This research aims to analyze the extent of tourist attraction affects on the tourists’ satisfaction in Rumah Domes. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Data analysis methods used in this research is the analysis of validity, reliability and regression with software SPSS. The results showed that most respondents had a positive impression, that Rumah Domes has unique and interesting tourist attractions and significantly affect the satisfaction of the tourists.

In this era of tourism activities become a trend for the millennial generation. In tourism activities, of course, there are considerations in choosing an object as a destination for a tour or referred to as a reference. Tourist preferences need to be known to measure how much tourist interest in a tourist attraction. Badung, Bali is one of the biggest destinations for foreign tourists. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics, preferences, and attitudes of milenial tourists in choosing a tourist attraction in Badung. Data analysis techniqes used in this study is observation, questionnaire. Quantitative descriptive data analysis technique with the calculation of cross-tabulation and chi-square analysis and ideal point models. A total of 120 respondents were selected purposively, namely milenial foreign tourists aged 18 - - 37 years. The characteristics of milenial tourists in this study the majority are aged 25 - - 30 years, Country of origin Australia, last high school education, unmarried status, aiming for a vacation, staying 4 - - 7 days, first visit, traveling with friends. The preferences of milenial tourists there are 9 preferences, among others, tourist activities where tourists choose to look around, on milenial tourists choose villas, where to eat millennial tourists choose restaurants, and on transportation, millennial tourists choose family cars. On Sosial Media used by tourists choosing Instagram, when using Sosial Media tourists choose 4 - - 6 hours, when uploading photos of millennial tourists choose a few hours after editing photos, on information sites used by millennial tourists choose Google, and on photo capture tools that are used by millennial travelers to choose mobile phones. The attitude of millennial tourists in this study is that Badung has a tourist attraction that can be interpreted as good millennial tourist attitudes.

In the present era should be an attraction of tourism can be reached and friendly to all people of both senior tourist and junior tourists. Kumbasari Park is one of the tourist attractions in the city that has been styled and constructed by the Government of Denpasar to become a new tourist attraction. However, the Kumbasari Park has not been fully accessible to all tourists. The purpose of this research is to identify, analyze eligibility and find the perception of travellers to facilities and infrastructure of the Kumbasari Park as a tourist attraction. This research includes exploratory research with data collection techniques i.e. observation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are done in a qualitative and quantitative descriptive. From the results of the study can be concluded that, as a whole Taman kumbasari already worth visiting by all the tourists, there are some categories especially accessibility and amenities that are not yet fully friendly to tourists. The development and reordering of facilities and infrastructure should be done in Kumbasari Park to provide comfort and security to all travelers.

The purpose of this study is to study how the financial ratios and the development of the Central Nagari Bank by ussing liquidity, solvability and profitability ratios. The research method used is and descriptive data analysis methods. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Financial Services Authority report and Bank Nagari publication reports for the 2017-2019 period. The results of this study indicate that the bank's liquidity ratio is stated in a healthy condition. The solvability ratio also shows that the bank is in a healthy condition because the bank can pay its long-term loans and obligations. In the profitability ratio, the bank shows that according to BI standards it is still in the good category.

Economic transactions have been integrated with internet technology which is often called e-commerce. Although it has been arranged in such a way to protect the rights of consumers, the use of standard agreements in e-commerce transactions still has the risk of large losses to consumers. Based on the background of the problems above, this research was conducted with the aim of elaborating the responsibilities of business actors to consumers in the event of default in the Go Food transaction using e-commerce and describing sanctions for Go Food businesses that apply fraudulent use of e-commerce. Referring to the formulation of the problem, this study was designed using a normative research approach. The method used in the processing of legal materials, namely analytical descriptive data analysis methods. In accordance with the results of data analysis, the responsibility of business operators for defaults in Go Food transactions using e-commerce was to return Go-Pay balances. Sanctions for Go Food businesses that apply cheating in using e-commerce, which result in losses to consumers, were not only limited to the dismissal of partners, but sanctions could also be imposed on irresponsible business actors. The sanctions in question could be in the form of civil, criminal or administrative sanctions.
