We consider non-derivatives of the holophrastic type (holofrasemes), which are reduced to a generalized word-formation model «S1 + zhe/zh + S2». The relevance of the study is due to the noticeable productivity of this model in the informal segment of the Runet — a dynamically developing system that clearly reflects many active processes in the Russian national language and is capable of influencing the speech practice of native speakers in other communicative environments. Various approaches to understanding the method of creating the considered non-derivatives are indicated, as well as to the interpretation of the term “holophrasis”. Particular attention is paid to the lexemes yazhemat and onizhedeti, that have become entrenched in the Internet discourse, which can be regarded as the conceptual and structural basis of the model under consideration. The novelty of the research is seen in the detailed typologization of holophrasemes — the model representatives on a number of structural and functional-semantic grounds. The types of such units are presented by objects and grounds of nomination, by the degree of connectivity of the components. Varieties of the generalized model are given, distinguished by the morphological (and in some cases, syntactic) expression of the producing units; groups of structural and semantic anomalies accompanying the creation of holophrastic derivatives are considered. The questions about the inclusion of holophrasemes in derivational processes as producing words, as well as about the morphemization of components like yazhe, tyzhe are touched upon.

The processes involved in requirements engineering are some of the most, if not the most, important steps in systems development. The need for well-defined requirements remains a critical issue for the development of any system. Describing the structure and behavior of a system could be proven vague, leading to uncertainties, restrictions, or improper functioning of the system that would be hard to fix later. In this context, this article proposes SENSE, a framework based on standardized expressions of natural language with well-defined semantics, called boilerplates, that support a flow-down procedure for requirement management. This framework integrates sets of boilerplates and proposes the most appropriate of them, depending, among other considerations, on the type of requirement and the developing system, while providing validity and completeness verification checks using the minimum consistent set of formalities and languages. SENSE is a consistent and easily understood framework that allows engineers to use formal languages and semantics rather than the traditional natural languages and machine learning techniques, optimizing the requirement development. The main aim of SENSE is to provide a complete process of the production and standardization of the requirements by using semantics, ontologies, and appropriate NLP techniques. Furthermore, SENSE performs the necessary verifications by using SPARQL (SPIN) queries to support requirement management.

Introduction. Psychological and pedagogical support for the professionalization of a teacher should be based on modern knowledge in the development of pedagogical abilities. The most popular strategy for studying abilities is still the analytical approach, which does not allow to consider abilities as a holistic, continuously developing psychological education. The purpose of the article is to present the results of research into the development of the psychological system of pedagogical abilities of students – future primary school teachers in the context of continuous pedagogical education at secondary school, pedagogical college and pedagogical university. Materials and Methods. The survey involved 201 subjects, including students of the pedagogical class (n = 15), students of the vocational pedagogical college (n = 82), students of the pedagogical university (n = 104). In order to study the psychological system of pedagogical abilities, test methods, questionnaires, self-assessment scales, as well as an analysis of indicators of academic performance were used. The analysis of the psychological system of abilities was made by using systemic indices (coherence, divergence, organization), assessing the homogeneity/ heterogeneity of structures, identifying the basic and leading components of the system. Results. The uneven development of the psychological system of pedagogical abilities at different levels of pedagogical education was shown. It has been established that the development of the system of pedagogical abilities during the period of study at school, college and university cannot be characterized as continuous. Students of the pedagogical class are characterized by a higher organization of the ability system than those in college and university; for college students – their continuous restructuring and a decrease in organization by the end of their studies; for university students – a more stable and progressively developing system of abilities. Qualitative differences in the structural organization of the system are determined by the different contributions of the types of abilities (individual, subjective, personal) to its functioning and achievement of academic results. The organization of the system of abilities of schoolchildren is largely determined by the abilities of an individual, college students – by the abilities of a subject of activity and personality, university students – by the abilities of an individual. Discussion and Conclusion. The conclusions formulated in the research paper serve the basis for the organization of special activities on the purposeful formation of the system of pedagogical abilities in the conditions of continuous pedagogical education.

