The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of performance evaluation of vendors especially in the vendor that provides a raw material for pressure vessel plate made of carbon steel. As for the evaluation process undertaken by PT. XYZ through performance indicators (KPI) where an evaluation that applied a focus on quality and delivery. In this study, researchers used the designation criteria vendor performance indicator (VPI) where the criteria used consist of quality, cost, delivery, flexibility and responsiveness (QCDFR). The methods used in the analysis process that is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Data collecting directionally by questionnaire method among 3 respondents on the procurement department that know the performance of the vendors over the years. The result showed that PT. RE has the best performance among the four vendors, as known PT.SS, PT. ST, PT. CH and PT. UN within value 0.540; The vendor with lowest performance owned by PT.CH within value 0.034.Keyword : Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), vendor performance indicator (vpi), plate pressure vessel, vendor performance evaluation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses evaluasi kinerja vendor khususnya pada vendor yang mensupplai bahan baku plate pressure vessel berbahan carbon steel. Adapun proses evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh PT. XYZ melalui key performance indicator (KPI) dimana evaluasi yang diterapkan hanya berfokus pada quality dan delivery. Dalam studi ini, peneliti menggunakan penetapan kriteria Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) dimana kriteria yang digunakan yaitu quality, cost, delivery, flexibility dan responsiveness (QCDFR). Metode yang digunakan dalam proses analisis yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner terhadap 3 informan pada departemen procurement yang dianggap mengetahui kinerja vendor selama ini. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. RE memiliki kinerja yang terbaik diantara keempat vendor yaitu PT. SS, PT. ST, PT. CH serta PT. UN dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0.540 sedangkan vendor dengan kinerja terendah dimiliki oleh PT. CH dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0.034.Kata kunci : Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), vendor performance indicator (VPI), plate pressure vessel, evaluasi kinerja vendor.

Beef is a livestock product that has economic value. The high demand for meat requires farmers to cultivate cows by supplying cattle to meet consumer needs. In terms of selecting beef cattle seeds, independent breeders still do traditionally. During this time farmers still use the trial and error method in choosing the best type of cow even just concerned with the price factor. This will obviously affect the quality of cattle which results in expensive maintenance costs, less than optimal production yields and even death of cows. The purpose of this study was to conduct a study of the application of technology in the selection of the best beef cattle to increase livestock yield, especially for local independent breeders. The technology used is a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Multy Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method. Through a combination of methods, researchers analyzed each criterion and alternative related to the selection of the best beef cattle. AHP method was chosen because it has the ability to analyze more consistent criteria. While the selection of the MFEP method is due to having the ability to analyze alternatives based on existing criteria in a simple and accurate way. The results of the AHP and MFEP analysis method are AHP analysis to assist in determining the priority factors of beef cattle seedlings and applied to the MFEP method which produces the highest alternative A6 with a value of 0.508. This research is expected to become a new foundation for farmers in knowing the criteria and alternatives in determining the best type of beef cattle.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prioritas alternatif strategi yang tepat dalam upaya pengembangan pangsa pasar pada Lestari Coffee Roasters berdasarkan bauran pemasaran di Lestari Coffee Roasters. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Metode pelaksanaan penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dan metode penentuan responden menggunakan metode purposive. Macam data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan pencatatan, serta kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah EFE (External Factor Evaluation), IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), Matriks IE (Internal-External), dan AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor bauran pemasaran yang menjadi prioritas utama dalam penyusunan strategi pemasaran biji kopi panggang pada Lestari Coffee Roasters berturt-turut adalah orang, tempat, promosi, proses, sarana fisik, harga, dan produk. Alternatif strategi pemasaran yang menjadi prioritas bagi Lestari Coffee Roasters yaitu pengembangan produk, Integrasi, pengembangan pasar, dan penetrasi pasar. Kata kunci : strategi pemasaran, bauran pemasaran, AHP, prioritasProgram Studi Agribisnis Jurusan Agribisnis Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta

The objective of this study is to summarize the current general evaluation process that stakeholders use to evaluate single or multiple medical devices to select the optimal medical device. This study constructed a novel evaluation framework to select the optimal medical device by overcoming the limitations of assessments that were previously confined to the medical device cycle and the purpose of the specific assessment. It also presents a general framework for incorporating usability evaluations into the frame to reflect the objectives and characteristics of key stakeholders in the medical device industry. In addition, the results of medical device evaluation are further analyzed using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP).

