Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Namun sistem informasi yang di terapkan dalam perusahaan masih cenderung memiliki banyak kekurangan dan kelemahan dengan menggunakan buku besar, oleh karena itu perusahaan perlunya Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Lapangan Bulu Tangkis Berbasis Web Pada GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara dengan tujuan membantu dalam meningkatkan strategi  marketing brand usaha dan memakasimalkan pelayanan dengan tujuan mempermudah kinerja dalam mengolah data, mengubah data, melihat informasi jadwal lapanagan, serta data tersimpan secara otomatis dan aman. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. Pengujian sistem menggunakan Blackbox Testing..   Kata kunci: Berbasis Web, Booking, Penyewaan, Sistem Informasi, Waterfall.

In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. Sidoarjo is one area that deserves to be put forward. The culture of batik and textile creation is interesting to explore further. With current technological developments, making data, information and matters related to information systems is very fast to be obtained and distributed to various layers of society, various circles, and various social layers. The purpose of this study was to find out how to design and build a website-based e-catalog as a medium of information for Batik Sari Kenongo. The research method used by the author in designing a website-based e-catalog as a collection of information media at Batik Sari Kenongo includes two methods, namely data collection methods and data collection methods. system development method. The result of this research with the existence of an e-catalog information system at Batik Sari Kenongo is that it is easy and fast for visitors to get information on Batik Sari Kenongo and with the implementation of the e-catalog, it is expected to be able to attract visitors to come to Batik Sari Kenongo. The conclusion of this study is that it is easy and fast for visitors to get information on Batik Sari Kenongo. With the implementation of the e-catalog, it is hoped that it will attract visitors to come to Batik Sari Kenongo.

RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is a hospital that provides several classes of inpatient services. This hospital has 22 inpatient rooms, with a capacity of 409 beds. In the business process, there have been problems where there is no information on the display / picture of the room and bed, the facilities provided, room rates, rooms that are st ill empty and rooms that are already in use, this can result in longer service in registering inpatient care until it requires. time for 20 minutes. The research method that the authors do consists of data collection methods and systems development methods . For the data collection method the author uses the method of observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Meanwhile, the system development method that the author uses is the waterfall method with a framework of information systems built using Laravel, the database using MySQL, and for the code editing tool using sublime text. The result of this research is an information system of Dr. Inpatient Bed Room. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is website-based, the system runs according to its function based on the system test using the blacbox method

This research was aimed to know the current of Work Order Information System at CV Sirna Miskin Bandung, to find out the problems facing, and to know how to cope these problems. Based on the research result, it turns out that the problems of work order data processing is still manual by using Spreadsheet application, so that the detail information of work order such as status, work duration, who’s working on it and report processing became slower and less accurate.To resolve these problems, it is neccessary work order information system design with an integrated database was needed for simplify the process of managing data, so that the information needed an report processing became faster, complete and precise.Data collection methods was using observation, interview and literature study, while the method of this information system design was using object oriented method with the UML (Unified Modelling Language) and implemented using framework PHP Codeigniter and MySQL as database. Iteration method was used as for the software development.The suggestion given is : 1) Perform maintenance, develop, and update to the system which designed sustainably, 2) Developing system to becomes larger by including other business process, 3) Create system for mobile version to improve accessibilty.

ayroll systems in every company vary, most have used computer-based information systems, but there are still some companies that have not implemented it as in SD KUMNAMU SCHOOL. In this educational institution in the payroll information system is still using the calculation manually and using MS aids program. Excel. In this study using SWOT method as a method used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and system threats that run today through several stages of interview and literature study. Which produces a payroll information system that can manage computerized payroll, perform absentee calculations, automatically calculate monthly salary, allowances calculation, present salary slips and salary reports required every month or every year and others. System design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool, while in making system program using MySQL tool to design database and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as programming language.

Abstract - In Goa Maria Catholicism the center for pilgrimage and devotion to Mary, its existence has a long history. Goa Maria Lourdes Sendangsono is one of the pilgrimage places visited by many Catholics, because of the availability of prayer facilities that support comfort on pilgrimage. Another interesting thing is the prayer service box that is provided for pilgrims who want to submit prayer requests, which later will be prayed for during the Eucharistic service. But the prayer service box is considered to be less effective and efficient than that as well as a lack of information for pilgrims about Goa Maria Lourdes Sendangsono. This website is expected to make it easier for pilgrims to get information about Goa Maria Lourdes Sendangsono and facilitate the delivery of prayer requests online. Data collection methods used in research include observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. While the software development method uses the waterfall method. In the end, the information system of the web-based Pilgrimage Site of Goa Maria Lourdes Sendangsono is an effective and efficient means of information because it covers a wider area.Keywords : prayer requests, website, waterfall method, means of informationAbstrak - Di dalam Agama Katolik Goa Maria menjadi pusat untuk berziarah dan devosi kepada Maria, keberadaannya mempunyai sejarah panjang. Hal menarik lainnya yaitu kotak layanan doa yang disediakan bagi peziarah yang ingin menyampaikan permohonan doa, yang nantinya doa akan diujubkan pada saat ibadah Ekaristi. Namun kotak layanan doa dirasa kurang efektif dan efisien selain itu juga kurangnya informasi bagi peziarah tentang Goa Maria Lourdes Sendangsono. Perancangan website ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan peziarah mendapatkan informasi seputar Goa Maria Lourdes Sendangsono serta memudahkan penyampaian permohonan doa secara online. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian antara lain dengan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode waterfall. Pada akhirnya sistem informasi Tempat Ziarah Goa Maria Lourdes Sendangsono berbasis web sebagai sarana informasi yang efektif dan efisien karena mencakup wilayah yang lebih luas.Kata Kunci : permohonan doa, website, metode waterfall, sarana informasi

Graduation is an inauguration activity for students who have finished studying at a university. Graduation registration at the Cilacap State Polytechnic is still done conventionally, causing problems such as students who are not registered in the toga data collection, students who do not return the toga according to the specified time limit. In addition, the large number of students makes the data collection process take longer. In this case, the authors conducted research that aims to build a website-based graduation registration information system. Making this system requires a research methodology. Among them are data collection methods that include literature studies, observations, and interviews as well as the system development method used, namely Rapid Application Development (RAD). The results of the questionnaire with a total score of 182 show that the system is very good in assisting BAAK in graduation registration services and monitoring the number of graduates, as well as helping students register for graduation and their completeness, and the system can help submit and confirm trouble-free forms.

This study aims to produce Search and Booking Hotel Application in the city of Pagar Alam web-based which can facilitate Hotel Owners in managing data and also facilitate parties who want to get information quickly, and can be accessed anytime and anywhere. At Hotel in Kota Pagar Alam information about Hotel is currently still manual, namely visitors must come directly to Kota Pagar Alam Hotel to find information and see the condition of Hotel in Kota Pagar Alam so visitors need a long time to find information about Hotel , the purpose of making the application easier for users to search and book Hotel in the City of Pagar Alam so that users can more easily find information about the Hotel Pagar Alam. Data collection methods in this study use the method of interview, observation, documentation and literature study. This research aimsto produce a village web-based information system design in Manulondo Village. This application contains the design of a village information system including village profiles, population information, and village potential information. This research uses the method waterfall. The research stages include data collection, analysis, design, coding, implementation testing. The trial using BlackBox Testing. That is by testing the user interface system to find out whether the user interface contained in this application can function properly as expected. That results of the software design in the form of a web-based Manulondo Village information system, consist of, serach for population information an village potential information.
