An audit of economic security helps to prevent corruption, as well as an assessment of awareness in the struggle against corruption. Audit can promote the implementation of ways to protect the economy of the construction industry against corruption. The authors pay special attention to the problem of the construction industry in Russia. Practical questions of the audit of economic security, which are considered in the article, solve the problems of financial control in the system of anti-corruption policy. The purpose of this study is to develop an audit mechanism for economic security, as a system to prevent internal and external threats and risks. The main concept of the research is aimed at the formation of an audit of economic security in the construction industry. Effective work to prevent corruption in the relations of construction organizations is ensured by the formation of an internal control system to prevent the causes of corruption in the construction sector. It is necessary to take into account the fact that analysis of risk factors at the level of the operating segment in the construction industry can contribute to the development of this area.

The degree of the construction market monopolization of Ukraine is assesed. Threats to the economic security of the state are identified, considering that monopolization causes significant public losses related to the establishment of monopoly prices, the slowdown in scientific and technological progress, the irrational allocation of resources. According to data on the net income of enterprises in the construction industry of Ukraine, the authors calculated Market concentration ratio, Herfindahl-Hirschman index, Dispersion of market shares, Coefficient of variation, Gini index, Entropy of market shares, that indicate a low level of the construction industry monopolization in Ukraine. Defined indicators allowed to form a matrix, which characterize the level of market concentration and its dynamics. According to the values of the variation index and the Gini index, the market studied belongs to highly monopolized, and due to the tendency of the Gini index to increase, it falls into the “red zone”. This means the emergence of threats to national economic security associated with a decrease in GDP, increased income differentiation, reduced state budget revenues, and the like and indicates the need for macroeconomic measures that would restrain the development of monopoly phenomena in the construction market. This approach to identifying economic security threats resulting from market monopolization will allow the state to respond to negative trends in a timely manner, counteracting the threatening factors.

The article is devoted to the study of the information support optimization for the audit of the economic security system in construction industry enterprises. The purpose of this article is to provide recommendations for information support optimizing of the audit of the economic security system in the construction industry enterprises, depending on the functional components of such a system. Research methodology: methods of comparison, analysis and synthesis are used to achieve this goal. The article highlights the debatable issues of interpretation of the definition of "information support of the audit of the economic security system." The classification of components of information support by content is considered, the problems of information support in the normative-legal aspect and by objects of audit of the system of economic security, depending on its functional components are revealed. The result of the study is the construction of an optimal system of information support to meet the needs of users in the management process.

Urgency of the research. In the conditions of gradual economic recovery, the primary task of the institutions of the construction industry is to find ways to rationalize and increase the efficiency of this industry. Target setting. The application of an innovative way of doing business becomes a fundamental factor in maintaining the economic security of the industry, a condition for survival in global competition. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Problems of innovative development of the construction industry in terms of economic processes are revealed in the works by V. Mikhailov, I. Litovchenko, V. Torkatyuk, N. Drill, O. Yakimenko, M. Chorna and others. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. Further research is needed to conceptualize the formation and implementation of innovative strategy for the development of the construction sector, especially given its intersectoral nature. The research objective. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the conceptual foundations of the formation of an effective investment strategy for the development of the construction sector by taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of this industry. The statement of basic materials. The article substantiates that the formation of innovative policy for the development of the construction industry should be based on a systematic approach; the concept of the concept of "innovation system" is generalized; the stages of formation of the innovation system within the construction industry are determined; the logical connection between the degree of novelty of innovation and the parameters of the innovation strategy of the construction industry is substantiated. Conclusions. Conceptual parameters of formation of innovative strategy of development of construction branch are substantiated; the connection between the degree of novelty of innovation and the parameters of the innovation strategy of the construction industry is structured.
