According to the statistics, from 1980 to 2017, China's economy and investment both showed a tendency of rapid growth, in which the average annual growth rate of GDP was as high as 9%. However, in the process of rapid macroeconomic growth, inefficient enterprise development is found to be hidden at the microlevel, which is caused by the agency conflict between shareholders and managers and the separation of enterprise ownership from the management board. Therefore, in pursuit of personal profit maximization, management tends to have self-serving and inefficient investment behaviors and decisions with the power at hand, thus greatly affecting the performance of enterprises. As a necessary supplement, internal control is substantially an institutional arrangement that is aimed to maximize the realization of organizational goals, coordinate and maintain the relationship of interests between enterprise stakeholders, and avoid the conflicts of interests, which is a significant component of corporate internal governance. The issue concerned in this paper is that in the context of the existing corporate governance system in China, what influence does management power have on enterprise performance? In this paper, the influence of management power on enterprise performance is empirically tested, and recommendations for effective supervision and control of management power systems are provided, as they are expected to have a positive effect on improving enterprise performance and protecting the interests of minority shareholders.

Due to the fast growth of the Muslim community, Dubai's Islamic finance industry has been also growing considerably over the last two decades. Muslim financial services may become more popular as the Muslim population expands and its living circumstances improve. The key developing market for religion-based financial products is the Middle East. This study analyzes their impact on the financial performance of Islamic banks. Data for this study was gathered from the platform www.dib.ae, the years of investigation being 2017-2020. The study's limited sample size was heavily influenced by the participants' preference for an Islamic bank over a conventional bank with an Islamic window. Because every IB operating in the GCC was included in the research, Dubai Islamic Bank is considered an excellent representation of the fully fledged Islamic banks. The researchers studied the financial performance indicators of a Dubai Islamic Bank for several years and have found that international principles are used as a guide for Sharia compliance, shareholder rights, and decision-making processes in IBs' governance and accounting standards. However, laws must be adapted to the country's specific environment in order for the bank to function properly. Managers must make sure еру economic competitiveness paradigm can be more easily integrated with the related Islamic values.

This paper utilizes Chinese SOEs that undertake mixed-ownership transactions in 2019 as its research objects and discusses the impact of institutional environment (including the degree of marketization and governmental hierarchy) on the completion of mixed-ownership transactions. In addition, this study explores the moderating effect of pyramidal layer and the munificence of payment on the above relationships. The empirical results show that the main effect hypothesis is supported. Furthermore, pyramidal layer weakens the positive correlation between the marketization and the completion of mixed-ownership transactions, and strengthens the negative correlation between governmental hierarchy and the completion of mixed-ownership transactions. The munificence of payment has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between marketization and completion of mixed-ownership transactions; however, it weakens the negative correlation between the governmental level and the completion of mixed-ownership transactions.

After China’s financial industry having entered into rapid development with China’s accession to the WTO, joint-stock commercial banks have also risen in various places, and the number of branches established by foreign banks in China has gradually increased, showing that they were once monopolized as China’s financial industry continues to reform and develop. The status of the four state-owned joint-stock commercial banks has been shaken. This paper focuses on the definition and characteristics of the new generation of employees, using Bank X as an example, the current development of Bank X and the current development of the new generation of Bank X employees, and the negative impact of the new generation of Bank X employees after their departure. A comprehensive analysis of the reasons for their resignation was conducted, and on this basis, the countermeasures were put forward to reduce the turnover rate of the new generation of employees in state-owned commercial banks, hoping to provide a proper resignation management plan, so that Bank X can proceed from its own reality and strengthen the state-owned company. The commercial bank management and construction adopt corresponding strategies to reduce the turnover rate of the new generation of employees and stabilize the countermeasures of talent team building.
