PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, HARGA DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA BEST FRIED CHICKEN (BFC) CABANG SENTOSA SAMARINDA

This reseach was conductad at one of the franchise located in Samarinda, which is location on street Sentosa Gg Kembali, namely Best Fried Chicken (BFC). The rose of this study was to examine the effect of product quality, price and brand image of purcasing decisions at Best Fried Chicken (BFC) Sentosa branch Samarinda. And to find out among the variable of produc quality, price and brand image that have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions at Best Fried Chicken (BFC) Sentosa Samarinda Branch. The sampling tachnique used is non probability sampling. The number of sample used was 91 respondent. Data obatained from distribusing questionnaires. The conclusion of this study is that the calculation of this study is that the calculation of the F test variable product quality, price and brand image simultaneously has a significant effect on purchasing decisions as Best Fried Chicken Sentosa Samarinda Branch. while the calculation of the t-test of product quality variables partially does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for best fried chicken (BFC) Sentosa Samarinda Branch. In the dominant test, the brand image variable is the most influential variable.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru Pada SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam

This research was accomplished by Nikmatul Husna, 2014422030, Department of Magister Management, 2014.2, with the title THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP TOWARD WORK SATISFACTION IN SMPN 1 BANUHAMPU KABUPATEN AGAM. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of leadership toward work satisfaction in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. The population of the research is the teachers in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. Samples taken are 56 respondents by using random sampling technique, which determine samples by taking a sample randomly and use the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Based on hypothesis in this research, it is assumed that the influence of leadership significantly and positively influence the teachers’ work satisfaction in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. The data analysis methods author used in this research are validity tes, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis test, simple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From analysis that have been done, author found that leadership variable (X1) is significantly and positively influence the satisfaction of teachers’ work, this is proven by the significant probability value of leadership is resulted in 0,000 which is smaller than 0,05. From F test, it can be concluded that regression model can be use to predict the leadership which have significantly and positively influence toward teachers’ work satisfaction by the significant probability value is resulted in 0,000 which is smaller than 0,05.

Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada SMAN 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation towards teachers’ performances in SMAN 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. The population of the research is the teachers in SMAN 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. Samples taken are 35 respondents by using census technique, which is a technique to determine sample by selecting data from all population and using quetionnaire as data collecting tool. Based on hypotheses in this research, it is assumed that work motivation has positive and significant impact toward teachers’ performance in SMA N 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. The methods that author used in this research are validity test, reliability test, variable descriptiveanalysis, simple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From the analysis that has been conducted, author found that the work motivation variable has positive and significant impact to teachers’ performance, that has been proven by the significant probability value 0,005 which is smaller than 0.05. Then, from the result of F test, it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict that the work motivation has positive and significant impact on teachers’ performance that is equal to 0.005, which is much smaller than 0.05.

Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku 3M dalam Pencegahan Penularan Covid - 19 di Padukuhan Ngaliyan

Pandemi Covid-19 saat ini menjadi masalah kesehatan terbesar di dunia. Kampanye 3M merupakan satu paket protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah penularan COVID-19. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan dengan observasi langsung di Padukuhan Ngaliyan diketahui bahwa masih ada beberapa masyarakat yang tidak menerapkan perilaku 3M. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi perilaku 3M (Mencuci tangan, Memakai masker, Menjaga jarak) dalam pencegahan penularan COVID-19 di Padukuhan Ngaliyan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian adalah cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan random sampling sebanyak 89 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Berdasarkan uji chi square variabel pengetahuan terhadap perilaku 3M diperoleh p-value 0,013 (<0,05), variabel sikap p-value 0,027 (<0,05) dan variabel media informasi 0,020 (<0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan media informasi terhadap perilaku 3M di Padukuhan Ngaliyan. Pandemic Covid-19, is to be the biggest health problems in the world. Campaign 3M is one package the protocol of health to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. Based on preliminary studies with direct observation in Padukuhan Ngaliyan be aware that there are still some people who do not implement the behavior of 3M. The purpose of the Study was to determine what factors affect the behavior of 3M (Wash hands, Wear a mask, Keep a distance) in the prevention of transmission of COVID-19 in Padukuhan Ngaliyan. This type of research is quantitative research with the research design was cross-sectional. Sampling technique with random sampling as many as 89 respondents. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square test. Based on the chi square test variable knowledge of the behavior of 3M obtained the value of p-value 0,013 (<0.05), attitude 0.02 (< 0.05) and media information 0.020 (<0,05). The conclusion of this research that there is a significant influence between knowledge, attitudes and media information on the behavior of 3M in Padukuhan Ngaliyan.

