how job satisfaction mediates three work behaviors: organization citizenship behavior, employees' deviant behavior, and job performance. A sum of 304 employees from higher learning institutes answered an adopted questionnaire. This chapter reflects a clear picture with respect to leaders' behavior the advanced era. Employees' deviance behavior emerged as organizational attention. This chapter is an attempt to identify the effects of superior' behavior on employees' job satisfaction. Further, the behavioral outcomes of job satisfaction in the form of job performance, organizational citizenship behavior, and workplace deviant behavior.

Purpose: Human Resources Management (HRM) practice displays a key function in customer satisfaction in the cognitive of service quality in selected insurance companies in Northwestern Nigeria. The significant of service industries are labour oriented where insurance sector is not an exception because their performance is determined by the quality of risk management services to their customers (Insured). This paper is aimed to investigate Human Resources Management Practices and Service quality in selected insurance companies in Nigeria. Methodology: The study adopts secondary data which review related literatures from journal articles and other literatures on assessment of the concepts. Finding: The paper finds that there is a significant relationship between Human resources management practices and service quality in the insurance industry. It also reveals that Human resource management practices directly affect overall service quality in terms of customer base, customer retention, overall profit, productivity and risk improvement to the customers. Implication: Organization having good HRM Practices will improve the quality of services provided and also improves performance and customers'loyalty.
