The paper considers the issue of increasing the hydraulic fracturing efficiency in a multilayer facility at the final stage of development with an uneven degree of reserves development along the section. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the upper layers, which have the worst filtration-reservoir properties, are less developed in comparison with the highly productive lower ones. When hydraulic fracturing was carried out in the upper formations, some of the operations had low success due to the breakthrough of hydraulic fractures into the lower depleted formations. On the basis of the revealed dependencies, the work determined the optimal specific loading of proppant per meter of effective power, depending on the geological conditions, and maps of the prospects for hydraulic fracturing are built. Keywords: oil fields development; hydraulic fracturing; hydraulic fracturing optimization; multilayer facilities.

In China, more and more low permeability reservoirs have become the mainly oil production potential part for the soaring consumer market. Hydraulic fracturing treatment has always been playing an important role in these low permeability reservoirs.however, some inappropricate fracturing designs and treatments may decrease the productions as a result of high damage within both formations and artifical fractures. In order to minimize reduce formation and fracture damage, we take the wells in Erlian Basin as an example to explain the low-damage hydraulic fracturing technique which had been used in many of oil fields .Through eight years step by step study and field application, a comprehensive industrialize design technology was put forward. By the application of this technique, the low-damage degree is highlighted compared to the past.As a result the performance of post-fracturing wells have remarkably improved.

The article deals with the issue of carbonate strata of complex geological structure development efficiency improving. Such facilities, as a rule, have deteriorated reservoir properties, parameter anisotropy and are complicated by secondary cavernosity. All of these factors affect the recovery efficiency and are often reflected in development indicators. On the example of Tournaisian stage deposits an example of a methodological approach to the development analysis which takes into consideration various geological factors is presented. As a result, various dependencies were obtained, which when taken into account determin the most promising areas in terms of development efficiency. The issues of the waterflooding system efficiency and the ways of its efficiency increasing are considered separately. Keywords: oil fields development; carbonate reservoirs; development efficiency; waterflooding system.

Summary We studied the applicability of a gradient-boostingmachine-learning (ML) algorithm for forecasting of oil and total liquid production after hydraulic fracturing (HF). A thorough raw data study with data preprocessing algorithms was provided. The data set included 10 oil fields with more than 2,000 HF events. Each event has been characterized by well coordinates, geology, transport and storage properties, depths, and oil/liquid rates before fracturing for target and neighboring wells. Each ML model has been trained to predict monthly production rates right after fracturing and when the flows are stabilized. The gradient-boosting method justified its choice with R2 being approximately 0.7 to 0.8 on the test set for oil/total liquid production after HF. The developed ML prediction model does not require preliminary numerical simulations of a future HF design. The applied algorithm could be used as a new approach for HF candidate selection based on the real-time state of the field.

The article discusses one of the methods that increase the efficiency of hydraulic fracturing operations — nitrogen foam hydraulic fracturing. On the example of several oil fields of TPE “Kogalymneftegaz”, the effectiveness of the application of this technology is assessed on the basis of the research results and recommendations are given for its further use.
