Educational Administration is a process of working together to achieve educational goals by looking at the relationship between components of education so that it can improve the education system by using devices that support learning activities. Educational Personnel are members of the community who are dedicated and appointed to support the Organization of Education. The purpose of coaching activities is to foster the ability of each employee education which includes scientific growth, insight into thinking, attitude towards his work and skills in carrying out his daily duties so that productivity work can be increased. A program of education staff development is usually held on the assumption of various deficiencies seen and demands of the organization, or because of the will and need to grow and develop among the workers education itself. Administrative educators and staff education (CAR) is a process overall activities of the educator includes planning, organizing, briefing, reporting, coordinating, supervision and financing, with use or utilize facilities available, both personal, material, and spiritually to reach the goal education effectively and efficiently. The PTK administration process begins with procurement of education personnel such as selection, further placement, and orientation, aiming orientation for speed up the adaptation period so new education staff can work faster and better. A educators and education personnel for his welfare is entitled to receive salary, benefits, and awards for what he has done.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze the role of supervision in an education. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Supervision comes from the word super and vision, which means to see and review from above or view and assess from above, which is carried out by superiors on the activities, creativity and performance of subordinates. In terms of terms, in Carter's Good Dictionary Education, supervision is all the efforts of school officials in leading teachers and other education personnel to improve teaching. These include stimulating, selecting the growth and development of teachers' positions, selecting and revising educational goals, teaching materials and teaching methods, and evaluating teaching. Educational supervision has very important goals and benefits. The scope of educational supervision includes the following: Managerial supervision of the curriculum, Managerial supervision of student affairs, Managerial supervision of educators and education personnel, Managerial supervision of facilities and infrastructure, Managerial supervision of finance, Managerial supervision of public relations, Managerial supervision of administration, Administration supervision academics about learning, related to methods, sourcing strategies, and evaluations.

This article describe about Administrative Educators and Educational Personnel. Administration can be interpreted as an activity or business to help, serve, direct or manage all activities in achieving a goal. Meanwhile, educators are professionals who are involved in the process of learning and teaching, evaluating learning outcomes, conducting coaching and training, and conducting research and community service. And education administration that supports administration, management, development, supervision, and technical services to support the education process in the education unit. The purpose of the education of educators and education personnel who support the education system is to provide eligibility for educators in carrying out their duties both as educators and nursing staff in schools. So, the education of educators and laborers is interrelated so that educational goals can be achieved.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to find out and analyze the rights and obligations of educators and educational staff, so that PTK knows what their role will be someday. PTK administration which includes Development has a broader scope in efforts to improve and enhance the competencies of the teaching and educational staff. Development is more focused on improving abilities (abilities) through formal channels with a long period of time, providing learning opportunities that are designed to help the self-development of the teaching staff and education where the development is directed to prepare the teaching / educational staff to hold responsibility for a position or work in the future. The following is a strategy for developing educators and education staff. Each personnel is entitled to a promotion if it meets the requirements required for the promotion. Promotion is not only a right that can be received by each personnel, but also at the same time as a tribute to the personnel concerned for the efforts of his service. That's why promotion can have a high motivational value. Dismissal of Civil Servants is a dismissal that causes the concerned no longer to be a Civil Servant. Dismissal from a civil service is a dismissal that causes the concerned to no longer work in the State organizational unit, but is still domiciled as a Civil Servant. Evaluation is an important activity to find out the progress or results achieved by schools in carrying out their functions according to plans that have been made by each school. The evaluation carried out is a comprehensive evaluation concerning the management of all fields within. The teacher is one component in the education system that has a very large role in achieving educational goals. The role of the teacher is not just to convey knowledge to students. However, when viewed broadly the teacher also acts as an education administrator.

Special service administration is needed to complete the organization in the school. However, in the implementation of this special service administration can not be utilized optimally. Special service administration is a facility / infrastructure in education administration which is a system of cooperation among educational personnel to achieve educational goals.
