The present study produced useful findings, which can be utilized by seluler service provider managers, in their effort to develop and implement successful brand loyalty strategies. With respect to the findings, pricing structure has the most importance than others dimensions of service quality which provides positive outcomes on brand loyalty, not only in the present but also in the future. So, the effect of pricing structure on brand loyalty becomes greater than the effect of others dimenstions of service quality. Therefore, any GSM operator who wishes to preserve its existing subscriber base should concentrate on winning its subscribers’ loyalty, especially for DTAC.
Keywords- Seluler Services, Brand Loyalty, Service Quality

Currently, at a time when the Smart City concept is aimed at improving the quality of life of residents and being implemented in cities, the role of measuring the functioning of offices in relation to the customer is growing. The publication presents the results of research on the quality of service to residents by public administration on the example of municipal offices in Poland. The aim of the research, resulting from the identified research gap, was to examine the level of customer service quality in Polish municipal offices and to determine whether monitoring the quality of life and the quality of public services provided affect the quality of customer service. The research was carried out on a wide sample of 287 cities located around Poland, the sample was selected at random. The sample was good in such a way as to maintain the structure by province. The survey included questions rated on a 5-point Likert scale. The conducted research shows that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of customer service quality by municipal offices between individual provinces of Poland. Based on the research, it was found that: the existence of a quality-of-life department in the city has a positive impact on the quality of customer service in the office; monitoring the quality of life of residents and the quality of public services provided by the municipal office has a positive impact on the quality of customer service in the office, the implementation of the ISO 37120 standard by the municipal office has a positive impact on the quality of customer service in the city. The present study aims to determine the mediating role of brand love in the relationship between CBBE and brand loyalty. The study makes an analysis of CBBE, brand loyalty, and brand love related to Starbucks – a global coffee house and roastery catering concept. The study population comprises customers of the Starbucks enterprises operating in the city of Mersin, Turkey, and adopts a convenience sampling method. During the data collection process, 384 customers of Starbucks stores within Mersin who were over 18 years of age were surveyed. The dependent variables of the study are "brand loyalty" and "brand love," whereas the independent variable is "CBBE". The hypotheses developed in the research model were tested through structural equation modeling (SEM). Based on the study findings, it was concluded that brand love, as well as the dimensions of CBBE of "Service Quality: Physical Quality SQ:PQ" and "Lifestyle-Congruence LC", had full mediation with brand loyalty, while "Service Quality: Staff Behavior SQ:SB", "Ideal Self-Congruence IS-C" and "Brand Identification BI" had no such mediating effect on brand loyalty. In the study, the mediating role of brand love in terms of the impact of CBBE in the service industry on brand loyalty has been examined for the first time. The research findings show that a strong bond will be established with the target audience through compatible and parallel strategies that will be implemented by the managers on the SQ:PQ and LC dimensions of CBBE and this situation will increase loyalty to the brand. As a result of the consumers' strong emotions and their increasing loyalty towards the brand, this situation will lead the businesses in the service industry to protect their market share along with having a positive impact on their sustainable competition and profitability.

The SERVQUAL instrument was developed in 1988 by Zeithaml, Parasuraman and Berry as a multi-item scale developed to assess customer perceptions of service quality in service industry. Customers judge service quality as low or high depending upon whether the service performance meets their expectation or not. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of service quality of an urban cooperative bank on its customers and to throw light on the satisfaction level of the customers, so that the managers in the organization can improve the quality of the services rendered. Using SERVQUAL tool, five service quality dimensions using two segments in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 22 questions each have been used for the customers. The result shows that the overall perception of the quality of service provided by the bank under study is within the acceptable limit for the five aspects of service quality measured. Nevertheless, difference between the expectation of excellent service quality and perceived service quality throws light on the need for improvement by bridging the customer service gaps in certain areas of service delivery by the bank. Thus the research intends to add to the limited body of knowledge pertaining to the service quality of the bank under study.

Purpose The abolishment of the wine tax in Hong Kong has led to increased wine consumption and increased demand for wine-related professionals, such as sommeliers. Yet the importance of sommeliers’ value-adding performance in the context of upscale Chinese restaurants has not been examined. To address this gap, the SERVQUAL framework is adopted to examine the influence of sommeliers’ service quality (SQ) on customer satisfaction (CS) and loyalty in the context of upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Design/methodology/approach The survey method is used to collect data from 302 units of the population of interest, partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) is used to test the links between constructs. Findings Four of the seven dimensions of sommeliers’ service quality, namely, empathy, tangibles, credibility and assurance, have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, whereas the impact of perceived value and responsiveness on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is positive but only marginally significant. Reliability has a weak and non-significant impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Research limitations/implications Examining a small number of upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong limits generalisation of the findings to other contexts. Replication of the research in different contexts will enhance generalizability. In terms of implications, the discussion highlights the importance of sommeliers’ service performance on customers’ SQ perceptions SQ, CS and loyalty, all of which are important variables for restaurateurs. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first study of the influence of the quality of sommelier’s SQ on CS and loyalty in upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Given the lack of attention to this service role in the literature, the study contributes theory from which further understanding can develop.

A research study was initiated to investigate the impact of emotional intelligence on employees’ satisfaction and loyalty, and how it influences operational efficiency in telecom service industry in Oman. A questionnaire-based survey was conducted and the responses received were tested with various statistical techniques. These test results were found to be in broad agreement with the assumptions widely prevalent in management literature and service industries.

The findings suggest that emotional intelligence contributes significantly in improving internal performance. Employees are valuable assets and improved internal performance is due to employees’ commitment. Service industry could take care of employees, keep them satisfied to win their loyalty, which can be achieved through regular employees’ engagement and involvement. Engaged employees value customers’ expectations and build better relationship. Satisfied and loyal employees are in a position to deliver high service quality and improved productivity. The service provider shall continuously monitor service quality to maintain end users’ satisfaction. It can be sustained through employees’ continuous training and skills development that will improve operational efficiency of the company in terms of increased sales and profitability. Thus, the present study provides an empirical validation and confirmation of the propositions and hypotheses about how service providers should manage employees’ emotional intelligence for giving them satisfaction, winning their loyalty, thereby, eventually enhancing service values, operational efficiency and profitability of the company.