Analysis of the Influence of Tourism Education Promotion Program on the Decision to Choose Higher Education Polytechnic, Bintan Cakrawala-Lagoi

The purpose of this study was designed to determine the level of influence of the 6 elements of promotion on the decision to choose Bintan Cakrawala Polytechnic, Lagoi. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques. The population in this study used all Diploma-4 and Diploma-3 students at the Bintan Cakrawala Polytechnic Campus in the First and Second Academic Years. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire. The results showed that there was an influence on the decision to choose a university (y) through advertising regression with the number of Tcount > T table (2.838 > 2.056) and a significant effect because the value of the Advertising variable T < 0.050. Direct Sales with the number of Tcount > Ttable (2,961 > 2.056) and has a significant effect because the value of the Direct Sales variable T < 0.050. And Interactive Media with the number of Tcount > Ttable (2.643 > 2.056) and a significant effect because the value of the Interactive Media T variable < 0.050 explained in the regression test results, 6 Promotion Elements simultaneously have a significant effect because the value of the F-Test variable < 0.050.

The Influence of Leadership Style on the Effectiveness of Office Management in Integrated Services Business Offices

The aim of this analysis was to ascertain the degree to which the Head of the Integrated Business Services Office's Leadership Style affects the efficacy of the Integrated Business Services Office's management. In data analysis, a descriptive study of one variable was performed to determine the percentage trend of each test variable; second, the commodity moment correlation formula was used to analyze variable relationships; and third, a basic equation model was used to analyze the impact relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The data for this study were processed using a micro statistical program with the assistance of a computer program. The data analysis and interpretation of the study's hypotheses indicate that there is a significant relationship and influence between the variable leadership style of the Integrated Business Services Office's Head and the effectiveness of the Integrated Business Services Office's management, at the 5% significance level or P = 0, 05, respectively.

Comparative Study and Analysis of Dry and Wet Connections of Precast Beam-Column under Cyclic Load

At present the Precast building are more focus for the building industrialization and main objective of this study to find the most appropriate types of beam-column connection, the purpose of this study is to investigate and high result of precast beam column joint with two types of dry mechanical connection & two types of wet connection were analysis and compared with monolithic connection to know the performance of the joints. the primary test variable were the type of connection cleat angle, dowel bar, fibre reinforced concrete, steel plate, anchor rod and the pre tension bolt are used in this joints the advantage of the precast concrete structure components are assemble in which are fabricated off-site and then connect on-site in term of less resource consumption, more rapid construction, better quality control and less field wet operation.

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Script Terhadap Hasil Belajar PAK Siswa Kelas IX SMP Negeri 3 Sipoholon Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Cooperative Script learning models on PAK learning outcomes of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Sipoholon. Correlational research of Descriptive and Inferential Statistics techniques. The population of all class IX Christians is 108 people. The sample uses Purposive Sampling technique that is class IX-A students totaling 35 people. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire variable X and test variable Y. The results of the analysis of the value of rxy = 0.553 r table = 0.334 and tcount = 3.813 t table = 2.042 showed a relationship and obtained the significance of a simple regression equation, i.e. This study concludes that there is a positive and significant effect of Cooperative Script learning models on the learning outcomes of PAK students of grade IX SMP Negeri 3 Sipoholon by 30.58%. Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

This article aims to explain the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents 80 people taken based on the Slovin formula was used as the sample of this study. Based on the analysis results obtained by the linear equation Y = 1.031 + 0.076X1 + 0.368X2 + 0.297X3. From the results of the analysis it was found that the value of the test variable job satisfaction shows a significance value of 0.325> 0.05, then job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Tsig test value of organizational commitment variable shows a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, then organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. And the test value of the organizational culture variable shows a significance value of 0.009 <0.05, the organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.294. This means that the variable Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture affect Employee Performance at the Cut Meutia Hospital in Langsa City by 0.294 or 29.4%, while the remaining 70.6% It can be concluded that the variables X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously have a significant effect simultaneously on the Y variable. This means that the variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture together have a significant influence on employee performance

HUBUNGAN KESEGARAN JASMANI DENGAN KEMAMPUAN SHOOTING DALAM PERMAINAN SEPAK BOLA PADA PEMAIN PS. ANDESKAL MUDA KOTA BENGKULU

This study aims to determine the relationship of Physical Freshness and Shooting Ability in Football Games on PS Players. Andeskal Muda City of Bengkulu. This type of research is correlational with quantitative methods. The population in this study were PS players. Andeskal Muda Bengkulu City, amounting to 30 people. While the sampling technique was done by using the total sampling technique. Thus, the sample size is 30 people. Data was collected using the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) and the shooting ability test was carried out by the shooting at the ball test. The level of physical fitness of PS players. Andeskal city of Bengkulu had the lowest score of 11 categories with less and the highest score of 22 which was very good category, and the shooting ability had the lowest score of 24 poor categories and the highest score was 47 which was very good category. The results showed that the level of physical fitness of the players had a relationship with the results of the shooting ability of the PS players. Andeskal Muda city of Bengkulu, based on the value of rtable in the product moment obtained 0.361 then rejected Ho in the t analysis test obtained, tcount was 6.1978 greater than ttable is 2.048, the decision rejected the alternative hypothesis (Ho) and accepted the alternative hypothesis (Ha). So the conclusion is that there is a correlation between the TKJI test (variable x) and the shooting ability test (variable y) on PS players. Andeskal Muda city of Bengkulu, this is shown by the correlation coefficient of 0.76 which is in the strong category.
