Dalam sistem pendukung keputusan, banyak dijumpai metode untuk mengevaluasi pilihan dalam mengambil keputusan. Dua di antaranya adalah metode Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dalam paper ini disajikan perbandingan keduanya baik secara prosedural maupun hasil akhir dalam pemberian peringkat karyawan di Biro Kepegawaian Institut Teknologi Nasional (Itenas) Bandung. Hasil menunjukkan, bahwa metode AHP lebih komplek dibanding MFEP sedangkan hasil pemeringkatan diperoleh perbedaan di peringkat empat dan lima dari lima karyawan yang dievaluasi. Kata kunci: Multifactor Evaluation Process, Analytical Hierarchy Process, sistem pendukung keputusan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of performance evaluation of vendors especially in the vendor that provides a raw material for pressure vessel plate made of carbon steel. As for the evaluation process undertaken by PT. XYZ through performance indicators (KPI) where an evaluation that applied a focus on quality and delivery. In this study, researchers used the designation criteria vendor performance indicator (VPI) where the criteria used consist of quality, cost, delivery, flexibility and responsiveness (QCDFR). The methods used in the analysis process that is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Data collecting directionally by questionnaire method among 3 respondents on the procurement department that know the performance of the vendors over the years. The result showed that PT. RE has the best performance among the four vendors, as known PT.SS, PT. ST, PT. CH and PT. UN within value 0.540; The vendor with lowest performance owned by PT.CH within value 0.034.Keyword : Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), vendor performance indicator (vpi), plate pressure vessel, vendor performance evaluation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses evaluasi kinerja vendor khususnya pada vendor yang mensupplai bahan baku plate pressure vessel berbahan carbon steel. Adapun proses evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh PT. XYZ melalui key performance indicator (KPI) dimana evaluasi yang diterapkan hanya berfokus pada quality dan delivery. Dalam studi ini, peneliti menggunakan penetapan kriteria Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) dimana kriteria yang digunakan yaitu quality, cost, delivery, flexibility dan responsiveness (QCDFR). Metode yang digunakan dalam proses analisis yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner terhadap 3 informan pada departemen procurement yang dianggap mengetahui kinerja vendor selama ini. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. RE memiliki kinerja yang terbaik diantara keempat vendor yaitu PT. SS, PT. ST, PT. CH serta PT. UN dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0.540 sedangkan vendor dengan kinerja terendah dimiliki oleh PT. CH dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0.034.Kata kunci : Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), vendor performance indicator (VPI), plate pressure vessel, evaluasi kinerja vendor.

The objective of this study is to summarize the current general evaluation process that stakeholders use to evaluate single or multiple medical devices to select the optimal medical device. This study constructed a novel evaluation framework to select the optimal medical device by overcoming the limitations of assessments that were previously confined to the medical device cycle and the purpose of the specific assessment. It also presents a general framework for incorporating usability evaluations into the frame to reflect the objectives and characteristics of key stakeholders in the medical device industry. In addition, the results of medical device evaluation are further analyzed using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP).

The growth of the Logistics business has caused many firms from different industries to enter the field. A logistics provider is an external provider who manages, controls, and delivers logistics activities maintains warehouse and other necessities on behalf of a supplier. They collect outbound shipments from manufacturers & consolidates shipments in their distribution centres and delivers to the customers through an effective routing of transport. Lead time is the most repetitive risk faced by the logistics providers and hence bench marking the major focused variables is must. This results in lowering the uncertainty in Leadtime. Researchers have spoken about challenges faced in evaluating the process. This research indents to identify the variables which are considered for the evaluation process of the operations of logistics providers. A primary survey will be conducted using the identified variables and then subjected to Analytical Hierarchy Process to funnel down the major focused variables. These variables will be benchmarked and be considered as standard variables which will cause a direct impact on the daily operations and result in variation in profitability. This paper will give a clear perspective regarding the evaluation of Logistics providers and their various policies incorporated

PT. Lamongan Marine Industry is a manufacturing company that produce large ships. The company have contracts with four suppliers of iron plate. In cooperation with these suppliers, they unable to meet the quality standards for iron plate is a measure of the thickness of the thick 45 mm. Material defects from suppliers thickness is less the limit set by the company is 0,3 mm – 0,5 mm. Process evaluation of the suppliers performed to look for suppliers that meet the criteria of the company. In this study, supplier evaluation process is carried out using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Taguchi Loss Function (TLF). AHP for wighting each of criterian, while TLF  for calculating loss function each of supplier. Criterian of the supplier evaluation are price, quality, delivery, underweight, availability, payment system, guarantee policy and repair service, with wight for each criterion are 6%, 6%, 8%, 15%, 17%, 13%, 8% and 26%. The results showed that the best supplier that meets the company criteria is a supplier  PT. Biz Fitting with loss Rp. 1.140.973.

Supplier evaluation process is a strategic activity on purchasing management that aims to find out the performance of the supplier. PT. Fronte Classic Indonesia is a company manufacturing car carpet, one of the raw materials needed in producing car carpet that is calcium. The supplier in partnership with the company has performance that is less suitable. The methods used in this research Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Taguchi Loss Function. AHP is used to determine the weights of the criteria and Taguchi Loss Function is used to calculate the loss function of the respective supplier. Supplier evaluation process carried out to search for suppliers and meet the criteria of the company. The criteria used in the evaluation of suppliers are price, delivery, quality, the accuracy of goods quantity, guarantee policy, response to claims. The results showed that the suppliers who meet the criteria of the company by providing minimum losses as the best supplier.

Airline selection is a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem faced in business travel. The evaluation process primarily involves the evaluation of several complex factors for selecting an airline that will best meet business travel needs. Previous studies have proposed several different methods that a company or organization can use to evaluate or select an airline. In its proposed approach to solving airline selection, this study integrates the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) with a type of preference ordering involving the determination a solution's similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) and multi-segment goal programming (MSGP). A real-life case study on selecting an airline is also presented.

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.
