Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze the role of administration in an education. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Educational administration is the whole process of directing, coordinating, supervising, reporting, planning and integrating everything that includes personnel, spiritual and material related to achieving educational goals effectively and efficiently. The educational administration's goal is to have good teaching and learning conditions. Because by creating good and structured teaching and learning conditions, it can achieve the educational goals to be achieved by the school in the future. If there is no structured education administration in a school it will be difficult for the school to achieve the school's goals and objectives. Educational administration is an important determinant of success or failure of education. That is because the scope of education administration covers the field of school administration, the field of student personnel, the field of teacher personnel in the field of supervision (supervision) and also the field of curriculum implementation and guidance.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze the role of supervision in an education. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Supervision comes from the word super and vision, which means to see and review from above or view and assess from above, which is carried out by superiors on the activities, creativity and performance of subordinates. In terms of terms, in Carter's Good Dictionary Education, supervision is all the efforts of school officials in leading teachers and other education personnel to improve teaching. These include stimulating, selecting the growth and development of teachers' positions, selecting and revising educational goals, teaching materials and teaching methods, and evaluating teaching. Educational supervision has very important goals and benefits. The scope of educational supervision includes the following: Managerial supervision of the curriculum, Managerial supervision of student affairs, Managerial supervision of educators and education personnel, Managerial supervision of facilities and infrastructure, Managerial supervision of finance, Managerial supervision of public relations, Managerial supervision of administration, Administration supervision academics about learning, related to methods, sourcing strategies, and evaluations.

This article was written to fulfill the final assignment of education administration and supervision courses. The method used in writing this article is a literature study method, namely by collecting data from various literature sources. In the article explained that the curriculum is a set of plans and regulations regarding the content and material of the lesson and the methods used as guidelines in the implementation of the learning process. The process of curriculum administration covers the fields of planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and improving the curriculum. Curriculum development requires a strong foundation and is based on the results of deep thought and research. The word "administration" comes from the Latin word consisting of ad and ministrare. The word ad has the same meaning as the todalam word in English, which means "to" or "to". And ministrare is the same as the word to serve or to conduct which means "to serve", "help", or direct ". In English to administer also means "to manage", "maintain" (to look after), and "direct". So, the word "administration" can be interpreted as an activity or effort to help, serve, direct, or regulate all activities in achieving a goal. Curriculum administration is the whole process of planned and endeavored and earnest activities as well as continuing coaching of the teaching and learning situation effectively and efficiently in order to help achieve the stated educational goals. The process in implementing curriculum administration is planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. The role of the teacher in curriculum administration is as an implementer that is as an application of the existing curriculum, adapters namely as implementing the curriculum, developers as the administrative determinant of what should be developed, and the researcer is as a curriculum researcher.
