The aging process involves physical, social, and psychological changes. With the increase in life expectancy, the demand for aesthetic treatments is increasingly noticed in the search for harmonious and slower aging. This article reports a clinical case of a 42-year-old female patent complaining of onset of skin flaccidity and fall of the labial commissure, in additon to a tired and saddened appearance - known as “Sad Look”. A combination of common procedures in Orofacial Harmonization such as application of botulinium toxin, filling with plasma gel and filling with hyaluronic acid were used as a rejuvenation objective. The main results obtained were the reestablishment of the balance of muscular strength, the stimulation of collagen production and consequently the improvement of skin quality and lessen flaccidity, as well as the the return of volume and lost facial contours.

Aim: To show a clinical case where hyaluronic acid was used to improve bucco-facial zone. Methods: We present a case of a patient, a 46 years oldwoman. Hyaluronic acid (RestylaneKisse) was injected in upper and lower overall (that had lost its outline), in upper philtral columns and marionette lines. Results: Hyaluronic acid treatment showed clinicalchanges. This changes were, uniform contour lip, increased volume in the philtral columns andhydrated skin. Conclusion: The clinical case showed that the hyaluronic acid improved the lips, the skin, and the marionette lines. This treatment produced clinical changes that were maintained in time without alterations in the tissues.

The search for a harmonious and balanced face grows more and more and the demand for aesthetic treatments increases in the same proportion. Procedures that use hyaluronic acid as a filling material have high acceptance and rapid postoperative recovery, bringing excellent results. This article reports the clinical case of a young male patient, Pattern II, according Capelozza, due to mandibular retrognathism, whose main complaint was the recessed position of the chin. Restructuring with highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid in the affected region has been suggested. The remodeling of the chin together with its increase in volume through the application of hyaluronic acid was able to significantly improve the profile and the complaint-neckline of the patient.

The rhinoplasty is also an aesthetic process, where it depends the correct form to be made. Small nasal defects can be corrected with fillers. Hyaluronic acid is one of the most commonly used fillers lately due to efficacy, predictability, reversibility, local anesthesia, rapid patient recovery, and few postoperative complications. The objective of this study was to present a case report based on rhinomograms as a safe application protocol and its advantages to the surgeon. It was concluded that rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid is a minimally invasive procedure and few side effects when respecting the limits of each region. Regarding the clinical case, there was an evident improvement in the eformities and nasal contour in the photographic evaluation performed immediately after the reported procedure. The patient informed that she’s pleased with the result.