Dalam sistem pendukung keputusan, banyak dijumpai metode untuk mengevaluasi pilihan dalam mengambil keputusan. Dua di antaranya adalah metode Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dalam paper ini disajikan perbandingan keduanya baik secara prosedural maupun hasil akhir dalam pemberian peringkat karyawan di Biro Kepegawaian Institut Teknologi Nasional (Itenas) Bandung. Hasil menunjukkan, bahwa metode AHP lebih komplek dibanding MFEP sedangkan hasil pemeringkatan diperoleh perbedaan di peringkat empat dan lima dari lima karyawan yang dievaluasi. Kata kunci: Multifactor Evaluation Process, Analytical Hierarchy Process, sistem pendukung keputusan.

Pusat Pelatihan Mandiri Kelautan dan Perikanan atau P2MKP adalah bidang usaha budidaya dan pengolahan rumput laut yang berlokasi di Kota Balikpapan. Penjualan yang dilakukan selama ini tidak memiliki strategi khusus dalam pemasarannya, penjualan yang dilakukan hanya sebatas memenuhi permintaan yang ada. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan strategi pemasaran menggunakan analisa swot dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari hasil perumusan strategi pemasaran pada matriks internal factor evaluation (IFE) dan matriks external factor evaluation (EFE) didapatkan kekuatan utama yaitu memiliki kandungan gizi yang baik dengan skor 0,444 dan peluang utama yaitu dukungan pemerintah terhadap usaha dengan skor 0, 472. Kemudian hasil dari matriks internal eksternal (IE) P2MKP berada pada posisi sel 5. Dari hasil analisis SWOT didapatkan 16 alternatif strategi. Kemudian dengan menggunakan metode AHP diperoleh strategi prioritas bagi P2MKP dengan skor bobot paling tinggi 0,130 yakni menjalin hubungan dengan pemerintah untuk melakukan perizinan produk.

The growth of the Logistics business has caused many firms from different industries to enter the field. A logistics provider is an external provider who manages, controls, and delivers logistics activities maintains warehouse and other necessities on behalf of a supplier. They collect outbound shipments from manufacturers & consolidates shipments in their distribution centres and delivers to the customers through an effective routing of transport. Lead time is the most repetitive risk faced by the logistics providers and hence bench marking the major focused variables is must. This results in lowering the uncertainty in Leadtime. Researchers have spoken about challenges faced in evaluating the process. This research indents to identify the variables which are considered for the evaluation process of the operations of logistics providers. A primary survey will be conducted using the identified variables and then subjected to Analytical Hierarchy Process to funnel down the major focused variables. These variables will be benchmarked and be considered as standard variables which will cause a direct impact on the daily operations and result in variation in profitability. This paper will give a clear perspective regarding the evaluation of Logistics providers and their various policies incorporated

PT. Lamongan Marine Industry is a manufacturing company that produce large ships. The company have contracts with four suppliers of iron plate. In cooperation with these suppliers, they unable to meet the quality standards for iron plate is a measure of the thickness of the thick 45 mm. Material defects from suppliers thickness is less the limit set by the company is 0,3 mm – 0,5 mm. Process evaluation of the suppliers performed to look for suppliers that meet the criteria of the company. In this study, supplier evaluation process is carried out using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Taguchi Loss Function (TLF). AHP for wighting each of criterian, while TLF  for calculating loss function each of supplier. Criterian of the supplier evaluation are price, quality, delivery, underweight, availability, payment system, guarantee policy and repair service, with wight for each criterion are 6%, 6%, 8%, 15%, 17%, 13%, 8% and 26%. The results showed that the best supplier that meets the company criteria is a supplier  PT. Biz Fitting with loss Rp. 1.140.973.

Pencaksilat salah satu bentuk identitas seni beladiri nusantara kebudayaan Indonesia berisitentang pendidikan yang berkembang dalam masyarakat. Dalam dunia modern, silatbukan  hanya  sebagai  alat  seni  bela  diri  tetapi berkembang  menjadi  sebuah  upayadalam  memelihara  kesehatan  melalui  olahraga.  Decision support system (DSS) adalah sistem yang dibangun untuk membantu dalam pengabilan keputusan. DSS dapat dibangun dengan mengunakan beberapa metode seperti AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process ) SAW (Simple Additive Weighting), MFEP (Multi Factor Evaluation Process),Weighted Product dan lain-lain. Silat salah satu bentuk identitas seni beladiri nusantara kebudayaan Indonesia berisi tentang pendidikan yang berkembang dalam masyarakat.Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan hasil dari implementasi metode SAW dengan MFEP.
