Introduction: modern society involves the creation of legal mechanisms aimed at the introduction of digital systems in all legally significant public interests. At the same time, modern federal programs and strategy for the development of the information society in Russia are the basic elements of the country’s economic development. The aim of the study is to identify the main legal components of the modern digital economy of the Russian Federation. Using the methods of scientific knowledge, especially the method of system analysis, it is found that the complexity of the problem involves the use of both law-making and law-realization “vision” of the main directions and forms of the legal adaptation of the digital systems of the modern economy support. Results: the noted shortcomings in the rule-making development are identified on the basis of the analysis of the data from the electronic banks, which allowed justifying the need for the legal regulation of digital relations in terms of improving the rules of law and the law enforcement practice in the country and proposing a number of measures to eliminate them. Conclusions: it is necessary 1) to create the normative conditions of the digital rights adaptation for the subjects of entrepreneurial activity; 2) to introduce a uniform approach to the concept of digital relations; 3) to justify the most significant advantages of the introduction of digital relations and information technologies covering the whole society.

The purpose of this study is to assess blockchain’s impact on the activities of various structures and bodies of the state administration. The levels of blockchain development and blockchain 3.0 characteristics, which can be used for organizational and managerial decisions when building digital systems of a service nature, are considered. The deficiencies of legal regulation that impede blockchain’s integration into such systems are noted. The international experience, where blockchain is already used at the level of the state administration, as well as state and municipal services, is considered. The authors pay attention to the difficulties of introducing digital technology in the state administration, which not only complicates digitalization but can also create new problems if applying incorrect simplifications of virtual and real systems. The blockchain introduction in state services meets the increased demand of society for openness, accessibility, and absence of bureaucracy and does not interfere with its monopoly on the administrative coercion function.

Since the first moment of the history of humanity, various means of evidence and evidence have been used to reach and detect the offender. As crime types and means of crime have changed and evolved, evidence detection and analysis methods have changed over time. At this point, with the rapid advancement of technology, the emergence of various and new types of crime that can affect many people at the same time in the global world is inevitable. Wherever you are in the world, it is now possible to commit crimes in one way or another that affect one or more people on the other side of the world through the Internet and digital systems. This, in turn, has led states to safeguard their cyber security. For this reason, firstly, it has made a legal regulation to protect its own citizens in domestic law and then it has been forced to cooperate internationally. The way in which classic crime types are committed and the method of evidence is different from the crimes committed through digital systems. The main purpose of the methods of obtaining and proving evidence is to reveal the material truth for a past event. There are also legal requirements, technical methods and scientifically accepted methodologies that must be followed when uncovering material truth. Because digital evidence is both different and more open to manipulation than other classical proofs, it is a matter of adherence to laws and technical rules when obtaining evidence. In order to obtain digital evidence in the Code of Criminal Procedure No. 5271; It has been arranged as a search, copy and seizure protection measure in computers, computer programs and files. Although the heading of the respective substance is initially considered only as a protection measure for computers, it will find application for all devices and systems containing digital data, as detailed below.   Received: 5 June 2021 / Accepted: 15 July 2021 / Published: 5 September 2021

The process of moving to a fully digital microscopy laboratory requires changes in instrumentation, computing hardware, computing software, data storage systems, and data networks, as well as in the operating procedures of each facility. Moving from analog to digital systems in the microscopy laboratory is similar to the instrumentation projects being undertaken in many scientific labs. A central problem of any of these projects is to create the best combination of hardware and software to effectively control the parameters of data collection and then to actually acquire data from the instrument. This problem is particularly acute for the microscopist who wishes to "digitize" the operation of a transmission or scanning electron microscope. Although the basic physics of each type of instrument and the type of data (images & spectra) generated by each are very similar, each manufacturer approaches automation differently. The communications interfaces vary as well as the command language used to control the instrument.
