Land use management is the primary source of resource planning, and the management part of the sustainable ecosystem of water and soil resources is an important evidence for the sustainable development of the economic and social system. This is guided by the concept of sustainable development, and on the basis of the accumulation of relevant research practices and outcomes at home and abroad, water and land based systems are a research object and study the status of water and soil resource utilization, the state of water and soil coupling, and the supply and demand status of water resources. A balance analysis was carried out, and the gray linear programming model was used to optimize the allocation of land resources using the water quality dynamic monitoring model, which achieved the best coupling of water and soil resources and the greatest benefit. In this paper, aiming at the two types of problems in comprehensive water quality evaluation, namely, aiming at indifference and spatiotemporal changes, this article explores a powerful calculation method based on variable identification models and compiles a GIS geostatistical model (it is a computer-based tool that can draw and analyze ground objects; event GIS technology integrates seamless visual effects between map and local analysis services and general data processing services) to perform spatial analysis and visual expression of the evaluation results, in-depth analysis of the connotation, and theory and optimal allocation model of land resources optimal allocation. On the basis of the conceptual framework of the best share of land sources, the theories that should follow in the best share of land sources are discussed, and the available models and their characteristics are analyzed and compared. Experimental results show that, in the data provided by the analysis of water supply and demand balance at the annual spring system site by constructing an energy monitoring model, the water supply conditions of different water sources are rough, but the data of this study shows that the water shortage rate has reached 25%. In addition, the article explains the setting variables for the optimal allocation of land resources in water sources and compares and analyzes the optimization and planning of land resources in water sources.

Abstract. Land use and cover change is a leading edge topic in the current research field of global environmental changes and case study of typical areas is an important approach understanding global environmental changes. Taking Qiantang River (Zhejiang, China) as an example, this study explores automatic classification of land use using remote sensing technology and analyzes historical space-time change by remote sensing monitoring, which provide new methods for optimizing land use structure and realize the optimal allocation of land resources as well as intensive utilization. It is of great importance to the sustainable development of Qiantang River basin and the whole Zhejiang province. This study combines spectral angle mapping (SAM) with multi-source information and creates a convenient and efficient high precision land use computer automatic classification method which meets the application requirements and is suitable for complex landform of the studied area. This work analyzes the histological space-time characteristic of land use and cover change in 2001, 2007 and 2014, providing a strong information support and new research method for optimizing Qiantang River land use structure and achieving optimal allocation of land resources and scientific management.

n China, the protection and rational utilization of land resources is one of the basic national policies. Specifically, land resources occupy a very important position in the ecological environment system, and will also change because of the influence of natural geographical factors, human social activities and other factors. In order to protect and utilize land resources better, GIS and remote sensing information technology should be used reasonably in land dynamic monitoring, so as to achieve the expected effect of monitoring, predict the change of land resources and grasp the change trend of land resources. Based on this, this paper focuses on remote sensing information technology and GIS in land dynamic monitoring  application for analysis for reference.

Limited land resources are used to meet the growing economic, social, and ecological needs of people in China. Food, energy, and water (F-E-W) are the basic resources for supporting human survival and the transformation of different land uses. This paper tries to construct a theoretical framework of land use and the F-E-W nexus and uses system dynamics to simulate the optimal allocation of land use in Shizuishan City, China, by comparing different scenarios that have different parameters related to F-E-W. The final results follow: (1) according to the relationship between land use and the F-E-W nexus, a three-layer nested theoretical framework is constructed. (2) Future land use under different scenarios differs. Under the scenarios of a less dependence on coal energy, a higher utilization efficiency of energy and agricultural water resources, and a lower grain self-sufficiency rate, there are less crop and urban lands but more ecological land. However, generally speaking, crop and rural construction lands tend to decrease, while urban and ecological lands tend to increase. (3) Combined with different objectives, the rapid transformation scenario is considered a better option in which to achieve a balance among the economy, society, and ecology. This paper also discusses the application of land use optimization in the delineation of three control lines in territory-space planning in China.

Agricultural land is fundamental to human survival and economic development. Unlike other resources, land resources are embodied in trade goods and commodities, which are continuously re-allocated between countries and regions. As a typical ecological element, agricultural land embodied in trade activities can play an essential role in allocating land resources and advancing agricultural development. Based on the multi-regional decomposition analysis, this study investigated the embodied agricultural land flows among 31 provinces/municipalities of China, and classified the transfer patterns into different drivers including intensity-, trade-, and specialization-driven types. The results showed that the total amount of embodied agricultural land is approximately half of the direct agricultural land use area. Among these regions, Heilongjiang had the largest embodied agricultural land outflows, while Guangdong showed a deficit of agricultural land with embodied inflows. For regions such as Heilongjiang, the relatively high intensity and trade specialization significantly contributed to the embodied agricultural land outflows. For municipalities such as Beijing and Shanghai in China, the embodied agricultural land played a practical role in balancing increasingly scarce land resources. From the embodied perspective, agricultural land linkages between supply and demand in different regions could provide a new perspective to address the agricultural land shortage and avoid the inefficient transfer flows, contributing to the optimal allocation of agricultural land within China.

Benign coordinating relations can promote sustainable use of land resources and improve of the ecological environment quality and excessive exploitation and utilization of the land resources will only aggravate the ecological environment vulnerability and further restrict the sustainable development and utilization of the land resources. This paper, from the perspective of basic current situation of Xinjiang, by using the coupling evaluation model and principal component analyze, on the basis of coupling relationship, studies both the degree of coupling relationship and the influence mechanism and analyzes the dynamic evolution process of development and utilization of land and ecological environment in 2000 ~ 2010,. The results of the study show that: (1) the development of land use intensity and ecological environment shows fluctuation state on the whole. Although environment has been improved in recent two years, but both the coordinated development is still faced with great pressure. (2) The dynamic evolution relationship between the development of land use and ecological environment does not meet the long-term equilibrium relationship and the ecological and environmental benign condition is not obviously. presented This paper holds that: adhering to synchronization of the development of land use and ecological environment improvement, and sustaining relatively stable operation mechanism of ecological environment can maintain the sustainable development of regional economy.

Investigation and potential analysis of low-slope hilly land resources is a foundational work for carrying out land development and utilization scenically. In this paper, based on status of land use change survey data in 2011 and satellite remote sensing data of study area, at the same time,we combined with the practical situation of study area, by using superposition analysis, spatial clustering and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, did an investigation to low-slope hilly land resources which slopes between 8 degree and 25 degree, analyzed theoretical potential and actual potential of low-slope hilly development and utilization, in order to provide the basis and reference for land use work. The results of the project show: (1) development potential of low-slope hilly land resources is large; (2) the discrepancy beteen theoretical potential and actual potential is obvious; (3) the strategic of development and utilization must be adjust measures to local conditions, pay equal attention to ecological benefit, social benefit and economic benefit and considerate landscape and ecological balance comprehensively.
