The problem in this study was the low skill of students' critical thinking, especially in the subjects of natural science. This is due to the limited learning model used by a teacher in schools.  Preliminary observations by researchers have shown that teachers still use conventional learning models. This research is to know the difference of critical thinking ability of students who implement quantum learning model with the critical thinking ability of students who do not apply the quantum learning of fifth-grade students in natural science subjects at Warungbambu III Elementary School East Karawang. The research methods in this research using a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design.  The data analysis technique to test hypotheses is done by calculating the statistical independent t-test Samples. Based on the results shows that there are differences in students' critical thinking skills implementing the quantum learning model with the critical thinking skill of students who do not apply the quantum learning model of fifth-grade students in natural science subjects at Warungbambu III Elementary School East Karawang. It is evidenced by the value of sig (2-tailed) 0,000 ≤ 0.05, which means that the hypothesis is accepted.

Mathematical learning needs to be given to all students starting from elementary school, so that students practice how to think in drawing conclusions and be able to express their opinions with the beliefs and honesty that comes from someone. But when learning mathematics the problem that often arises is a lack of motivation. Baroody (1993) says that reasoning is an important tool in learning mathematics to produce ideas so students can understand mathematical concepts correctly. Efforts made by teachers to improve thinking skills and motivation in learning mathematics are through the Adobe Flash CS 5.0 game which is expected to provide new and enjoyable experiences for teachers and students. In addition to more varied learning, students can be motivated to learn and enjoy what they learn.

The purpose of this research is to find out the improvement of students' mathematical critical thinking skills in elementary school students by using the REACT strategy. This research is a classroom action research conducted in class IV at SDN 02 VII Koto Sungai Sarik Padang Pariaman . The results showed that there was an increase in students' mathematical critical thinking skills starting from the initial ability of 43.67, cycle 1 gained an average of 68.56, and cycle 2 gets an average of 83.37. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in mathematical critical thinking skills of elementary school students by using the REACT strategy. This study recommends that primary school teachers can use the REACT strategy as an effort to improve mathematical critical thinking skills of elementary school students.
