n China, the protection and rational utilization of land resources is one of the basic national policies. Specifically, land resources occupy a very important position in the ecological environment system, and will also change because of the influence of natural geographical factors, human social activities and other factors. In order to protect and utilize land resources better, GIS and remote sensing information technology should be used reasonably in land dynamic monitoring, so as to achieve the expected effect of monitoring, predict the change of land resources and grasp the change trend of land resources. Based on this, this paper focuses on remote sensing information technology and GIS in land dynamic monitoring  application for analysis for reference.

Researching dynamic variation of vegetation coverage has positive significance for vegetation restoration and ecological reconstruction. Landsat TM/ETM+ remote sensing data of the 2002, 2005, 2007, 2009 and 2011 was analyzed by ENVI and GIS technology, divided the vegetation coverage into 6 grades based on dimidiate pixel model, concluded the variation of ecological environment based on transfer matrix method, taked the Daliuta Mine as a case. The results indicated that average vegetation coverage in Daliuta Mine has increased integrally, and vegetation coverage changed from low, medium low and medium to medium and medium high, the vegetation coverage has somewhat. The dynamic monitoring of vegetation coverage can effectively reflect the variation of ecological environment in Daliuta Mine. This study provided a theoretical basis for the ecological reconstruction and sustainable development of Daliuta Mine.

In this paper, the traditional urban environmental monitoring technology is time consuming, and high demanded for technician by using artificial processing. Expound a dynamic reusable reports generation technology of urban environmental monitoring and its application. improves the efficiency of rapid processing of dynamic monitoring results of urban ecological environment.

It is exceptionally significant to use GIS and remote sensing application for proficient need in daily life. Upcoming and contemporary technologies like data processing, earth observation geodata processing and investigation are necessary for the researcher for the development of the society on a large scale. Remote sensing information data both in digital format and image format is utilized for retrieving the information about land resources by using (DIP) digital Interpretation Techniques and (VIP) Visual interpretation techniques Techniques. The foremost objective of the given study area is to Setup land use and land cover information system to evaluate land resources by by means of GIS Remote Sensing at Arc GIS10.2.1 platform of MedchalMandal. GIS and Remote Sensing information is the ultimate solution for the coverage of large area. Different types of layers are created from Remote Sensing images data and ArcGIS 10.2.1 Software. In the present study analysis is carried out by primary information which was generated from remote sensing data. GIS is Decision support system which helps planners and Decision makers to take correct decision for sustainable development, it also helps developers, engineers in environmental study, town planning and resource management.
