<p><em>Website e-commerce</em>  yang aman dapat melindungi informasi pengguna atau pelanggan. Sejumlah masalah keamanan <em>e-commerce</em> muncul seiring dengan bertambahnya transaksi. Pada penelitian ini kami menggunakan metode <em>Analytic Hierarchy Process</em>  (AHP) dan <em>Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process</em> (FAHP) dalam pengambilan keputusan. AHP sangat berguna sebagai alat dalam analisis pengambilan keputusan dan telah banyak digunakan dengan baik dalam berbagai bidang seperti evaluasi, <em>assessment</em>, peramalan, pemilihan karyawan, penilai konsep produk, dan lain-lain. Logika Fuzzy digunakan untuk variabel ketidakpastian atau samar, sedangkan AHP tepat dalam mempertimbangkan karakteristik baik kualitatif maupun kuantitatif yang lebih dekat dengan situasi nyata. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa situs Tokopedia.com sebagai <em>e-commerce</em> terbaik dalam segi keamanan <em>website</em>, karena semua <em>e-commerce</em> pada <em>tools</em> <em>secure web test</em> memperoleh nilai yang sama, dan pada tools <em>asafa web</em> menduduki peringkat 1 serta pada tools <em>observatory</em> menduduki peringkat 2.</p><p> </p><p class="Judul2"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p class="Judul2"> </p><p class="Judul2"><em>Website e-commerce which secure can protect the information of users or costumers. A number of security problem e-commerce appears along with transaction. In this research we used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and</em> <em>Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method. Ahp is very useful as tools in taking decision analysis and have used well in various areas such as evaluation, assessment, prediction, employee selection, concept’s rating, product and etc. Logic of Fuzzy used to uncertainty variable or vague, whereas AHP exact in consider the characteristic even if qualitative and quantitative which nearer with the real situation. From the research that has done, it is known that the site of Tokopedia.com as e-commerce is the best in website security side, because all of e-commerce at tools secure web test gained the same value, and at tools asafa web occupy ranking 1, and at tools observatory occupy ranking 2.</em></p>

In converged networking, the evaluation of network performance is completed by analyzing the key performance indexes which can reflect the states of network from the point of user view and integrated results should be evaluated by user or quality of experiences. This paper proposes the algorithm for evaluation of network performance based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process that utilizes strategy data and key performance indexes to calculate the integrated results of evaluation. The result provides the necessary reference for the real-time monitoring of network.

In human social life, it is often need to make comprehensive evaluation for person, thing , or a project to carry on the classification or evaluation. Analytic hierarchy process is relatively common and the most simple evaluation model. It draw up a series of evaluation index according to the evaluation object. The index may contain multiple child index, according to the relationship between the indexes or artificial factors to determine tie index weight, and get the overall evaluation for objects. The artificial factor is too much, it can not objectively reflect the real situation of the evaluation object. This paper proposed a evaluation method based on neural networks, based on the indexed of the analytic hierarchy process, through using the expert evaluation samples, by the BP neural network to study, so as to get the objective weight of the indexes, and then reflect the real situation of the evaluation objects.

Pemilihan proyek potensial dari paket lelang konstruksi yang ditawarkan merupakan permasalahan yang kompleks pada asosiasi kontraktor. Paket lelang yang ditawarkan oleh pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum (PU) untuk wilayah Sumatera Utara tahun 2013 terdapat 96 paket, tahun 2014 terdapat 69 paket. Dari banyaknya paket yang ditawarkan, masing-masing paket memiliki beberapa kriteria sebagai persyaratan, salah satunya adalah pengalaman perusahaan. Artikel ini fokus pada perangkingan proyek berdasarkan evaluasi proyek yang sudah dikerjakan sebelumnya. Keberhasilan suatu proyek ditentukan oleh beberapa kriteria, maka pendekatan yang digunakan Multi Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) dengan metode Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), data diperoleh dari Asosiasi Kontraktor Air Indonesia (AKAINDO) Sumatera Utara. Hasilnya adalah rekomendasi proyek potensial berdasarkan skor tertinggi, yaitu sub-bidang perpipaan.

Land decision is a prerequisite for the healthy development of real estate enterprises, the decision-making is a multi-criteria decision-making problem. This paper mainly research on the real estate enterprises’ land decision, considering the land decision factors integrating real estate enterprises’ characteristic, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy theory to effectively integrate qualitative and quantitative factors of the real estate enterprises’ land decision. First of all, this paper expounds the real estate enterprises’ land decision-making process based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Secondly, it takes an example of a real estate enterprise to analysis it. Finally, the research showed that the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was effectiveness and feasibility.

Decisions usually involve the getting the best solution, selecting the suitable experiments, most appropriate judgments, taking the quality results etc., using some techniques.  Every decision making can be considered as the choice from the set of alternatives based on a set of criteria.  The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is a multi-criteria decision making and is dealing with decision making problems through pairwise comparisons mode [10].  The weight vectors from this comparison model are obtained by using extent analysis method.  This paper concern with an alternate method of finding the weight vectors from the original fuzzy AHP decision model (moderate fuzzy AHP model), that has the same rank as obtained in original fuzzy AHP and ideal fuzzy AHP decision models.
