This study used three variables, namely Statement Management Disclosure, Intellectual Capital Disclosure, and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. The object of the research ismanufacturing company from 2009 to 2013. Samples were collected by purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression model used in this research model testing. The results showed that CSR Disclosure had a positive effect on Firm Value. Intellectual Capital Disclosure does not affect the Firm Value, while Management Statement Disclosure had a negative effect on the Firm Value.

Research conducted on banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2013-2017 period. The sample is determined through non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 60 observation samples. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that BOPO ratio show a negative effect on profitability of banking companies. The results also show that intellectual capital and CSR disclosure doesn’t affect the probability of banking companies. The research implications theoretically prove stakeholder theory, legitimacy theory, and resource-based theory in explaining the operational efficiency of banking companies. This study examines the effect of profitability and liquidity on CSR disclosure and its implication on economic consequences. This study was driven by the inconsistency of the results of previous studies in testing the factors that influence the CSR disclosure. This study used the CSR disclosure to measure Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure index (CSRDI) based on the index of the Global Reporting Initiatives G4 Guideline (GRI G4). The results show that profitability has a significant and positive effect on CSR disclosure, while liquidity does not affect CSR disclosure. Furthermore, CSR disclosure has a negative effect on the bid-ask spread, CSR disclosure has a positive effect on trading volume, while CSR disclosure doesn't affect stock price volatility. This study impklies as the following;: companies that have high profitability should have strong commitment to disclose corporate social responsibility because it can help reduce information asymmetry.

This study aims to find out empirical evidence about the influence of corporate governance on firm value through intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility. The sample used in this study amounted to 123 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange continuously during the period 2015-2017 using purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative methods with secondary data obtained from annual reports that have been published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2017, which can be accessed through www.idx.co.id. Data analysis in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the board of commissioners had a significant negative effect on intellectual capital and had a significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility. Board of Commissioners has a significant positive effect on intellectual capital and has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility. The board of commissioners, audit committees, intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Intellectual capital is not able to mediate the relationship between the board of commissioners and firm value, as well as the relationship of the audit committee to firm value. CSR is not able to mediate the relationship between the board of commissioners and firm value and the relationship between the audit committee and firm value.

Companies that are able to innovate and are able to create a good image will make consumers loyal and have an impact on improving performance. Increased performance will provide hope for investors and potential investors towards the company so that the company's value will increase, which is indicated by rising stock prices. This study aims to analyze the effect of intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility on firm value with company performance as a moderator variable in the basic and chemical industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2014-2018 period. Hypothesis testing results showed that simultaneous intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility affect the value of the company, partially intellectual capital affects the value of the company and financial performance succeeded in moderator the relationship between them, corporate social responsibility affects the company value, in addition simultaneously financial performance succeeded in moderator the relationship between intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility to the value of the company, partially financial performance succeeded in moderator the relationship between intellectual capital to the value of the company, while partially financial performance was not able to moderate the relationship between cororate social responsibility and corporate value.

The empirical evidence of the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and company value is still inconclusive and raises a discussion space for researchers about what and how it affects. This study aims to analyze these. The analysis model was compiled by covering four control variables namely size, market share, leverage, and company growth. The results of the Regression analysis showed that the CSR disclosure index had a negative effect on firm value. This effect occurs when the analysis model includes four contextual variables. However, if the analysis did not include four control variables in the model, the results were opposite. These results have the following research implications as well as subject to methodological limitations.

This study aims to analyze how the influence of profitability on company value and how the influence of profitability on company value with CSR disclosure as a moderating variable. With the purposive sampling method, there are four samples of mining sector companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index for the period 2010-2017. Data is processed using SPSS version 23. The analysis technique in this study uses simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). MRA is used in this study to analyze CSR Disclosure as a variable that moderates the effect of the independent variable Profitability on the dependent variable Company Value. The result of the research which has been done by using multiple linear regressions shows that profitability has significant and positive influence to the firm value. Meanwhile, the analysis of moderating variable with the interaction test method of MRA shows that the disclosure of corporate social responsibility does not moderate the influence of profitability on the firm value.

Employees are an integral part of a company’s sustainable growth and they expect a safe working environment. Therefore, analyzing the factors that affect employee safety is important. In this context, we analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility investment on employee safety. Using Korean listed company data from 2012 to 2014, we regress corporate social responsibility scores on workplace injuries. The Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression results show that higher corporate social responsibility scores are associated with fewer working days lost owing to workplace injuries. Moreover, while workplace injuries have a clear negative effect on firm value, corporate social responsibility activity significantly reduces this negative effect. Our findings imply that investment in corporate social responsibility can improve workplace safety and contribute to a company’s sustainable growth.
