Platelet analogues (PA; platelet rich plasma and platelet rich fibrin) are autologous bioactive compounds that have a wide range of medical and dental applications, including periodontal, maxillofacial, Plastic surgery and sports medicine. The aim of these technologies is to collect all the constituents of a patient's blood sample so that they can be used to promote tissue regeneration and improve healing. Since 1954, PA has come a long way. Periodontology and implant dentistry have both benefited from the use of PAs. However, the non-standard preparation technique, processing time, transfer of concentrates, centrifugation temperature, vibration, etc. are all variables that contribute to the various results described in the literature. This study will retrace the evolution of PAs, their preparation procedures, their clinical and technological characteristics and their uses.

The paper considers the issue of increasing the hydraulic fracturing efficiency in a multilayer facility at the final stage of development with an uneven degree of reserves development along the section. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the upper layers, which have the worst filtration-reservoir properties, are less developed in comparison with the highly productive lower ones. When hydraulic fracturing was carried out in the upper formations, some of the operations had low success due to the breakthrough of hydraulic fractures into the lower depleted formations. On the basis of the revealed dependencies, the work determined the optimal specific loading of proppant per meter of effective power, depending on the geological conditions, and maps of the prospects for hydraulic fracturing are built. This research aimed to evaluate the technological potential of genipap flour (Genipa americana L.) in freeze drying and oven drying processes. The ripened genipap fruits were harvested and submitted to pulp extraction, which after dehydration in an oven and freeze drying, were crushed to obtain the flours. When analyzed by X-ray diffraction, the flours were amorphous, with indicative of starch. In addition, the presence of water, aromatics and primary alcohols was observed by infrared spectra (FTIR). In micrograph (SEM) FPJDE was less porous and starches were identified. For thermogravimetry (TGA) similar thermal events occurred, it was important to verify the thermal behavior, humidity and ash present in the food. In the mineral composition, potassium, magnesium, manganese, iron, phosphorus, copper, and calcium were present, the flours as a source of manganese and with a high content of iron, potassium, copper and magnesium. It was concluded that the flours present a quantity of nutrients and favorable technological characteristics such as: thermal stability, humidity below that established by law for the manufacture and production of food.

ndramayu Regency has many ancient manuscripts that contain valuable information. Paper-based manuscripts are very easily damaged. Therefore, it is necessary to preserve ancient manuscripts. Switching to a digital flipbook is considered appropriate because it provides an interface that is similar to the original script. This study aims to describe the importance of preserving the cultural heritage of ancient manuscripts owned by the Bandar Cimanuk Indramayu Museum. Digitization can be an effort to preserve ancient manuscripts. The research used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation study. It is hoped that the research results in the form of flipbook development can be used as an effort to preserve ancient manuscripts that represent, protect, and exceed the physicality of ancient manuscripts. The conclusion of this study is that the ancient Legok Kolot manuscript is the identity and wealth of the Indramayu people, so it needs to be digitized so that the preservation of the script is maintained. The media transfer process at the Bandar Cimanuk Museum goes through three main stages, namely the pre-digitization process, the digitization process, and the post-digitization process. In its process, there are three important things that must be considered, such as source characteristics, product usability, and technological characteristics. The use of digital flipbooks as an effort to preserve ancient manuscripts is considered to protect, represent, and exceed the original ancient manuscripts

The paper is concerned with the issues of the voluntary land consolidation using the exchange method at land relations reforming. The objective of the article is the substantiation of the exchange method aiming at the large and small land owners (land users) land tenure optimization and the formation of approaches with the help of which the mutual alignment of their interests can be achieved. Land plot ownership and tenure rights exchange by the relative value has been substantiated. It is suggested to define the relative value based on the principle of juxtaposition of land plots by their qualitative, spatial and technological characteristics. The land plots exchange modelling has been improved according to the relative value application and due to the existing land plots boundaries retaining at the exchange. The effectiveness of the suggested land plots exchange method has been demonstrated at the land tenure optimization of an agricultural enterprise and some households in Kyiv Region. Alternative land consolidation projects based on the land plots exchange have been developed, the results of which demonstrate the advantages of the voluntary land consolidation based on the suggested methodology.

Разработан способ интенсификации процесса брожения вина, полученного из винограда селекции Башкортостан. Для сбраживания взяты сорта винограда Башкирский, Находка Стреляева и Карагай 2020 г. урожая, выращенные в Кушнаренковском селекционном центре по плодово-ягодным культурам и винограду. Изучена технологическая характеристика выбранных сортов, которая показала, что по органолептическим и физико-химическим показателям все сорта соответствуют требованиям ГОСТ 31782-2012 «Виноград свежий машинной и ручной уборки для промышленной переработки. Технические условия», кроме массовой концентрации сахаров, которая ниже нормируемых показателей на 2,2 и 1,9 г/100 см3 у сорта Башкирский и Карагай, соответственно. Массовая концентрация сахаров у сорта Находка Стреляева составляет 17,1 г/100 см3 при норме 17,0 г/100 см3. Выбранные сорта винограда подвергали спонтанному сбраживанию и из полученных виноматериалов выводили чистые культуры дрожжей, которые дополнительно перед сбраживанием обрабатывали на ультразвуковой установке марки VGT-800 при следующих характеристиках: частота 42 кГц, мощность УЗ излучателя - 120 Вт, интенсивность излучения - 35 Вт/см2. Дрожжи, обработанные ультразвуком в течение 1-10 мин, служили в качестве засевных на этапе сбраживания виноградного сусла. Брожение проводили при температуре 22 °С. В результате проведенных исследований установлено, что ультразвуковая обработка чистых культур дрожжей в течение 2 мин способствует максимальному приросту биомассы дрожжей, почкующихся клеток и клеток с гликогеном, улучшает органолептические и физико-химические показатели готового вина и позволяет сократить процесс получения вина на 12 ч. There is a method of the intensification of the wine fermentation process received from the variety of grapes selected in «Bashkortostan». The following varieties of grapes were selected for the fermentation: Bashkortostan, Nakhodka Strelyaeva, Karagay - the harvest of 2020. They were grown in the selection center of the fruit and berry and grape cultivation in Kushnarenkovskiy region. The technological characteristics of the selected varieties were investigated. According to the organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters all the varieties maintain indicators of the State standard 31782-2012 «Fresh grapes of machine and manual harvesting for industrial processing. Technical conditions» except for the mass concentration of sugars which is 2.2 and 1.9 g/100 cm3 lower than normalized indicators of the varieties of grapes Bashkortostan and Karagay. The mass concentration of sugars of the variety of grapes Nakhodka Strelyaeva is 17.1 g/100 cm3 while the norm is 17.0 g/100 cm3. The selected varieties of grapes were subjected to the spontaneous fermentation. The pure yeas crops were derived from the obtained wine materials which had been treated by ultrasound on the ultrasound engine of VGT-800 model according to the following characteristics: frequency 42 kHz, the power of the ultrasonic emitter is 120 W, radiation intensity - 35 W/cm2. The yeast which was treated by ultrasound during 1-10 minutes serves as seedings during the fermentation of the wine wort. The fermentation was carried out at a temperature of 22 °C. As a result of the conducted studies, it was established that the ultrasound treatment of the pure yeast crops during 2 minutes promotes the maximum growth of the biomass, the budding cells and the cells with the glycogen. It improves the organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters of the ready-made wine and allows to reduce the process of obtaining wine by 12 hours.
