Abstrak- In general, this study aims to find out and analyze the rights and obligations of educators and educational staff, so that PTK knows what their role will be someday. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. PTK administration which includes Development has a broader scope in efforts to improve and enhance the competencies of the teaching and educational staff. Development is more focused on improving abilities (abilities) through formal channels with a long period of time, providing learning opportunities that are designed to help the self-development of the teaching staff and education where the development is directed to prepare the teaching / educational staff to hold responsibility for a position or work in the future. The following is a strategy for developing educators and education staff. Each personnel is entitled to a promotion if it meets the requirements required for the promotion. Promotion is not only a right that can be received by each personnel, but also at the same time as a tribute to the personnel concerned for the efforts of his service. That's why promotion can have a high motivational value. Dismissal of Civil Servants is a dismissal that causes the concerned no longer to be a Civil Servant. Dismissal from a civil service is a dismissal that causes the concerned to no longer work in the State organizational unit, but is still domiciled as a Civil Servant. Evaluation is an important activity to find out the progress or results achieved by schools in carrying out their functions according to plans that have been made by each school. The evaluation carried out is a comprehensive evaluation concerning the management of all fields within. The teacher is one component in the education system that has a very large role in achieving educational goals. The role of the teacher is not just to convey knowledge to students. However, when viewed broadly the teacher also acts as an education administrator.

Coaching is a common thing that is used to improve knowledge, attitudes, skills, in the fields of education, social, and others.Coaching emphasizes practical approaches, developing attitudes, abilities and skills. coaching leads to a change towards better than before which is to improve skills, skills, abilities and so on. Likewise, coaching is done to educational staff, especially teachers. Development has a wider reach in efforts to improve and enhance the competencies of the teaching and educational staff. Development is more focused on increasing ability through formal channels with a long period of time, providing learning opportunities that are designed to help the self-development of teaching staff and education where development is directed to prepare educational staff to hold responsibility for an position or job in the future. The strategy for the development of educators and education personnel includes a fairly complex process and steps. The method used in writing this article is SLR. the purpose of writing this article is to find out how to foster and develop educators and education staff, and to find out how promotion, evaluation, and role of teachers in managing the administration of educators and education staff.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze the role of supervision in an education. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Supervision comes from the word super and vision, which means to see and review from above or view and assess from above, which is carried out by superiors on the activities, creativity and performance of subordinates. In terms of terms, in Carter's Good Dictionary Education, supervision is all the efforts of school officials in leading teachers and other education personnel to improve teaching. Educational administration is the whole process of directing, coordinating, supervising, reporting, planning and integrating everything that includes personnel, spiritual and material related to achieving educational goals effectively and efficiently. The educational administration's goal is to have good teaching and learning conditions. Because by creating good and structured teaching and learning conditions, it can achieve the educational goals to be achieved by the school in the future.
