Introduction of differences between population parameters and sample statistics are discussed. Followed with a comprehensive analysis of sampling distribution (i.e. definition, and properties). Then, we have discussed essential examiners (i.e. distribution): Z distribution, Chi square distribution, t distribution and F distribution. At the end, we have introduced the central limit theorem and the common sampling strategies.

In statistics, there are various terms that may feel unfamiliar to researcher who is not accustomed to discussing it. However, despite all of many functions and benefits that we can get as researchers to process data, it will later be interpreted into a conclusion. And then researcher can digest and understand the research findings. The distribution of continuous random opportunities illustrates obtaining opportunities with some detection of time, weather, and other data obtained from the field. The standard normal distribution represents a stable curve with zero mean and standard deviation 1, while the t distribution is used as a statistical test in the hypothesis test. Chi square deals with the comparative test on two variables with a nominal data scale, while the f distribution is often used in the ANOVA test and regression analysis.

Kertas ini mengemukakan satu cara mencari momen memusat mutlak ketiga bagi pembolehubah rawak khi-kuasadua. Aturcara SAS (1988) iaitu PROBCHI digunakan bagi menyelesaikan pengamiran berangka. Kegunaannya dalam membina batas yang tepat ke atas ralat penghampiran dalam Teorem Had Memusat diberikan. This paper presents a way of calculating the third absolute central moment of a chi-square random variable. The SAS (1988) function PROBCHI is used to evaluate the numerical integrations. An application of this result in the construction of an exact bound on the error of approximation in the Central Limit Theorem is presented.

The central limit theorem, the basis for confidence intervals and hypothesis testing, is a critical theorem in statistics. Instructors can approach this topic through lecture or activity. In the lecture method, the instructor tells students about the central limit theorem. Typically, students are informed that a sampling distribution of means for even an obviously skewed distribution will approach normality as the sample sizes used approach 30. Consequently, students may be able to use the theorem, but they may not necessarily understand the theorem.

Understanding the central limit theorem is crucial for comprehending parametric inferential statistics. Despite this, undergraduate and graduate students alike often struggle with grasping how the theorem works and why researchers rely on its properties to draw inferences from a single unbiased random sample. In this article, I outline a new command, sdist, that can be used to simulate the central limit theorem by generating a matrix of randomly generated normal or nonnormal variables and comparing the true sampling distribution standard deviation with the standard error from the first randomly generated sample. The user also has the option of plotting the empirical sampling distribution of sample means, the first random variable distribution, and a stacked visualization of the two distributions.

Study of estimation of accuracy of approximations in the Central limit theorem (CLT) is one of the known problems in probability theory. The main result here is the estimate of the theorem of Berry — Esseen. Its low accuracy is well known. So this theorem guarantees accuracy of approximation 103 in the CLT only if the number of summands in the normed sum is greater than 160 000. Therefore, increasing the accuracy of the approximations in the CLT is an actual task. In particular, for this purpose are used asymptotic expansions in the Central limit theorem. As a rule, asymptotic expansions have additive form. Although it is possible to construct expansions in the multiplicative form. So V.M. Kalinin in [3] received the multiplicative form of the asymptotic expansions. However, he constructed asymptotic expansions for probability distributions (multinomial, Poisson, Student’s t-distribution). So very naturally the question arises: how to build multiplicative expansions in CLT? Secondly, what are the forms of decompositions in CLT in terms of accuracy approximations are better: additive or multiplicative? This paper proposes new asymptotic expansions in the central limit theorem which permit us to approximate distributions of normalized sums of independent gamma random variables with explicit estimates of the approximation accuracy and comparing them with expansions in terms of Chebyshev — Hermite polynomials. New asymptotic expansions is presented in the following theorem. Comparing multiplicative asymptotic expansion from theorem 1 with the additive asymptotic expansion from [5], we obtain that multiplicative asymptotic expansion of the density of normalized the sums in the case of gamma distribution give a much greater accuracy numerical calculations are compared with asymptotic additive expansion provided a much smaller number of calculations. The Chi-square distribution is the distribution of the sum of squared standard normal deviates. The degree of freedom of the distribution is equal to the number of standard normal deviates being summed. For the first time this distribution was studied by astronomer F. Helmert in connection with Gaussian low of errors in 1876. Later K. Pearson named this function by Chi-square. Therefore Chi –square distribution bears a name of Pearson’s distribution. The Student's t-distribution is any member of a family of continuous probability distributions that arises when estimating the mean of a normally distributed population in situations where the sample size is small and population standard deviation is unknown. It was developed by W. Gosset in 1908. The Fisher–Snedecor distribution or F-distribution is the ratio of two-chi-squared variates. The F-distribution provides a basis for comparing the ratios of subsetsof these variances associated with different factors. The Fisher-distribution in the analysis of variance is connected with the name of R.Fisher (1924), although Fisher himself used quantity for the dispersion proportion. The Chi-square, Student and Fisher – Snedecor statistical distributions are connected enough tight with normal one. Therefore these distributions are used very extensively in mathematical statistics for interpretation of empirical data. The paper continues ideas of the author’s works [15, 16] devoted to advanced based tools of mathematical statistics. The aim of the work is to generalize the well known theoretical and experimental results of statistical distributions of random values. The Chi-square, Student and Fisher – Snedecor distributions are analyzed from the only point of view. The application peculiarities are determined at the examination of the agree criteria of the empirical sample one with theoretical predictions of general population. The numerical characteristics of these distributions are considered. The theoretical and experimental results are generalized. It is emphasized for the corrected amplification of the Chi-square, Student and Fisher – Snedecor distributions it is necessary to have the reliable empirical and testing data with the normal distribution.