Abstract Two sensitive, selective and precise chromatographic methods have been established for concomitant quantification of ciprofloxacin HCl (CIP), fluocinolone acetonide (FLU) along with ciprofloxacin impurity A (CIP-imp A). The first method was thin-layer chromatography (TLC-densitometry) where separation was accomplished using TLC silica plates 60 G.F254 as a stationary phase and chloroform–methanol–33%ammonia (4.6:4.4:1, by volume) as a developing system. The obtained plates were scanned at 260 nm over concentration ranges of 1.0–40.0, 0.6–20.0 and 1.0–40.0 μg band−1 for CIP, FLU and CIP-imp A, respectively. The second method was based on high-performance liquid chromatography using a Zorbax ODS column (5 μm, 150 × 4.6 mm i.d.) where adequate separation was achieved through a mobile phase composed of phosphate buffer pH 3.6–acetonitrile (45:55, v/v) at flow rate 1.0 mL min−1 with ultraviolet detection at 254 nm. Linear regressions were obtained in the range of 1.0–40.0 μg mL−1 for CIP, 0.6–20.0 μg mL−1 for FLU and 1.0–40.0 μg mL−1 for CIP-imp A. The suggested methods were validated in compliance with the International Conference on Harmonization guidelines and were successfully applied for determination of CIP and FLU in bulk powder and newly marketed otic solution.

The first year of life is punctuated by explosions of growth in motor and language abilities. This is not a coincidence. The notion of developmental cascades provides a conceptual framework for considering ways in which advances in one component of a developing system can exert far-reaching and lasting change in other domains. In this article, I review evidence for the cascading effects of early motor advances on the developing communication and language system and describe how differences in the timing of these advances may have consequences for these effects.

A new use of a tertiary antibiotic combination of ciprofloxacin, clindamycin and metronidazole is currently being studied as an intracranial (intracranial) drug in an effort to disinfect the root canal system to revitalize the tooth with dead pulp. It is necessary to developing analytical method for the new drug combination. Herein we developed a rapid validated thin-layer chromatography (TLC)‒densitometric method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of 3 co-formulated drugs used for deep tooth inflammation Treatment. The studied drugs are Ciprofloxacin.HCL (CIP), Clindamycin phosphate (CLI) and Metronidazole(MET). The separation was achieved by using silica gel 60 F254 plates (20*20 cm) as stationary Phase and the developing system of Dichloromethane:n-Hexane:methanol:Ethylamine:Triethylamine (40:20:32:3:5)v/v. Densitometry scanning was performed at 220 nm. The Rf values of CIP, CLI and MET were found to be 0.588, 0.776 and 0.898 respectively. The method was validated as per the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines and was successfully applied for the analysis of ternary lab made mixture, containing the cited ternary mixture without interference from excipients. There is no previously published TLC–densitometry method for the determination of the previously mentioned ternary mixture. The suggested method is novel, rapid, accurate, reproducible and of low cost, so; thus, it can be used for quality control analysis of these formulations.

The transformation of value meanings in Russia under the influence of the socio-political technologies of “consciental warfare” took place several times. The first turmoil occurred during the reign of Prince Vladimir through change of religion (from Vedism to Judeo-Christianity) and replacement of Glagolitic script by Cyrillic alphabet. The second unrest was organized in the period of the Seven Boyars; the third, during the October Revolution, while the fourth began under President Yeltsin’s rule and continues to the present day. Vasily Klyuchevsky believed that the essence of the turmoil lies in the national rifts between “soil” and “civilization”. According to Vladimir Solovyov, the struggle between clan and state relations is the main content of the history of Russia. The essence of civilizational rifts lies in the contradiction between globalization and localization in the conditions of cyclic stages of human development, especially pronounced in an era of change, when the clash of cultures intensifies. Nowadays, we have an understanding of how ersatz values are intentionally implanted with the help of soft power, but in order to resist national and civilizational entropy, we must create sociopolitical technologies that ensure consistent security. According to the author, a balance of power in a society can be established through restoring and preserving traditional community values. For Jean Monnet, the communal approach involves gathering the entire humanity into a single fraternal family (the mondialist project) to restrain the power of the market. The “communard methodology” of I.P. Ivanov and A.V. Mudrik considers the communal way of life as a “social phenomenon”, “part of culture” and “national heritage”. This paper suggests constructs for transforming society in the context of communitarianism, where people are authorized to create their own social reality. The new communitarian self-developing system, as an original solution for long-term development of Russia, should become an obstacle to national and civilizational rifts, manifested in social instability and colour revolutions.
