In converged networking, the evaluation of network performance is completed by analyzing the key performance indexes which can reflect the states of network from the point of user view and integrated results should be evaluated by user or quality of experiences. This paper proposes the algorithm for evaluation of network performance based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process that utilizes strategy data and key performance indexes to calculate the integrated results of evaluation. The result provides the necessary reference for the real-time monitoring of network.

Systems that supply medicinal gases—oxygen, nitrous oxide and medical air—serve all care units of a hospital; for example, they feed distribution systems for operating theatres, neonatal and pediatric units, dialysis, X-ray, casualty, special tests, outpatients, etc. Systems for the provision of medicinal gases are therefore critical in guaranteeing hospital sustainability, since the functionality or availability of other hospital systems depends on them. Availability of 100% in these systems would avoid the need to reschedule patient appointments. It would also eliminate repeat testing, which poses risk to staff and patients, and could avoid affecting people’s lives through unavailability of, for example, operating theatres or intensive care units. All this contributes to a more rational resource consumption and an increase in quality of care both for the hospital itself and for patients and visitors. Although these systems are of vital importance to health care organizations, no previous work has been found in the literature that optimizes the technical decisions on supply in these systems. This research describes a model for these systems via continuous-time Markov chains. The results obtained are used in a multicriteria model constructed with the measuring attractiveness by a categorical-based evaluation technique (MACBETH) approach. In order to assess reliability when incorporating doubt or uncertainty via the MACBETH approach, the model has been validated by means of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The aim is to obtain the best objective decision, with respect to the design of these systems, by analyzing the use of economic resources, the risks, and the impact on hospital activity, all with the aim of guaranteeing the best quality of care. The models constructed by means of MACBETH and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process give, as the most suitable alternatives, duplicate the external supply in medical oxygen systems and maintain the original design conditions for supply systems of nitrous oxide and medicinal air.

<p><em>Website e-commerce</em>  yang aman dapat melindungi informasi pengguna atau pelanggan. Sejumlah masalah keamanan <em>e-commerce</em> muncul seiring dengan bertambahnya transaksi. Pada penelitian ini kami menggunakan metode <em>Analytic Hierarchy Process</em>  (AHP) dan <em>Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process</em> (FAHP) dalam pengambilan keputusan. AHP sangat berguna sebagai alat dalam analisis pengambilan keputusan dan telah banyak digunakan dengan baik dalam berbagai bidang seperti evaluasi, <em>assessment</em>, peramalan, pemilihan karyawan, penilai konsep produk, dan lain-lain. Logika Fuzzy digunakan untuk variabel ketidakpastian atau samar, sedangkan AHP tepat dalam mempertimbangkan karakteristik baik kualitatif maupun kuantitatif yang lebih dekat dengan situasi nyata. Software adds significant value to a wide range of products and services. Thus, in the process of software development, maintaining the quality of the software is an important aspect that the developer must do. In several software quality models, usability is stated as one of significant factor that gives impact to software performance. The existence of problems in usability lead to less useful of the software. This research was conducted to assess software usability risk factors which derived from the attributes and sub-attributes of usability, that affecting the quality of the software negatively. The importance of risk factors assessed by using fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process. This risk assessment on software usability made it possible to process the evaluation of the respondents defined by linguistic format, in which information can be processed from insufficient data, subjective, inaccurate or vague. As result, this assessment showed dominant factors which were considered as the source of the usability software risk.

Land decision is a prerequisite for the healthy development of real estate enterprises, the decision-making is a multi-criteria decision-making problem. This paper mainly research on the real estate enterprises’ land decision, considering the land decision factors integrating real estate enterprises’ characteristic, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy theory to effectively integrate qualitative and quantitative factors of the real estate enterprises’ land decision. First of all, this paper expounds the real estate enterprises’ land decision-making process based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Secondly, it takes an example of a real estate enterprise to analysis it. Finally, the research showed that the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was effectiveness and feasibility.

Decisions usually involve the getting the best solution, selecting the suitable experiments, most appropriate judgments, taking the quality results etc., using some techniques.  Every decision making can be considered as the choice from the set of alternatives based on a set of criteria.  The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is a multi-criteria decision making and is dealing with decision making problems through pairwise comparisons mode [10].  The weight vectors from this comparison model are obtained by using extent analysis method.  This paper concern with an alternate method of finding the weight vectors from the original fuzzy AHP decision model (moderate fuzzy AHP model), that has the same rank as obtained in original fuzzy AHP and ideal fuzzy AHP decision models.
