The article actualizes the problems of organizing distance learning in the education system of indigenous peoples, including those leading a nomadic or semi-nomadic lifestyle with their parents, in the context of transformation lessons of the pandemic. The authors present the results of the 2020-2021 study of the situation with distant learning in the Arctic regions of Russia (case of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug). The information was taken from monitoring, questionairies and interviews with teachers, students and education management officers. The research aims to prove inequality but find measures to improve the situation. The authors draw up the prospects for transformation to digital educational environment in remote places and see if we could minimize inequality and social unjustice between children living in the central territories and in the most remote, isolated places of traditional residence of the indigenous small-numbered peoples, including those who lead a nomadic lifestyle with their parents.

Introduction. Labor activity in the Arctic creates an increased risk of developing occupational diseases. In the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (CHAO), the basis of the economy is the extraction of coal, placer and ore gold, and other non-ferrous metals, and in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug (NAO) - the extraction of oil and natural gas. The study aims to learn the risks of development, structure, and prevalence of occupational pathology among employees of enterprises in the Chukotka and Nenets Autonomous Okrugs. Materials and methods. Scientists studied the results of social and hygienic monitoring under the section "Working conditions and occupational morbidity" in the CHAO and NAO in 2008-2019. Results. In the NAO, almost two-thirds of employees work at facilities with good sanitary and epidemiological well-being indicators, while in the PRAO, only 12%. In the NAO, almost all occupational diseases (96.8%) resulted from exposure to industrial noise (noise effects of the inner ear), mainly in civil aviation pilots. In the CHAO, occupational diseases mainly developed in miners of mining enterprises (80.6%), among which the most common were noise effects of the inner ear (32.5%), chronic bronchitis (24.1%), mono- and polyneuropathies (12.7%). In contrast to the NAO, in 2008-2019, the level of occupational morbidity in the PRAO exceeded all-Russian indicators and tended to increase. The risk of diseases in 2017-2019 was higher than in 2008-2010: RR=2.51; CI 1.62-3.89, p<0.001. In 2008-2019 the probability of the formation of occupational pathology among employees of enterprises in the CHAO was higher than in the NAO: RR=3.84; CI 2.92-5.06, p<0.001. Conclusion. To reduce the occupational morbidity of miners of the CHAO, it is necessary to improve personal protective equipment and technological equipment to reduce noise levels, vibration, the concentration of aerosols of predominantly fibrogenic action, and the severity of the labor process. The use of aviation headsets with an increased level of noise reduction will help reduce the exposure of workers to noise. For solving this problem, it is necessary to update the flight fleet of civil aviation in NAO.

Abstract The publication presents the key results of testing the reflected electromagnetic waves method at one of the fields of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District, including a description of the field research methodology, the principal aspects of the use of sounding equipment for subsurface studying based on the GROT-12 series deep ground-penetrating radars, as well as comparative examples of successful experience in the electromagnetic field processing using software designed for seismic data processing. For the first time in the world practice, the depth of the study averaging 500 - 550 meters, was achieved and confirmed by the speed characteristics of the medium.

The article is devoted to the analysis of trends in the development of modern Russian federalism, against the background the discussions about a possible merger of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug (NAO) and the Arkhangelsk Region. These discussions caused mass protests among the residents of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. In 1993, the NAO was proclaimed as an equal subject of the Russian Federation. However, the Okrugs historical dependence on the Arkhangelsk Region in terms of transport and energy caused difficult relations between the two regions over the past 30 years. In this regard, the situation in the Okrug is of interest from the standpoint of analyzing trends in the development of Russian federalism. In 2020, the situation around the NAO and the Arkhangelsk Region came back on the agenda after the announcement of the upcoming merger of the subjects. Mass protests, and the refusal of the majority of the district's population to support the amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, suspended the process of regional integration. The main source of the study are data won from an ethno-sociological study conducted in the district in 2020. The study included questionnaires, focus groups and in-depth interview recordings. The material shows that despite the decision, the population of the district and public opinion leaders find an integration of the district and the Arkhangelsk region into one subject inacceptable. Moreover, the idea is perceived by many people as a threat, an attempt to conquer, invade. The participants of the survey give a negative assessment of the actions of the Arkhangelsk region authorities and support representatives of the district authorities that are against the integration. At the same time, the residents of the Okrug share the values of civil Russian identity and are ready to dialogue and compromises. The authors suppose that now it is essential to develop a flexible strategy and take into consideration the situation that has emerged recently. In the short term, it is necessary to involve broad strata of public opinion leaders in discussion and cooperation, study their sentiments, and take their position into account when studying the feasibility of new regions. It is necessary to involve the expert community in the development of the strategy.

Abstract A volumetric model of accidental oil spills on the land surface was developed, based on numerical methods for solving hydrodynamic equations, and taking into account the processes of oil spreading over the surface, its filtration into the soil and evaporation into the atmosphere. Based on the results of calculations using the hydrodynamic model for the most probable scenarios of oil spills, it is possible to obtain an estimate of the spatial-temporal scale of the spill, which, together with data on the terrain and the presence of water bodies, is the input data for the expert model. Based on the joint use of the hydrodynamic model of the oil spill and expert technologies, the territory of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the South Khylchuyu-Varandey oil pipeline were zoned in more detail. It makes it possible to predict the scale and areas most susceptible to negative impact in the event of an accidental oil spill, and to make the necessary decisions for the location of the spill response facilities, as well as the facilities themselves, already at the stage of selection and design of the pipeline route.

The microclinoform model of the Neocomian shelf reservoirs is becoming more and more supported by practicing geologists, since it allows to effectively address the problems arising in the development of complex reservoirs. According to modern concepts, the microclinoform structure is due to the intense progradation of delta complexes during periods of forced regression. The article demonstrates the effectiveness of the microclinoform concept in building a geological model of an accumulation in BT10 horizon of Zapadno-Chaselsky field, which is located in the southeastern part of the Russko-Chaselsky large swell in the southeast of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The microclinoform structure of the target was mapped based on the data volume of the second derivative of the wave field, which is more sensitive to changes in thicknesses, and porosities of sand reservoirs. As a result of comprehensive studies, correlation profiles and a GDE map of stratigraphic unconformity (top of BT10) were built reflecting the microclinoform structure of the target. The results were used to build a model of a gas reservoir and estimate its reserves. Hydrocarbon discoveries have already been made in the BT group of reservoirs at Zapadno-Chaselsky field and neighboring Yuzhno-Russkoye field that improves the potential of this interval within the southeastern part of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. This poses the task of its more detailed study based on the microclinoform concept.
