Stakeholder Requirements for Reporting Information and Digital Technologies

The modern system of accounting and reporting is in the process of reforming, and a particularly important component of the reform is the modifi cation of fi nancial reporting, since on its basis decisions are made on the development of the economic system by investors and other stakeholders, namely: the maximum expansion of the circle of information users; presentation of information related to the implementation of the planning function; provision of non-financial reporting refl ecting the value of the organization and preparation of non-fi nancial reporting; reflection of financial information on human capital, brands, innovation, provision of fi nancial environmental and social reporting; formation of general user orientation of fi nancial statements.

HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERENCANAAN KEPALA RUANG DENGAN PENANGANAN PASIEN HIV/AIDS

The function of nursing management, especially the planning function of the head of the room, is important to realize quality nursing services, especially in the treatment of patients with HIV/AIDS. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the planning function of the head of the room with the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients in dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. This study with a sample of 58 people used a descriptive correlation design with a cross sectional approach, using bivariate analysis with the Spearman Rank test. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the planning function and the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients in RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal (pvalue 0.001). Recommendations for the hospital nursing management to improve the planning function in terms of providing supporting facilities for handling HIV/AIDS such as SAK HIV/AIDS, syringe supplies and syringe disposal sites and universal precaution training.

Lack of business planning: A barrier to successful implementation of total quality management in South African agricultural small-, micro- and medium-sized enterprises

This study aimed to establish baseline data for performance concerning the business planning function of agricultural small-, micro- and medium-sized enterprises (Agri-SMMEs) in the Eastern Cape Province, South Africa. It also endeavoured to investigate the extent to which Agri-SMMEs that had adopted total quality management (TQM) had improved their business planning performance. An action research design and mixed methods, which included the internationally recognised South African Excellence Model (SAEM), were used to collect qualitative and quantitative data from Agri-SMMEs in the Western Eastern Cape (WEC) that had adopted the TQM philosophy, as well as from WEC and Eastern Eastern Cape (EEC) Agri-SMMEs that had not adopted that philosophy. Whether or not they had adopted TQM, the Agri-SMMEs studied were performing poorly relating to the business planning function when benchmarked against world-class standards. Hence, Agri-SMMEs that had implemented the TQM process did not necessarily have a performance advantage over those that had not adopted the process. With respect to practical implications, the use of the SAEM for continuous performance improvement of the business planning function should be promoted and interventions should be provided for the identified shortcomings relevant to this function. It is the first study of its kind to be conducted in the agricultural sector in South Africa. Therefore, the findings should provide a useful guide to enterprises contemplating implementing a TQM programme.

The influence of the managerial functions of the head of the room on the performance of nurses in performing nursing care in RS Royal Prima Medan 2020

Background: Managerial function consisting of planning, organizing, actuating and the controlling. This study aimed to determine the effect of head of ward managerial function on the performance of individual nurses in implementing nursing care at inpatient room of public hospital Royal Prima Medan.Methods: The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the managerial function of the head of room on the performance of nurses in carrying out nursing care in the Royal Prima Medan hospital. Type of research quantitative observational analytic design cross sectional study. Sample with purposive sampling of at least 15 respondents.Results: On the results obtained the influence between the planning function (p=0.919) there is no relationship between individual performance, organizing function (p=0.020) there is an influence of the relationship between individual performance, the function of direction (p=0.919) there is no relationship between individual performance and the supervisory function (p=0.020) there is an influence of the relationship between individual performance.Conclusions: The results of this study are used as input and material for consideration for the Royal Prima Medan hospital in making decisions, especially in addressing the problem of managerial function so that the Royal Prima Medan hospital is growing and can carry out managerial functions properly.

Developing Management Functions in Integrated Pesantren: A Case Study Islamic Boarding School

This study aims to describe the implementation of management functions of PondokPesantrenTahfizhPutri (PPTP) at one of the Islamic Boarding School in East Java Indonesia. The Education system integrated with the formal school. The subject of this study are 17 participants. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach as guidance so that the research focus to describe research's form question or problem identification. Result of the research show that the planning function in its management has long-term planning in vision, mission, and objectives of the foundation. Besides, the organizing function related to the organizational structure.

Implementasi Fungsi Perencanaan KBIH Darul Ma’arif dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Jamaah

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the planning function in KBIH Darul Ma'arif. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach that aims to describe, explain, and explain data regarding the implementation of the planning function at KBIH Darul Ma'arif in improving the service levels of the congregation, namely through interviews, observation, documentation study of the research object. The results showed that, the implementation of the planning function in KBIH Darul Ma'arif in improving the services of the congregation had fulfilled the needs of the prospective congregation, the determination of the objectives of the KBIH was to get satisfaction, calm and perfection in performing the pilgrimage. The determination of the KBIH program is to get excellent service with several programs: pre-hajj pilgrimage, hajj pilgrimage and post-hajj pilgrimage. Determining the KBIH schedule, namely always determining the day and date, time, guidance and material so as to provide good service to the pilgrims. Sosialisasi Fungsi Tuha Peut dalam Menyusun Rencana Kerja Pembangunan Gampong Ujong Drien

Gampong is the lowest government in the government system in Indonesia. In recent years, gampongs or villages have been given great authority in implementing village governance, especially in preparing village / gampong development plans. In implementing the gampong government, the keuchik who leads the gampong government, apart from being assisted by the village secretary and gampong apparatus, is also assisted by a customary institution known as Tuha Peut. One of the functions of tuha peut is given the authority to carry out the joint development planning function with the village keuchik as outlined in the RKPG document. The socialization of tuha peut functions in gampong governance is necessary to provide an in-depth understanding of the duties and functions of tuha peut as partners of the gampong government in implementing the wheels of government and development. The formulation of the problem in this activity is limited to the socialization of tuha peut's function in compiling a work plan for village development (RKPD / G). MANAGEMENT OF SALAFIYAH ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL TOWARDS QUALITY ENHANCEMENT OF FORMAL EDUCATION INSTITUTION IN THE DIGITAL ERA

This research is set to clarify the importance of technology in the Salafiyah Islamic boarding school in Tulungagung. It is focused on the management of the Salafiyah Islamic boarding school based on the functions of management, namely planning, implementing, and evaluating in facing educational competition in the digital age. The research method is descriptive qualitative using purposive and snowball sampling. The researchers select 3 internal stakeholders and 9 external stakeholders. The results reveal that: 1) planning function of management is categorized into good criteria by preparing facilities and infrastructure as well as professional teaching staff; 2) implementation function of management can integrate the boarding school curriculum with the modern education curriculum; 3) evaluation function of management is conducted by practicing various sciences in the world and the hereafter, mastering science and technology as well as faith and piety. Regarding these results, the Salafiyah Islamic boarding school requires formal education as a foundation of life to compete in this disruption era.
