Настоящая работа является третьим компонентом цикла статей, посвященных развитию историографии учительской школы П.П. Максимовича в Твери. Рассматриваются аспекты развития историографии учительской школы, в том числе в рамках научных форумов. Отдельным сюжетом настоящей статьи является рассмотрение научных работ, подготовленных для мероприятий, организованных в Тверском государственном университете в связи со 150-летним юбилеем со дня основания школы. This work is the third component of a series of articles devoted to the development of the historiography of the teacher's school of P.P. Maksimovich in Tver. The aspects of the development of the historiography of the teacher's school are considered here, including the examination within the framework of scientific forums. A separate plot of this article is the consideration of scientific papers prepared for events organized at Tver State University regarding the 150th anniversary of the foundation of the school.

The article provides an overview of ten diploma theses written under the supervision of Professor of Zoology Juhan Aul at the University of Tartu from 1958–1970. The theses deal with physical development of Estonian school students in two Estonian towns (Tartu and Pärnu) and nine districts (Tartu, Elva, Põlva, Räpina, Rapla, Keila, Pärnu, Võru, Harju) according to the then existing administrative division. The theses are based on the anthropological material collected from 1956–1966.The first part of the article briefly describes the period of nearly 202 years during which the scholars related to the University of Tartu have conducted various physical anthropological studies on Estonians. These years can conditionally be divided as follows: the first period, 1814–1927 – the period from Baer to Aul, the second period, 1927–1993 – the Aul period, the third period, from 1993 to the present – the period of the Centre for Physical Anthropology.The article describes some of the options the students had for participating in anthropological research. An overview is given of the beginning of anthropological research of children and school students in Estonia and in the world. The article acquaints the reader with the whole of the so-called Aul period and the diploma theses on Estonian school students’ physical development supervised by him.The second part gives an overview of the diploma theses.

The purpose of this research was to find the effect of various strategies of learning towards writing skill of scientific work. The study was conducted on students of Indonesian Language and Literature Faculty of Language and Literature, State University of Makassar. The type of research was experimental research. The population of the study was all students of the Department of Language and Literature Indonesia who were programmed course Scientific Writing academic year 2012/2013 which had 102 students. The number of students was distributed into three classes namely Class A total of 32 students, 34 students of class B, 36 students of class C. the Samples of the research were 36 students consisting of 18 students from class A as the first experimental class and 18 students of grade B as the second experimental class. The technique of data collection was an instrument. The instrument was a test description that was making papers. The data analysis technique was an analysis of variance (ANOVA). Before the data from this study was analyzed statistically, the data was tested by the requirements that included the test of normality and homogeneity test population. The result of the research showed that the samples of students who learned the techniques of cooperative used strategies Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC)  got higher score significantly than the samples who learned by expository strategy toward the skills to write scientific papers.
