The article presents the results of the international research and practice conference “The 9th Russian conference on environmental psychology: from ecology of childhood to psychology of sustainable development”, which was held on March 17–19, 2020 at the Psychological Institute of the Russian Academy of Education, in Moscow. The conference was organized by the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Psychological Institute of the Russian Academy of Education” (Laboratory of Ecological Psychology of Development and Psychodidactics), International State Institute named after A. D. Sakharov, Belarusian State University (Department of Social Sciences, Humanities and Sustainable Development). The main ideas and research results presented at the plenary and section sessions are presented. Particular attention was paid to the problems of childhood ecology and psychology of sustainable development.

The article provides an overview of the scientific-practical conference "Languages and Cultures", which took place on the 23rd to 24th of May, 2019, on the basis of Kostroma State University. The brief review introduces the papers which present the results of investigations performed on the material of literary texts relevant to the literary issues – genre typology of ancient and old Russian texts (El'vira Akimovа), conversational style in the legal thrillers of John Ray Grisham Jr, "talking name" in the short stories by Sherwood Anderson (Svetlana Kochenova), allusions as examples of intertextual relations in the works by Kurt Vonnegut (Anna Yakhontova), deployed or hidden meanings in vers libre by Ciaran Gerard Carson and Tymoteusz Karpowicz (Yevgeniya Zimina), etc. The authors of the article draw attention to works devoted to translated works (Yelena Zolinova and others). The article defines the directions of scientific research presented in the reports on the work of the playwright Alexander Ostrovsky.

Currently, the leadership of Russia considers the expansion of economic, scientific and educational cooperation with Mongolia impor­tant, therefore, the study of modern Mongolian and world Mongolian studies, which formulate and determine further development of international relations, seems to be an urgent and contemporary task. The article describes the development trends of modern world and Russian Mongolian studies, poses topical issues that need to be resolved in the face of increasing geopolitical competition in Mongolia. It is an overview of the reports presented at the international scientific-practical conference «Mongolia of the 20th century and Russian-Mongolian relations: history and economy» dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the establishment of Russian-Mongolian diplomatic relations, which took place on May 28, 2021 in Irkutsk on the basis of the Baikal State University. The conference participants supported the idea of creating a «Biobibliographic Dictionary of Russian Researchers in Mongolia». It was proposed to include in the dictionary corpus not only the representatives of Russian Mongolologist, but also Turkologists, Sinologists, researchers of the history of Russia, as well as practitioners: diplomats, translators, military men, merchants, journalists who wrote studies on history, geography, economics, culture and art of Mongolia. Thus, scientific Russian-Mongolian cooperation continues successfully, new joint publications, round tables, and scientific conferences are being planned.

The International scientific-practical conference “Floodplain and delta biogeocenoses of the Holarctic: biological diversity, ecology and evolution” took place in the Astrakhan region on May 13–18, 2019. The conference was organized by the Astrakhan State University and Papanin Institute for bio­logy of Inland Waters of the Russian Academy of Scien­ces. The conference lasted four days; altogether 27 participants fr om 12 organizations including the universities, several institutions of the Russian Academy of Sciences and botanical gardens. 14 oral and one poster presentations were given. The conference was attended by scientists from Astrakhan, Borok, Arkhangelsk, Tobolsk, Surgut, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, St. Petersburg and Moscow. Correspondence participants of the conference were from Belarus, England and Italy. 39 articles are published in the Proceeding of the conference (Floodplain…, 2019). During three days three excursions to the floodplain, desert and steppe ecosystems were held for the conference participants, wh ere they could see the flora, vegetation and landscapes of the Volga-Akhtuba floodplain, Berli sands, Baskunchak salt lake and Bolshoye Bogdo Mountain. In the last day participants proposed the idea of creating a Floodplain scientific community in the Russia.

The review is dedicated to the international scientific and practical conference «International law in regional integration processes implementation» held at the Faculty of Law of Kazan Federal University in autumn 2019. The conference was attended by leading international law scholars from the Moscow State University n.a. M.V. Lomonosov, Moscow State Law University n.a. O.E. Kutafin, MGIMO University, RUDN University, The Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, High School of Economics, Nijny Novgorod State University n.a. N.I. Lobachevsky, The Ural State Law University, Yaroslavl State University, academics from universities of EAEU Member States, as well as judges of the Court of Eurasian Economic Union. During the conference, the participants considered the main problems of the theory and methodology of international law, the role of international organizations in ensuring the international law, the role of international judicial institutions, as well as theoretical problems of legal integration in international and domestic law. The authors of this publication acquaint the readers with the programme, the main contents of the participant’s presentations and the results of the conference.

On April 22–23, 2021, Kostroma State University hosted the First International Scientific and Practical Conference “Life trajectories of personality in the modern world: social and individual context”. The conference was organised by the KSU together with Herzen Russian State Pedagogic University and Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogic University.
