The problem that existed in the health service agency in this case is the health center, namely the determination of the recipient of public health insurance (Jamkesmas), although in practice the determination of recipients Jamkesmas already using the computer, but only limited to the support and there is no system that can be used to support the retrieval Decisions based on existing variables. The decision support system for determining the members of Jamkesmas recipients, where the system is used to help determine the recipients of Jamkesmas to be provided in accordance with their respective groups to accelerate the work of determining the provision of Jamkesmas. The system can assist the puskesmas in determining the members of Jamkesmas beneficiaries in accordance with the appropriate class to the community who want to become the members of Jamkesmas beneficiaries at the Puskesmas. This decision support system using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto Method, which will provide a decision solution to the puskesmas in determining the members of the public health insurance (Jamkesmas).

Abstract - The role of telecommunications technology is very important, especially in changing people's lives. The development of technology in the field of communication and information can now be enjoyed by various layers of society, starting from the upper layer, middle layer or lower layer even though the results are not satisfactory. The research entitled "Decision Support System Determination of the best cellular card operator using the AHP method" aims to provide convenience for consumers who want to buy cellular cards from various telecommunications operators according to their needs and save on bags. (economical). The number of cellular card operators provided by telecommunications makes it difficult for consumers to make the right choice, according to the desired criteria. Determining cellular cards with the AHP method is the right method to overcome the problem of determining the best cellular card with many criteria offered by each operator. <p><em>During this time the determination of the best homeroom teacher at MIS Nurul Huda Pantai Labu  was still using a manual process , so the results were not optimal. In this study the  decision support system was built to facilitate the school in determining the best homeroom teacher using the Topsis method. The criteria used are 5: attendance, organizational experience, data on student achievement, interaction with students, and final education. This system design application is expected to help the school principal in making decisions about determining the best homeroom teacher</em></p>

Abstract Given the close division of power in D.C., how might health reformers pursue their bolder aims? In particular, how might they pursue the robust public option that is a centerpiece of Joe Biden’s reform proposal? This ambitious plan, which would allow all Americans to enroll in subsidized public health insurance, is not in the cards right now. However, I argue for conceiving of it as an inspiring vision that can structure immediate initiatives designed to make its achievement more feasible. First, I explain just how far-reaching the mainstream vision of the public option now is. Second, I describe a self-reinforcing path to that endpoint that involves what I call “building power through policy”—using the openings that are likely to exist in the near term to reshape the political landscape for the long term. This path has three key steps: (1) pursuing immediate improvements in the ACA that are tangible and traceable yet do not work against the eventual creation of a public option; (2) building the necessary policy foundations for a public option, while encouraging progressive states to experiment with state public plan models; and (3) seeding and strengthening movements to press for more fundamental reform.

Soybean accounts for 38% of the total oilseed production in India, and around 50% of the total oilseed production in Kharif season. This crop has shown tremendous growth over the last four decades with an average national yield of 1264 kg/hectare. Currently, soybean is severely attacked by more than 10 major diseases. Yield losses due to different diseases ranges from 20 to 100%. Timely detection of soybean crop disease would help farmers save their money, effort, and crop from being destroyed. This chapter presents a case study on the development of a decision support system for prediction of soybean crop disease severity. The outcome of this system will aid farmers to decide the extent of disease treatment to be employed. Such predictions make use of human involvement, and thus are a source of ambiguities. To deal with such ambiguities in decision making, this decision support system uses fuzzy inference method based on triangular fuzzy sets.

O FIRESIG representa um sistema de suporte a tomada de decisão para o combate a incêndios no Estado do Paraná. O FIRESIG atende as demandas específicas de atividades de monitoramento, prevenção e combate a incêndios. Os usuários institucionais do FIRESIG se referem ao Instituto Ambiental do Paraná (IAP) e a Coordenadoria Estadual de Defesa Civil do Paraná. O FIRESIG oferece ferramentas para: (i) entrada de dados de focos de calor, índice de vegetação e índice de risco de incêndio, (ii) espacialização, visualização e análise de focos de calor, (iii) identificação de recursos e infra-estrutura disponível para combate aos incêndios, (iv) atualização da base de dados dos recursos disponíveis para o combate aos incêndios, (v) determinação de melhores rotas de acesso aos incêndios. A utilização do FIRESIG reduz o tempo de resposta para o combate aos incêndios e auxilia a montagem de estratégias de combate. O FIRESIG é caracterizado como um sistema de suporte a tomada de decisão, robusto e de baixo custo para combate aos incêndios. Além do mais pode ser adaptado para ser utilizado em outros tipos de desastres ambientais. FIRESIG – DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR FIRE FIGHT IN PARANÁ Abstract The FIRESIG represents a decision support system for fire fight in the Paraná State. The FIRESIG meets specific demands for monitoring, prevention and fire fight. The system’s users are the Paraná Environmental Institute and the Paraná Civil Defense Coordination. The FIRESIG offers several tools for: (i) hot spots, vegetation index and fire risk index data input, (ii) mapping, visualization and hot spots analysis, (iii) identification of available resources and infrastructure for fire fight, (iv) data base update, (v) determination of firefight best routes. The use of FIRESIG reduces fire fight response time and helps the fire fight strategy definition. The FIRESIG can be considered as robust and a low price fire fight system. Additionally, the system can be adapted for use as a decision support system for other environmental disasters.
