The purpose of this study is to determine the dimensions and reinforcement of structure, cost, and schedule due to the transition structure of the building function. The structural transition of building functions is carried out in the earthquake area five with the classification of soft and hard soils. The building used as a research model is a 3-story residence on Nuansa Utama Selatan Street number 3, Jimbaran, Bali. The planning of this building will be converted into office buildings and shophouse on the 2nd and 3rd floors functioning as a warehouse in the earthquake area five in Bali with the classification of soft and hard soil that will be analyzed using SAP 2000 program so that the structural dimensions are used as a reference in the creation of costs, and schedule obtained using Microsoft Project program. The analysis of structure shows that the structure of a residential house on hard soil has the dimensions and reinforcement of the smallest structure. The ratio of structural reinforcement in the transition of structure functions from residential house to office on hard soil by 1.32% with the lowest structure cost ratio by 1.80% and schedule of the structure by 3.80%.

The aim of the research was to create a “ke-kame-tu” formula high in protein and zinc. Making the formula "ke-kame-tu" using a randomized block design, taste data obtained by organoleptic test followed by ANOVA analysis. Protein analysis using the micro-kjeldahl method, and zinc analysis using the spectrophotometric method. The “ke-kame-tu” formula consists of a mixture of moringa leaf flour, red bean flour and tuna fish flour with the following ratio (gram) that is F1 (15-70-15); F2 (15-60-25); F3 (15-50-35); F4 (15-40-45); F5 (15-30-55); F6 (15-20-65). The nutritional content of the "ke-kame-tu" formula is as follows: a) Zinc content between 17.28% (F6) to 23.87% (F1), b) Protein content between 16.49% (F6) to 26.97% (F2), and c) Fat content is between 4.20% (F1) to 5.93% (F5). The ke-kame-tu formula contains complete essential amino acids, namely the amino acids histidine, threonine, arginine, methionine, valine, phenylalanine, iso leusie, leucine and lysine and as the limiting amino acid is methionine. Supplementary feeding (PMT) N1 protein content 10.138 g; N2 9.683 g; N3 9.097 g; N4 9.243 g; N5 10,473g and N6 10,197g. The best PMT based on the acceptability test by the panelists is the nugget product added with the F2 formula (15-60-25).

Currently, in the world of medicine, the use of medical devices is very important. Along with the development of technology, the need for imaging in radio diagnostics is getting higher. This can be seen from the increasing trend of using medical devices by experts that are tailored to the needs of patients. The progress of radiological examination is growing rapidly with the use of radiation sources, one of which is by using a CT-Scan (Computed Tomography Scanning). The use of CT-Scans must be monitored to ensure the protection and safety of workers, patients, and the public. Protection requirements that must be met in the use of radiation are optimization of radiation protection and safety. The optimization of radiation protection is determined from the diagnostic guide level or the Indonesian Diagnostic Reference Level (I-DRL). The data used in this study is a chest contrast examination with the category of adults (15 years and over). From the CT-Scan irradiation, the CTDIVol and DLP values ??were determined in the 3rd quartile (Q3=75 percentile).

Currently, the Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency (BAPETEN) is actively guiding users or license holders related to patient protection against radiation hazards or often referred to as radiation protection and safety on medical exposure. Protection against medical exposure became a big issue when the mandatory compliance test on X-ray equipment for diagnostic and interventional radiology was introduced. In addition, license holders through their medical practitioners are also required to use the level of medical exposure guidelines. While PERKA BAPETEN No. 9, 2011 concerning the Suitability Test of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology X-Ray device, states that one of the test parameters that directly affect the patient's radiation dose and determine the feasibility of operating the X-Ray device to the patient is information on the dose or rate of radiation dose received by the patient. Monitoring doses with Entrance Surface Air Kerma (ESAK) or what is often referred to as ESD (entrance surface dose) using suitability conformity test data starting from 50,60,70,80,90 and 100 kVp with 20 mAs at SID 100 meters. The results of the research on the value of ESAK was 0.049 mGy, an ESAK value that still met the national I-DRL value from BAPETEN Regulation No. 1211/K/V/2021.

Manufacturing defects and discontinuities in a product are anomalies which can lead to severe damages which may sometimes involve loss of life. These defects must be examined and corrected before the product goes into service. There are two methods of testing a product for defects and discontinuities viz. Destructive Testing and Non-Destructive Testing. Destructive Testing entails subjecting the product to conditions that leads to failure of the product whereas Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is the process of examining the products for defects in a way in which it retains its usefulness for future service. This paper discusses various methods involved in NDT such as Visual Testing, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Penetrant Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, Acoustic Emission and Eddy Current Testing with a major focus on  advances in the applications of NDT.
