The article provides material on determining the influence of some technological factors and the genotype of pigs in the main herd on the reproductive qualities of sows. Analysis of the breeding campaign in IC 2 "Mirny" LLC "Bashkir Meat Company" for 2017-2019. showed that the number of cases during the analyzed period increased by 1.6%, incl. for the main queens - by 10.3%, and for the checked ones, on the contrary, decreased by 21.3%. In general, analyzing the productivity of the broodstock of SK 2 "Mirny" LLC "Bashkir Meat Company", it can be noted that in 2019 12256 farrows were received, of which 79.7% - from the main queens and 20.3% - from the checked sows. The average fertility of queens for the breeds raised was 15.0 heads, incl. in the main queens - 15.4 heads, in the tested queens - 13.4 heads. The greatest multiple (16.1 heads) was revealed in purebred breeding of the Yorkshire breed. The average large-sized piglets in the complex is 1.38 kg, the survival rate for weaning is 93.1%, and the yield of business piglets is 13.6 heads. It has been established that the reproductive qualities of sows are relatively stable throughout the year, which is associated with the maintenance of an optimal microclimate in the livestock premises of the pig complex. When receiving marketable fattening young stock, preference should be given to parental genotypes YxJ, YxL.

This study reflects the research of technological factors of production that affect the quality of apple juice: temperature and time of sterilization, the influence of the type of used wort: gravity or a mixture of gravity and press fraction; the waiting time of the wort before the first heat treatment; as well as the presence of preheating. Regression equations have been developed that link the studied parameters and indicators of juice quality. The quantitative values of the characteristics of apple juice in the stated ranges, depending on the studied parameters, can be calculated by substituting the corresponding values in natural units into the developed regression equations.

Vitality and survival rate of grape seedlings are crucial factors affecting quality of vineyards. There is no comprehensive study describing accurate evaluation of dormant grapevine seedlings’ vitality and survival rate. The purpose of this study was to explore the possibility of using molecular information to evaluate viability and survival rate of dormant seedlings before transplanting. After bare roots treatment, 1–5 day expression levels of six HKGs in four buds of tetraploid Kyoho grape (Vitis labruscana: V. labrusca × V. vinifera) seedlings were detected by (Sq.) RT-PCR and qRT-PCR for calibration of the molecular method. The results revealed that HKGs expression indicates vitality and survival of plant, higher expression was strongly linked to higher vitality and survival rate, lower expression was associated with lower vitality, and lowest expression was significantly associated with lowest vitality and survival rate. Moreover, DNA and RNA quality can superficially determine seedling qualities. Finally, the survival rate of the seedlings produced in Juxian-Shandong, Laixi-Shandong, Huailai-Hebei, Suizhong-Liaoning, Changli-Hebei, Guanxian-Shandong, and Zhangjiagang-Jiangsu was 100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%, 87.77%, and 93.33%, respectively. In conclusion, molecular technique is potential approach for promoting gene information to estimate vitality and survival rate of dormant grape seedlings and might contribute to viticulturists’ efforts.

This study applied SERVQUAL scale of Parasuraman et al to measure factors affecting customer satisfaction on service quality at Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank - An Giang Branch (Techcombank An Giang). The study was conducted to survey 207 customers who have been using the service at Techcombank An Giang. The survey results were analyzed by the Cronbach's Alpha reliability test method, then used Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to verify and evaluate the scale of service quality. The results of the regression analysis show that customer's satisfaction about service quality at Techcombank An Giang includes four factors: The factor with the highest level is the Empathy with Beta = 0.253, the second of factor is the Responsibility with Beta = 0.248, ranked third in the influence level is the Tangible with Beta = 0.235, and the lowest impact level is the Reliability with Beta = 0.144. The research also uses statistical methods to describe and test the differences of demographic factors with customer's satisfactionon service quality.The analysis results show that there is no difference between customer's satisfaction on service quality and factors such as gender, age, income, number of transaction banks, regular transaction banks, and time to use the service at Techcombank An Giang. Through the research results, the author would like to propose some ideas to improve the quality of services, thereby attracting new customers and importantly, keeping traditional customers because the development orientation of Techcombank is to take care of old customers to cross sell other products of the bank. The Stud results offer a basis for the branch to identify the factors influencing customer satisfaction on their service quality, thereby having an appropriate strategy to improve customer satisfaction.

Sugar palm (Arenga pinnata) is a feather palm native to tropical Asia. In Vietnam, it is named Búng Báng or Đoác and grown only on the highlands in the central or northern part of Vietnam. It is utilized for many purposes, especially for Ta Vat wine production - a characteristic and unique product of Co Tu ethnic minority. However, because of the natural fermentation used in the production, the product quality is inconsistent. The purpose of this study was to examine a new procedure of using palm sap for making Ta Vat wine. Some characteristics of the sap, which was collected at Nam Giang district, Quang Nam province are determined, proving the potential of the sap for making wine product. The quality of sap changes quickly at room temperature. At low temperature (4 - 60C), the changes in sap quality are apparently slower. Examining some factors affecting its quality during the wine fermentation process, we determined the best parameters for the fermentation process as follows: inoculum size of 3% with cell density of about 1x108 cells/ml, the addition of the extract from the bark of Ceylon ironwood (Mesua ferrea L.) 4%.
