Educational Administration is a process of working together to achieve educational goals by looking at the relationship between components of education so that it can improve the education system by using devices that support learning activities. Educational Personnel are members of the community who are dedicated and appointed to support the Organization of Education. The purpose of coaching activities is to foster the ability of each employee education which includes scientific growth, insight into thinking, attitude towards his work and skills in carrying out his daily duties so that productivity work can be increased. A program of education staff development is usually held on the assumption of various deficiencies seen and demands of the organization, or because of the will and need to grow and develop among the workers education itself. Administrative educators and staff education (CAR) is a process overall activities of the educator includes planning, organizing, briefing, reporting, coordinating, supervision and financing, with use or utilize facilities available, both personal, material, and spiritually to reach the goal education effectively and efficiently. The PTK administration process begins with procurement of education personnel such as selection, further placement, and orientation, aiming orientation for speed up the adaptation period so new education staff can work faster and better. A educators and education personnel for his welfare is entitled to receive salary, benefits, and awards for what he has done.
