Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in the banking industry requires its own attention because the character of the banking industry is different from the industry in general. Good Corporate Governance is a bank governance that applies the principles of Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independency, Fairness. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance at PT. BNI Tbk kcp unsrat. The object of this research is PT BNI Tbk Kcp Unsrat. This research uses descriptive research design. The type of data used is qualitative data. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. The research results show that with the implementation of the principles of Good Corporate Governance Bank BNI has applied the principle of openness well. The clarity of responsibility for the execution of functions and tasks is appropriate. Corporate responsibility is carried out in the presence of corporate social responsibility or CSR in the form of charitable activities. The Bank is managed independently in accordance with what has been implemented by BNI. Bank BNI Tbk has provided fair and equitable treatment.Keywords : Transparancy, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, Fairness

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, leverage and company size on the financial performance of state-owned companies listed on the IDX. The data in this study use secondary data. The population in the study of all BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. The sample used in this study was 9 samples of BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period, with the sampling method using purposive sampling method. The test method in this study uses multiple linear regression test. The results show that good corporate governance, leverage and company size affect the financial performance of BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period, on the other hand, corporate social responsibility does not affect the financial performance of BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. had no effect on the financial performance of BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period.

Do Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Profitability of LQ45 Listed Companies. This study aims to examine the influence of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility on profitability of LQ45 listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analyzed were secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability report. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate: (1) Good corporate governance (GCG) has a significant effect on profitability of LQ45 listed companies; (2) Corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not have a significant effect on profitability of LQ45 listed companies. This research provides empirical evidence that implementation of GCG could influence profitability, while the implementation of CSR does not influence profitability. AbstractThe purpose of this research is to examine the influence of good corporate governance and corporate financial performance on corporate social responsibility. The data used in this study is secondary data. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method sample size obtained was 24 syariah general bank companies listed in bank Indonesia 2011-2013 . The analysis  technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 20.The study uses independent variable good corporate governance, corporate financial performance and dependent variable corporate social responsibility. the results of this study indicate that the simultaneous testing (F-test), variable good corporate governance, corporate financial performance have a significant influence on corporate social responsibility. in a partial test (T-test), variable good corporate governance size a have a significant influence on corporate social responsibility. while the variable corporate financial performance have no influence on corporate social responsibility. Keyword: good corporate governance, corporate financial performance, and                   corporate social responsibility.

The implementation of social responsibility has been widely applied to various types of companies including profit-based manufacturing companies. This is because the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is able to influence the performance of the company. Through corporate social activities, making the name of the company can be great in the eyes of the wider community. This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining results or output empirically to test the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on stock returns and the value of companies with good corporate governance as moderating. This research examines companies engaged in manufacturing that have been registered with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. A total of 539 manufacturing companies were used as populations with purposive judgment sampling as a sampling method. The indicator used to measure Corporate Social Responsibility variables is using the Sustainability Reporting Guidelines (SRG) method by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as its issuer. And for the proxy of the Good Corporate Governance variable, it uses managerial ownership. Managerial ownership is acting as a management who actively participates in decision making and also as a shareholder in the company, and the measurements made for company value variables are using the Tobin's Q index. The data analysis technique used in the study is multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing using SPSS version 24. The method used in this research is the documentation method carried out by collecting secondary data published by the company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of annual reports which include financial statements of manufacturing companies in 2015-2017. Secondary data collection is done by tracing data through literature and manuals on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research is a quantitative study with a correlational analysis method to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable.

This study aimed to analyze the health of a bank, at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk. by using the Rgec method. The Rgec method consists of several components, namely Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital. of these components also have indicators. which will later rank a bank which is ranked in what category, based on calculations through the company's financial statement data. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The data source used is secondary data with documentation data collection techniques. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that during the 2015-2017 period, (1) Bank BTN risk profile was in a healthy condition with NPL of 1,60%, 1,40% and 1,30% respectively, and LDR of 109,54%, 103,63%, and 104,19%. (2) GCG for the period 2015-2017 is 2 with healthy criteria. (3) Earnings in the 2015-2017 period are in a healthy condition with ROA of 1,47%, 1,55%, and 1,47%, NIM of 3,96%, 3,81%, and 3,57% , BOPO was 78,67%, 77,96% and 77,12%. (4) Capital is in a very healthy condition with a CAR value of 16,96%, 20,33% and 18,86%. (5) Rgec as a whole is in Composite Rating 1 which is very healthy with a value of 85,71%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate governance on the quality of study earnings in real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012-2017. In this study, Good Corporate Governance is analyzed as a factor that can encourage companies to have good earnings quality. This study belongs to the type of descriptive research verification of causality. The population in this study are real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012-2017 using the purposive sampling method. The type of data collected and used in this study is secondary data with a method of collecting data through documentation and literature studies. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis that has met the testing of classical assumptions. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance has no effect on earnings quality because the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in companies in Indonesia has not really been used as a tool to minimize information asymmetry between owners and management, but solely to comply with regulations and conditions that apply only.Key words: Good Coporate Governance, kualitas laba.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Intellectual Capital, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2019. The variables used in this study are intellectual capital, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and good corporate governance (GCG) variables as dependent variables, while dependent variables are financial performance. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The subject of this study is a manufacturing company registered with the IDX for the period 2015-2019. Secondary data is obtained from the annual report of 9 companies with purposive sampling. Then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study with the t test showed that the variable Intellectual Capital (X1) had no significant effect on financial performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.169 > 0.05; Corporate Social Responsibility (X2) variables have a significant effect on financial performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05; The Good Coporate Government (X3) variable has a significant effect on financial performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.026 < 0.05. This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and good corporate governance (GCG) on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual report 2016. Population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses purposive sampling method with total population of 144 companies and sample of 31 companies. The results show that simultaneously ROA, OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have a positive influence on firm value. While partially ROA  have a positive influence on firm value. While OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have no positive influence on firm value).

Development of financial performance in the application of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility which affects the values of honesty private individuals, in order to be able to run the accountability, value for money, fairness in financial management, transparency, control, and free of conflicts of interest (independence). The main concern in this study is focused on achieving value personal spirituality through the financial performance and capabilities of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in moderating the relationship with the financial performance of value personal spirituality. This study is a descriptive verifikatif. The unit of analysis in this study was 15 companies in Indonesia with a policy that has been applied through the concept since January of 2008 until now, with the support of the annual report of the company, the company's financial statements, company reports to the disclosure of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility in the annual report. Overall reports published successively during the years 2008-2011. The results of this study indicate financial performance affects the value of personal spirituality, and for variable GCG obtained results that could moderate the relationship of financial performance to the value of personal spirituality. But for the disclosure of CSR variables obtained results can’t moderate the relationship with the financial performance of personal spirituality.
