A high-precision and high-efficiency oil painting identification method is the auxiliary basis for authenticating works, because it can improve the efficiency and credibility of oil painting identification. Therefore, an oil painting image extraction method based on intelligent vision was proposed. An intelligent visual detection model was constructed to obtain the characteristics of oil painting images. The oil painting feature fusion method based on intelligent vision was adopted to integrate the color and shape features of oil painting features, calculate oil painting feature difference coefficient and difference feature threshold, and realize oil painting image extraction by oil painting image extraction rules. The research results verified that the proposed method could effectively identify the authenticity of oil paintings. Compared with the expert identification method and the identification method based on deep learning, it can be seen that the method had the highest identification accuracy, the shortest identification time, the best anti-interference, and the remarkable identification performance, so it had a high application value.

Two patterns can sometimes be discriminated from one another better than they are detected. A Signal Detection analysis of the information used to perform these psychophysical judgments suggests that properties exist in the visual system which favor the ability to discriminate over the ability to detect. Two candidate properties are inhibition and/or correlated noise between tuned spatial frequency analyzers. The extent to which such processes occur is reflected by the parameters defining sensory response distributions in a Signal Detection model of pattern perception. A method by which these parameters can be estimated is described, and several alternative response spaces are discussed.

In recent years, significant advances have been gained in visual detection, and an abundance of outstanding models have been proposed. However, state-of-the-art object detection networks have some inefficiencies in detecting small targets. They commonly fail to run on portable devices or embedded systems due to their high complexity. In this workpaper, a real-time object detection model, termed as Tiny Fast You Only Look Once (TF-YOLO), is developed to implement in an embedded system. Firstly, the k-means++ algorithm is applied to cluster the dataset, which contributes to more excellent priori boxes of the targets. Secondly, inspired by the multi-scale prediction idea in the Feature Pyramid Networks (FPN) algorithm, the framework in YOLOv3 is effectively improved and optimized, by three scales to detect the earlier extracted features. In this way, the modified network is sensitive for small targets. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed TF-YOLO method is a smaller, faster and more efficient network model increasing the performance of end-to-end training and real-time object detection for a variety of devices.

It plays an important role to detect gauge between high signal and contact net in railway safe, to provide safe guarantee for railway workers. This paper proposed a visual detection model to solve the problem of gauge between high signal and contact net. Base on three-dimensional reconstruction high signal and contact line with space points, it transformed two objects coordinate, then analyzed the position relationship and accurately solved the shortest distance from high signal to contact line, last compared with the standard gauge to achieve the process of gauge detection.
