The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of food inflation in Java and Sumatra. This study uses Panel Data regression analysis to identify inflation and uses a panel data model from 2013 - 2019 with a sample of 16 provinces in Sumatra and Java, to determine the effect of each variable on the Consumer Price Index. The results of this study indicate that from the panel data regression analysis that the independent variables of the World Food Price Index, the Average Price of Onions, Rice, Chili and Chicken in the Provincial Capital have an effect on the Consumer Price Index, while Per Capita PDRB does not have a significant effect on the Consumer Price Index in the Province. Java and Sumatra.

This study aims to analyze the effect of labour force, international trade, and inflation towards economic growth in OIC countries over the period 2007 to 2018. Panel data regression analysis approach was adopted to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the fixed effect estimation model found that all variables simultaneously had a significant effect on economic growth. Partially, labour force and internasional trade have a significant effect, while inflation has no significant effect on economic growth. The results of this study can be used as a reference and evaluation materials for policy makers. Keywords: Labour Force, International Trade, Inflation, Economic Growth, Organizations of Islamic Cooperation

Abstrack This study is a quantitative study that aims to the effect of tax avoidance on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period, totaling 117 companies. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, in order to obtain 25 sample companies. The method used in analyzing the effect of independent variables on the dependent in this study is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 10 software. The results show that tax avoidance has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. This shows that the higher the tax avoidance done by the company, the lower the firm value. The limitation in this study is that it does not include elements of other variables outside of tax avoidance which may affect firm value. AbstractHoping to improve their health system performance, many countries have corporatised their hospitals in the past 20 years. What this means for hospital performance remains as yet largely unknown. This study looks into the association of corporatisation and hospital performance in Indonesia. We apply panel data regression analysis to survey data on 54 public hospitals in East Java province. Our analysis suggests that corporatisation is associated with higher hospital income and expenditure, but fails to improve efficiency and equity. These findings suggest that hospital corporatisation policy in Indonesia should increase emphasis on efficiency and equity rather than on financial performance alone.

The contributions of logistics functions to the performance of an organization have been the subject of research over the years. Thus, this present study further examined the effect of outbound logistics functions on financial performance of quoted manufacturing companies in Nigeria. Panel data regression analysis was employed to test the effect of logistics functions on financial performance of the selected companies over a period of five years (2015-2019). Logistic functions costs and financial performance indicators were extracted from secondary data.  The findings of the study showed that logistics function has a positive and significant effect on financial performance of manufacturing companies in Nigeria. Therefore, the companies are implored to pay more attention to logistics functions when aiming at a better financial performance.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of local revenue and flypaper effect on the opportunistic behavior of budget makers. The data used in this research is panel data from eleven districts/cities in Maluku province from 2014 to 2020. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Local Own Revenue has a positive and significant effect on the Opportunistic Behavior of Regency/City Budget Formers in Maluku. This means that the higher the District/City Original Revenue, the higher the Opportunistic Behavior of Budget Compilers; (2) The Flypaper Effect has a positive and significant effect on the Opportunistic Behavior of Regency/City Budget Formers in Maluku. This means that the higher the occurrence of flypaper effect in regencies/cities in Maluku, the higher the opportunistic behavior of budget makers; and (3) Simultaneously the Regional Original Income and the Flypaper Effect influence the Opportunistic Behavior of Regency/City Budget Formers in Maluku.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the health of banking represented by the GCG, CSR, FDR, and BOPO on return on assets (ROA), dan return on equity (ROE) BUS for the period 2012-2018. The data used was annual data obtained from the official website of each sample of the Syariah Commercial Bank. The sample selection used a purposive sampling method, where there were 5 samples. This research method used two-panel data regression analysis by selecting the right panel data regression model through 3 tests, namely chow test, Hausman test, and Lagrange multiplier test.  The results of the research in the first regression analysis showed that the GCG, CSR, and FDR variables had no significant effect on ROA, while the BOPO variable had a significant negative effect on ROA. Then the second regression analysis shows that the GCG and FDR variables do not have a significant effect on ROE, the CSR and BOPO variables have a significant negative effect on ROE. Meanwhile, simultaneously (together) the GCG, CSR, FDR and BOPO variables have a significant effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks. Keywords: Bank Health Level, CSR, BOPO, Profitability.
